I ordered sweaters for my daughter advertised on Facebook from JC Penney. They order from China. I did not receive anything but the status said delivered. I originally did not want my money back but wanted the sweaters so they re-ordered (no additional cost). Again, status said delivered but I received nothing! (I did pay $1 insurance the first time). The travel logistics of "the package" was very suspicious. Once a package arrives in the USA the tracking changes to our type of tracking and actual states and cities are shown. This never happened. All that showed were vague movements..."processing center", "sorting center" and more of that type of travel. Finally is said "delivered". Nothing was delivered to me and on that second "delivery", it would have been in the middle of the night! They are not even savvy enough to check the delivery time zone to try to make it more believable. No deliveries ever happen in the middle of the night! The sales offer is very suspicious, to say the least!!!

I received an email from a person pretending to be Norton Antivirus. They sent me a confirmation of payment. When I called, they were really brash.

This company,Glo Melanin prays on people with hyperpigmentation as a skin/beauty issue. They hyped up their treatment products with all these fake claims of what a miracle treatment it is. All lies. All fake. You spend money,use the products nothing happens.

I thought I was buying overstock from QVC and it turned out to be this knock off company from China. I never received my order. I never received a tracking number or anything. They won't honor they're product. They offered me a 30% discount, not the whole refund. Later, I found out that they did this to other people.

I had ordered a package from tableclothsfactory.com I received an email that looked like it was from UPS saying that I had a package being held and I needed to send $ 9.84 I tried to send it with my credit card and it did not go through. So then I tried my debit card and that went through but something popped up about a meal plan. At this point I was sure I had been scammed. I called my bank the next morning and had my card canceled and a new card ordered. I thought Shazam or my bank was going to remove the charges. I received my bank statement yesterday and the charges were still on there. I called the bank and they said because I gave out the card Shazam would not back it up. So I called the fake company LUXURYGADGETSANDTECHFO 800-9730760 CA 1. The lady there in customer service named Clarise said I had purchased a subscription to a meal plan (29.84) and I had signed up for a promotional deal (7.84). I told her I had not intended to sign up for that and I wanted my money back. She said I could not receive my money back because there was a hold on the card I paid with. So I said then send me a check. She said they couldn't do that. I then asked to speak to her supervisor. 0f course the supervisor was not there. I then asked for the business address but she said she was not allowed to give that out. She did finally say she was in Florida but I don't think I believe that. But I did call a Better Business Bureau office in Florida. They told me to come to this site and post the SCAM info. So that is what I am doing. Don't fall for someone saying you need to pay more postage to receive a package like I did.

Just yesterday I received the package in the mail. Not something I was searching or looking to find. Small necklace. Postal address has only my last name and address. Searching for XBR in Oregon lead me to this site.

I ordered clothing from Light In The Box and received and charged for all items, one item I did not receive. The clothing is cheap, totally the wrong size, and items did not look like anything I ordered. I am trying to send the clothing back for a refund. They did not want to give me a return address. After days of complaining, I have a China address that they said may not be deliverable. I was told my refund would be 100 dollars less than what I paid. I also have to pay for postage. They even asked for me to pay them directly for the postage, which I am already paying for. Bottom line is people need to be aware of this clothing and this company. I do not want anyone to go through the hassle I am going through. A total rip off!!

Online harbor freight sale for tool box and tools $39.99 $20 shipping I paid for it and never received it and they cannot supply any type of tracking number for a legitimate logistics company to show anything was delivered

I purchased travel insurance and a week before my flight I became ill. I canceled my flight and then turned to Xcover insurance 844-904-3820 and email [email protected]. My flight is fully booked now so no one is out money but me. They are still giving me the runaround and refusing to credit me for my non flight on Sept 27. Claim put in on Sept 21st. Today is Sept 25th. They will not process my claim until I send them my personal medical info ( specifically asking for medical diagnose from a Dr.) guess they never heard of HIPPA. Scam and keeping money for no reason. Claim# ***************

An online website I order from was running a promotion. I got an email the next morning saying I'd won. I'm usually very good at detecting scams but rhey had used the real logo and website page. Until further investigation and being too late did i see it was a scam.

We have been looking for a Mini-Dachshund and we messaged Dachshund Pet Home for some information about the posted photo of a puppy. We received a reply from them and their asking price of $900.00. My husband sent a message to them requesting more information and details. There was no reply at all, we had experienced this before with the same scenario , that they wanted $$ up front first. We did not even reply.! ?

I saw an ad on Instagram for these pants, the deal seemed great, so I went ahead and ordered them in several colors. They also offered a free item with purchase which was a dress. I chose my size of dress and placed my order. Several weeks later, with no updates on my order, I attempted to contact the company at the email address on their website. They never answered, and there was no phone number for contact. I waited a few more weeks, and still no item. On the shipping email a tracking number was provided. To my surprise, when looking up the shipper and the tracking number, my parcel said it was already delivered, but i received no package. I attempted to contact the seller again with no success. When i google the company name, there are tons of fraud alert and scam information that comes up. I wish i would have done this before purchasing. I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and cancel my card. Buyer beware.

Advertised in email as endorsed by Shark Tank. Keto Gummies for weight loss. Tried to order one bottle for $39. Saw the invoice was for $59 so called them to cancel. Was told impossible to cancel. Gave discounts for ordering more and free shipping. Decided to try it. Ordered 3 mo worth. They added “free” cleanse tablets. I said I don’t want them so she said she removed them. I received 5 bottles plus 2 cleave bottles for $237. Was mad but decided to suck it up for my stupidity. NO invoice. Have not used any. Last night I noticed my bank account was charged another $237.No way to contact them.
