I saw an Instagram ad that was selling Valentine's editions of Stanley cups. The website they were selling them was identical to Dick's Sporting Goods, and so I paid $25.99 for a cup. On my bank account, the transaction comes up as INGINAY.CO DENVER CO. I never received my cupl!

Ordered UGG slippers online in November. Was given a tracking number. Discovered info was in Chinese. Emailed company and was assured package was on the way. Still no slippers. Next contact said there had been a mixup on shipping label and slippers were on the way. Still no slippers. Contacted again and was given same reply. Asked for a refund. Answer said that since slippers were late to notify then when they arrived and they would refund $30. Of course no slippers.

I ordered 4 pairs of leggings. I only received 1.

I went back an forth via email in regards to the remainder of my order and always just got the response "your order will be shipped when materials are back in stock". This continued for 6 months. I asked for a refund and just got the form email response again. They have been avoiding me at this point

I saw an ad on Facebook from Bath and Body works for a sale of up to 75% off items. It looked legitimate so I ordered products to give as Christmas gifts. I purchased items using my debit card in the amount of $51.60. I received a message stating your order is confirmed. It also stated an email would be sent to confirm the order but it was never received. I waited and waited for days but I never received the items. I called Bath and Body Works and the lady informed me that it was a scam and I along with hundreds of other people were scammed. I notified my bank about the scam and was credited for the amount in December but it was just reversed for whatever reason on January 17, 2024. I’m still waiting to hear from the bank on the reason.

It looks real. You know it’s probably a knock off. They will even talk to you while attempting to get your business Then nothing. A lot of bogus tracking info in Chinese Then they claim to delivered goods. I have camera in my lobby and in my floor of my building. Ironically on 1-11-24 nobody got s as my packages in that day. This is a lie and a scam.

Originally Ordered 11/16/23, Tracking#*********990 11/25/23. Scammer asked for DIRECT SIGN via email. Someone signed 'JGY' , nowhere near my actual initials. The package never arrived at my address in ** ****** ** from place of origin in ********* **. And what I ordered did NOT weigh 14lbs. I was given a BOGUS Bed, Bath & Beyond Order#2***************. I verified today with Bed, bath & beyond that their actual order numbers are 9-digits only. The item ordered only weighed 14 oz. I purchased a gift from this site. It was advertised as Jordan’s. When the product arrived it was not only FAKE Jordan’s but, ther personalization that I paid for was not on the product. I contacted begin “Linda“. I asked Linda to fix the problem. She said they would refund my money. This was in October. This is January I’ve been speaking with Linda since October. She refuses to refund the money or fix the issue. She has been sending me emails saying all these excuses why it’s taking a while. I have the emails for proof. They false advertise, and then refused to send new product or refund. I even paid for personalization of the product - the product wasn’t even the correct product and it was fake.

Offered clearance on Hoka tennis shoes. Website appeared official and used all the branding of Hoka. I never received the product nor could I find anyway to get in contact with the seller. I called Hoka and they did not have an order on file for me. I then noticed an odd charge on my credit card.

I bought a visa gift card. The gift card is called Vanilla Gift Card. I had a dispute from a merchant that I did not utilize services.....The Vanilla Gift card company required proof I submitted. I dealt 3 months with dispute. Vanilla Gift card did not refund my money and lied proof was never submitted. I called multiple times. The call center is difficult to speak to. Fraud. I researched company.....The reviews and litigation are very negative.

This company advertised on Instagram using products from BuyBuy Baby because they’re closing stores and lots of products are on sale. When I made my order, I was under the impression that I was buying from BuyBuy Baby. It wasn’t until I received a receipt via email that I realized it was a different company. I made my order at the end of November and decided to email their support in early January because I hadn’t received anything yet. I got a reply with a link to a tracking number that showed that my order had been delivered in December but I never received anything. When I attempted to request a refund, they never replied to my email. I’m just grateful that I didn’t spend more on this fake business. I lost 25 dollars but it could’ve been more.

It looked like real bath and body posting salevon facebook. I ordered several candles paid with debit card total was 31.81 ordered 12-18-23. Have never received any thing yet
