CCMink Hair has a large social media following with over 500 positive reviews on Shop so it seemed a safe small business choice to make. I ordered 3 hair bonnets totaling $92.48 on 1/24/24. A USPS pre-ship notification was sent to my email on 1/27/24 and showed up in the Shop app on 1/28/24. It currently still shows as USPS awaiting receipt of the goods. CCMink states they ship 7-14 BUSINESS days after ordering so I waited until 2/15/24 to contact them. I used the email found on Instagram (no response) and messaged through the Shop app. They have told me two times in response to a shop app message on 2/15/24 and again on 2/18/24 that the item was shipped but that they would reship it and the tracking number would update. It was first going to update by Saturday 2/17/24 then after my message on 2/18/24 indicated it would reship and be updated by today with a photo as proof. Nothing has changed. I filed a dispute with my credit card company yesterday including screen shots of all records.

Separately, the shop app receipt shows two charges for the same amount made to my credit card, however, only 1 was actually processed by the credit card company. Following the realization that I would not be sent what I paid for, I began reading through the reviews for CCMink. In the same timeframe there were other people who stated that they ordered, paid, and never received any goods. Not sure what is actually going on, however, CCMink Hair has made no true effort to correct their error by either shipping what was ordered or refunding my credit card.

Charlotte Barbara claimed to be a Maine C o o n breeder. She asks for deposit. Then last minute she demands more money to finish paperwork. Claims vet bill was higher than expected. Demands money right then. If you can’t send more money, she threatens to adopt the kitten to someone else. She refuses to send videos, video chat, or provide any proof she actually has the kitten. She just keeps demanding money.

Many people are reporting that this app is making charges when it shouldn’t. You sign up for $1 and then you get a surprise subscription charge of $40. It’s impossible to contact the company and get anything more than a link for help that doesn’t remedy the solution. You get prefilled forms as email responses. No phone number and no help. You can’t get your money back. There is no contact info on their website, so no clue where it is located.

I found this website on facebook using Lowes as the company with discounts on items. I bought a reindeer for the front yard on 12/4/2023 and they said I would receive it by 12/09/2023. On 12/12/2023 I contacted the merchant and found out the risetor was the company, and it was not Lowes as it looked to be. This Risetor company stole $37.74 fromme. They claimed the product was delivered but have no proof what company delivered it...This is fraud for sure. FEDX,UPS, and USPS has pictures of delivery upon delivery. Risetor should be banned in the USA and on Facebook. Facebook should be held accountable for letting such companies on their site.

I keep getting N95 masks in the mail, that I do not order. It has my correct full name on packaging. Sometimes i get empty packages. Always from the same name and address. I have not bought anything.

Ordered Christmas items (Jim Shore). The site made it look like it was coming from Jim Shore website. I should have known better. The "company" (from China) showed delivery but no other information ie:delivery method, carrior, date, etc. They took my money & with no way to contact them. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Said it was a macys clearence store. After i ordered is when i found out the real name. For four weeks we text back and forth finally they said they would refund me 70 percent of my purchase. Never got it . I called them out about being scammers they kept denying it. And then their site went to callibg them selves Shouldia. Npw its no longer on the web. I have reported them to the fbi.

I checked out Wallmart because the price was so low. they do sell this but for 700.00 not 41.99. There was a site address but I don't think it goes anywhere. I was afraid to try it.

The scammer opened up a company using our home address the day after our family bought our home in Franklin, TN. The company name is Direct Way Trucking and the person’s name listed is Denise Ioana Artean. We became aware when mail began coming in that company name. We tried to look it up and it showed this company set up 5/16/2023 in TN under file # 001427052. Envelopes that looked like checks came to our family’s home address for this company. We marked them return to sender and no one by that name at our address. Now we have received several envelopes that look like 1099’s for taxes that we are returning to sender as we have no relationship or knowledge of Direct Way Trucking. We have tried to report to the Postal Inspector and IRS but there doesn’t seem to be a classification in their reports for fraudulent use of our address. Any help you can give us or help to others who also have been affected by this type of scam to consumers or new home owners is appreciated.

After tracking my item it was described as delivered but was not. I contacted "customer support" and received an apology and supposedly sent a replacement. When I tracked the replacement it was described as delivered--in San Antonio. I do not live in San Antonio. I have been in email contact several times with my complaint and questions. I was offered a 65% refund but I refused, insisting on a 100% refund. After several more attempts my emails were failures as the email went out of service. My original purchase was on 12/26/23. Today is 2/17/24.

They used FashionNova a reputable company's name however it was not associated with FashionNova according to them. I have been told that the order was delivered however it has not. I have been corresponding with a Jacob at [email protected]. I have since found out this is a bogus company not associated with the real FASHIONNOVA company. Please let people know it is a scam. I have all my correspondence with them and will be willing to send it if it will help shut them down.

A person claiming to sell shoes online had a menu of shoes that you selected a number, gave a size and then you had to Venmo or Cash App the person. Then you sent a screenshot of the payment and they initiated a tracking number from USPS. The USPS tracking number actually worked on their site. And it showed a package being shipped from Seattle (first weird sign it wasn't coming from Maine to Boston area) and then eventually showed delivery at our home a few days later. But nothing actually came, and when my son messaged the seller in Instagram, they identified my son and his friend who also ordered from the same place as being friends who lived in the same town and then said, we have your addressed now and you got scammed.

You don't give an option under 18, but my son is 15 who was targeted.

Money was withdrawn from my account by cloud vision media. They provided an order number and tracking information. A few days later after i had canceled my card they emailed me and wanted to refund my money. I didn't respond. They provided a lengthy list of information about tracking my package. I think it went through customs 3 times. After 4 months they said it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Its been 4 weeks. They have quit updating the tracking and the 925 856 9994 number rings through as busy every time i dial.
