I saw on FACEBOOK and purchased there. The advertised looked at first glance legitimate so I ordered funko pops and paid via my debit card.

I emailed them every other day about my order because after the fact I’m reading it was indeed a scam.

I screenshot my receipt and sent them to unkindly remind them of my lost and untraceable account and order.

I corresponded with them for a month and the site has completely vanished and does not exist.

Ordering anything from FB I will always discourage now.

Facebook can’t be somewhat liable for the advertising they allow?

- Dayton, OH, USA • Dec 26, 2023

I fell for an ad on Facebook claiming that Hoka's were on clearance. Then received 2 emails saying payment was not received when it was on my credit card statement. I went back to the order confirmation email and the emails for questions were suspicious - [email protected]

I did not receive any emails saying my order was being processed. I disputed this charge with my credit card company.

It was in a list of rolling ads for laser engravers. At first it seamed like a good deal, then after buying the product I noticed no tax of any kind. I've tried to get in touch with them and I've tried to go to their website several times with no satisfaction.

Facebook is allowing multiple different scam sights from steaks to kayaks this one was pretending to be Omaha steaks selling steaks and chicken for $3 lb for a Christmas special. Facebook is the real problem allowing these sights to advertise on it. They know instantly is u call someone a name ban your for free speech yet are allowing these scammers to pry on people

Went to website through Facebook ad for heavily discounted, overstock Willow Tree figurines. Never received order and it's been two months. Ordered two necklaces from the company and never recieved them. Was charged over $140.00. The company does not have an available phone number for contact. Their support email is automated and they cannot provide any tracking details or info. You cannot reach a live person no matter what.

The ad leads you to believe you are ordering a pallet containing tools when in fact it is just a hand capacity Portable Tool Case

Item #peanutradi000601. Which it stated nowhere except on my Paypal statement. After researching I have found the same stuff on many websites.

On Monday, December 18, 2023 at approximately 9 am, I attempted to use my phone to log into my Facebook account. Facebook notified

me that my email address, ******************, was not associated with an account. logged into my email account and received

multiple emails from Facebook

asking if I changed my email address and password. I marked that it was

not me who made these changes.

Facebooks help pages prompted me

to attempt to recover my password

by "clicking forgot password," and sending a temporary password or link to reset it to the email associated with the account.

Unfortunately, the hacker changed my email so I was not able to access

the temporary password/link to

change my password. In order to

update my email address, Facebook requires that I enter in the

password, but as previously mentioned, the hacker changed the password. attempted to call

Facebook, but only got an automated message that said they do not have staff to manage the phones and to refer to the help

pages online. On Wednesday, I received multiple text messages

from my friends and family asking

about the car I posted for sale on

Facebook. I notified the friends and family who reached out to notify

them that my account was hacked

and not to send money to the

hacker. I received some screenshots of conversations that my

friends/family had with the hacker.

The hacker is requesting that people send him money as a down payment

for the car through Facebook Pay, Zelle or Venmo at (973) 338-2455 to

the name Kenneth. I attempted to report this to Zelle, venmo, and Facebook pay to restrict payments

to the accounts. I was told by the

companies that they could not start

a scam case and that I would need

to submit a case to Facebook

notifying them that my account was hacked. I attempted this multiple

times with no response from

Facebook. I want Facebook to have a

more responsive team to these

situations so that these hackers can

be stopped. I want my account back so that the hacker does not steal my

identity or use my photos to pose as

me.

I have lost so much sleep, and have stressed out about this situation. I

have not been able to work because

I am worried about my reputation,

privacy, identity theft, and the money the hacker could steal from

my friends and family.

My Facebook profile is Paia Lor or

Facebook.com/angelaw123.

Please reach out to me for pictures

of his conversation with my friends
