I was searching Google for low income housing when Rose Rentals popped up. I contacted the man and he asked me to send him deposit via apple gift card which I did. He then asked for $300 to rent the garage as well as more money. He refused to refund my money and continued to ask for more. I have contacted the police, and the house has been sold to an individual and they are trying to rent it to me. This is a scam company do not use.

I purchased a flying witch and a set of witches totaling $59.86. I received an email stating a tracking number (which was bogus)but no other information. I tried emailing them but never received a reply. Purchase was made 10/10/2023 with my debit card. I want my money back!

This fraudulent scammer is selling on ETSY & Basple websites. ShopComfyKicks is selling “Red Dunks -Look Alike Slippers.” READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU loose your hard earned money or have to wait 3 Months to be refunded through ETSY.

They took their Payment immediately, through Etsy’s website on Dec 11th & their store claimed my order will be received my 12/23/23…and then NEVER communicated again with me. I immediately requested a Confirmation on my order & for them to provide a tracking number. I ordered and paid for the product to arrive between 12/15 -12/22. I sent multiple emails to seller demanding

a tracking number-And NO RESPONSE from ShopComfyShoes. I then went to review my order again to get Etsy involved - buyer has to wait until the seller misses their expected shipping date- and then you can ask Etsy to help mediate between buyer and seller.

I then noticed on 12/18/23 that their Shop is now On Vacation-Due to overwhelming orders to fulfill . Etsy has responded that I can open a case after 12/23/23 & it can take up to 100 days for reimbursement. I am frustrated and very disappointed that these scammers can even sell fraudulent products on ETSY & BASPLE. They are SCAMMERS! They offer free shipping so they aren’t commuting mail fraud too!

It was on Face Book I placed a order for a Human Dog Bed.  I placed the order and they took the money out the same day.  I placed the order on 12/04/2023 and I have not received my order as of yet nor did a receive a email confirmation.  I paid $40.87.

The website attempted to be connected to Bath and Body Works. When I look at my credit card statement, I noticed that it said SHARONKENDRS.COM. When I researched more, I figured out it was a scam.

I am writing to formally report myself as a victim, along with many others, of a large-scale fraudulent activity and deceptive practices orchestrated by the companies Hotmart, Conectamoda / CM, and SHEIN Clothing. Our shared experiences reveal a well-coordinated effort to exploit unsuspecting individuals globally through false advertising, financial deception, and unethical practices.

As a victim, I have personally encountered the following deceptive practices:

1. **False promises of a free app with charges later refunded:** I was misled into believing the app was free, only to be charged $25, with no promised refund options. The advertised refund process is non-existent.

2. **Misleading payment structure:** The app falsely advertised the potential to earn up to $3,000 per day, while the actual payment per rating was a minimal amount (one or two cents). The promised payment structure is deceptive and designed to lure individuals with false earning potential.

3. **Non-existent PayPal option:** Despite advertising a PayPal option, I found there was no such functionality within the app. The absence of the promised payment method adds to the deceptive nature of the scheme.

4. **Inability to change password and non-functional buttons:** I was unable to update my password, and several buttons within the app did not work as intended. The lack of basic functionality within the app hinders user control and adds to the frustration of victims.

5. **No customer support and contact information:** There is no customer support available, and attempts to contact the companies through provided email addresses and links led to nowhere. The absence of any support channels leaves victims without recourse or assistance.

6. **Unauthorized charges and fake emails:** I, along with many others, have reported being charged four times the advertised amount and receiving strange emails about the purchase of classes, with links leading to nonexistent destinations. The unauthorized charges and fake emails further contribute to the financial harm suffered by victims.

7. **Inability to cash out:** I am unable to withdraw any earnings, as the buttons and links for cashing out are grayed out and do not lead to any functional options. The promised ability to cash out earnings is entirely deceptive, leaving victims without access to their supposed earnings.

8. **Limited outfits to rate, rotating content, and deceptive payment display:** The only way to open the app is through a link. Within the app, there are only 15 outfits to rate, and they keep rotating. While the app claims to pay 2 cents per rating, the advertising promises of earning between $10 to $25 per rating are entirely misleading. The app shows an earned amount of $4, but the button to withdraw it does not work, and there is no accessible link for withdrawal. The entire operation appears to be a fraudulent scheme.

This fraudulent activity has caused significant financial harm and emotional distress to numerous individuals, myself included. We urgently request intervention by the FTC, BBB, and FBI to conduct a thorough investigation into the activities of Hotmart, Conectamoda / CM, and SHEIN Clothing. Swift and decisive action is necessary to protect victims and hold the responsible parties accountable.

I am willing to provide any additional information or assistance required to facilitate a comprehensive investigation.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We trust that your agencies will take the necessary steps to address this issue promptly and provide assistance to the victims affected.

On 11/25/2023 i ordered what i thought were bath & bodyworks candles from an advertisement on Facebook. I received a receipt from a company named "risetor". It is now 12/5/2023, i still have not received the product and I've attempted to contact them several times by email. I have not received any response from them.

took me and had me sit inside Mall, put stuff on face talked said alot of things, all not right talked me into buying then pulled me up said come lets walk to the store, had me go in a room another person had me sit putting stuff on my face, talked and said a bunch of crap, made me sit back with stuff on my face, then came back and said it looks so great then talked about stuff and said I should buy, kept going out of room, said oh this is so great, you just keep coming back to get more free. it is just a one time cost and you are good for life!!! cost was alot scam, $7000 wet back with a police guy from mall he stood there, could not say anything. tried to return all the stuff was told I could not. it was not even a week! SCAM

I ordered a leather coat from this website, paid with my debit card, and never received a confirmation for delivery. About 3 days later i received an email saying there was an issue on their end with the payment and i could request a refund and reorder the coat. I began to immediately research the website and found that there is a scam alert on this website.  This website is an absolute scam and it is a shame that there are no tools in place to stop scammers from operating as a legitimate website or at the very least send an alert that this site is a scam as soon as it accessed.

On fb they had an ad that i showed my daughter to make sure it was ok. She said yes looked good. Ordered my granddaughter a special gift and it said it arrived in my mailbox Friday. They are locked so only post office and i can get in. The post office said that is not there tracking numbers. Must be a scam. I am on disability and this is horrible.

I ordered a wearable blanket from DHgate online. It said from CN which I took to mean from Canada. It uses yawen (unsure of spelling). The order was approved over a month ago and I still haven’t received the item and can’t get a direct response from the company. Thank you. Please warn others from using this site to order anything.
