Booked a room online that directed me to the Hotel in America site, paid for the two nights and received a confirmation and a receipt. Upon arriving to the hotel after a 4 hour drive, I was informed that I don't have a reservation and if I used Hotels in America, I was scammed.

Attempted to call them multiple times with no answer. I then called the bank to report that I was scammed and to lock my card down. Sadly to say that I wasn't the only one in the hotel lobby that was a victim of Hotels in America. I then proceeded to find other accommodations, driving to one hotel to the next on memorial weekend only to find others like myself who have been scammed by Hotels in America and with no where to go.

On May 11 I found the happy hour Sativa dispensary on Google and wanted to purchase some items from them. I initially set out to visit the dispensary in person located at 199 N main st in downtown St Louis and could not find the location as described. Then I called once I saw on their website they offered delivery and no one answered the phone but then I received a text from the business that said they were only open for in person prescription orders and delivery only and started inquiring about their delivery service along with associated fees. The business explained there is no delivery fee if the order is over $50 and I then placed an order for $230 worth of product and sent the payment via Apple Card and received an order confirmation. They sent an order number and then stated that I would need to send an $300 for a refundable delivery fee for a non prescription order which is not mentioned on their website nor was it ever mentioned upon the initial conversation. I then told them to that I was not going to pay any additional money and to refund me and they refused. Now after the interaction and after I left a Google review you can no longer find their google business page and they’ve also turned off the live chat function on their website and still have not refunded the money

The product offered r at a lower prices but they never deliver them there r a few company’s all at the same price doing this the the trustpilot logo is fake. And the pay pal account goes to a person not a company

I ordered a dress on the website that was advertised on Google search. I received a completely different dress from the original photo almost two months after my order. I contacted the costumer service but they only do return if you pay for the shipping. Which can cost double of I already spent on the purchase. They offered me a 25% coupon for a next shop so I can I keep the ridiculous dress that is completely different from what is posted on the site. They lie about the delivery date and about their products. This is a totally scam website from China with pictures selectively chosen to build a nice website but they are not near capable to produce anything near what they are offering. SCAM!!!!

I was checking the criminal history of an individual and the charge was supposed to be $1.00, which they immediately charged to a debit card I had received from a settlement. Subsequently they attempted to charge $9.95 and then $29,95 which I did not authorize. Now, about a month later, they have attempted to charge $9.95 again, I assume they thought additional money would have been added to the card by now and their plan may be to keep charging the card.

Ordered a lounge chair. Initial website had an HSN logo to make you think it’s Home Shopping Network. Got emailed from credit card company saying it was an international transaction. The I got obviously false tracking information. Saying it had been delivered. I emailed and said it wasn’t and had cameras to prove it. They said we checked with the logistics shipper and it had been delivered and could have been stolen. Total SCAM!!!

I ordered product for 48 dollars when it at end of transaction 189dollars I called phone #And cancelled they charged my card anyway i disputed charges credit card didn’t pay except for one now Interbrand Partners S.A. Is trying to shake me down thru collection agency I called them told them I never received any Product and that I had called and CANCELED they settlement amount would be 360.00 I believe they are trying to shake me down by putting this on credit report again I never received any Product.

I ordered two hoodies from an ad on Snapchat in January. Never got them, it's now May. I've contacted support and they kept emailing saying they were sending them and they couldn't issue a refund. Now they're not responding to emails. SCAM.

Purchase approximately 20 strawberries seed for a gift to my grandmother. Her name is Noelle Barnes and joined Facebook Marketplace in 2007; all the reviews are negative with the same issue. She provides a fake tracking number and delivers to the wrong address; provides a front door deliver that is not the buyers front door. Claimed via paypal and because she provided a tracking number they dismissed my claim. She is a scammer and $20.00 dollars here and there to different people will fill up her pocket. She needs to be banned from doing online business and promising people they will received their purchase and never send it.

It's a web site for generic Viagra. to order they ask for Name, Address, etc, Birth date, and other personal info and before they can give you your discount price, they want you to attach a photo, (giving them your identity and your Biometric info which can be the last form of personal ID info I suspect.) ( I don't remember if I gave them my social security number now) They say the generic viagra is up to 80% off Pharmacy prices. I'm not going to give them my Photo along with other personal info to find what they will do with it. Even if it is for medical reference, they could be hacked as well as at&t was.

I placed an order for CBD gummies over the phone, to clean your veins. I ordered 2 bottles get one free $34.95, entered card info, and after that I got a disclaimer which read "per bottle", so I tried to use live chat. I got a foreigner, and asked to cancel the order completely. I was told to hold on while I was on hold,. I hung up, and went to the bank to dispute the transcation. the teller filed the dispute, then I got a couple of papers from them. I returned to the bank with the 5 bottles and the paperwork. I was charged $198.75. The name of the biz that rec'd the money is Oxlogs Mr6. The girl at the bank told me to send it back, which I did, but they sent it back to me. I have filed a dispute with my bank.
