I sent a payment of $215 through cash app for eyelash extension products never received them requested a refund through cash app gave the scammer the opportunity to approve or decline the refund which is not fair tried to dispute through my bank told me they cant help me i need my money back

I ordered a product on 1/26/23 and I am still without product or a refund. I sent them money through Zelle as they requested. They claimed they did not receive the money but my bank says it has been claimed. They are trying to get me to send more money using Bitcoin for payment. They have stopped answering my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING WEBSITE.

Purchased a puppy was told total amount was $800, I paid then recieved an email from a shipping company saying they needed an additional 799 for a thermal crate to ship puppy

They claimed they were a company from Great Britain. It was an add my husband received on his phone in regards to an electronic bike for 29.99. We accepted and our credit card numbers were used on the 18th of February they drafted my account for the money and we are still waiting on the package to be delivered. We have had email transmissions from them and still nothing delivered. When we tried to contact them we discovered no active phone or email address.

Found an item on Pinterest that was from a company called Yeager. They eventually sent a tracking site called "Track 718" which showed the item had left Hong Kong and traveled to LA. It then showed the item went to Anderson Indiana where we live. It finally showed the item traveled to our location and was delivered. It was not delivered and when I contacted our local post office who told me the tracking number was not a valid number and that this appeared to be a scam.

Seller offered knives to be built and delivered in about 90 days after order and payment. i made 3 orders and payments of $265 and have never received the knives. Seller puts out an update on the tube channel every month with excuses of why no knives have been delivered.

I froze a hotel that was listed discounted marked through the $51 to $11 , it said to freeze this price pay $10. I did and come to find out the price was not $11 it was with tax $61 , they then said that was the discount with my $41 of carrots money which is my money I had in credits and cash I put in. Then I even said still the math is off they then said well $41-$10freeze was then $11 left to pay . I said this is not what was advertised or broken down till after they charged the $10 to freeze the price and now they took my money no refund and closed my case . So basically they did not advertise that the $11 was after they used my money of credits and also paid the freeze amount. It’s tricking people to think their getting a discount rate and they are not

I received a message from Paypal stating that I old them immediately $699 so of course I called them and they told me that it was from geek squad. I told them that that is not mine. I didn’t do it and they said they were deleted they didn’t give me a hard time or anything. I guess they have a lot of people calling them.

On Facebook (under the name Imprecari) this vendor was offering garden grow boxes. Followed the link to shop now. The said they were an American company and that shipping would be 1 to 2 days. About a month later I received a scarf. I have sent them an email which has gone unanswered. I also contacted Facebook and they have not responded either. It seems there are numerous people that have also been scammed.

He goes by name Hayden Lock, first it started out as a female her pic is on the Facebook page and so is his. The Facebook page is under Rent To Own. I was trying to rent to own a house in Sullivan mo. It was supposed to be $600 a month. And to get in they told me it would be$600 for first months rent and $350 for deposit that was it. Then they kept saying that I had to pay all these different fees. Then they said they was going to send me the key in the mail and said I had to pay a key deposit and I had to pay for the shipping then they said they made a mistake with the address so they had to re ship it and wanted me to pay another shipping fee. Just to let you know I am a homeless veteran I've been living in my van about 6 months now. So I was needing a place real bad . I am on VA disability so I get paid once a month. These people took me for a month and a half worth of pay from me. And I'm still in my van with no money and no food because they have it all well almost all of it. Cause I had to pay what bills I do have and gas in my vehicle so I don't freeze to death. Please help me get my money back just some of it would help. And please catch these people before the take other people's money I don't know how many people they already have done what they done to me. Thank you

My elderly mother saw a video from someone named makemoneywbecca3 on TT and was promised if she spent only 7 dollars she would be able to make a million dollars just like her in only 3 weeks?? how is this ethical and legacl? how is tick tock allowed to do this????? my mother lives on a fixed income this is disgusting!

I ordered guitars from a "clearance" sale on Facebook marketplace claiming their business was closing down. I received an email the next day claiming the product was shipped. Four days later I got an email from the seller...not the carrier, saying the packages were delivered. But no packages ever arrived at my address. No shipping company recognizes the tracking number. I tried emailing the seller using the address that initially emailed ME, and got an automated message stating that the email address was invalid. Three weeks later I got sunglasses in the mail with a u.s. address that belong to an actual seller who says he doesn't sell sunglasses and is well aware that someone is using his name to ship unwanted products to people. Either way I'm out 149 dollars, my credit card info is now at risk, and I am unable to reach "musician artists" in any way to try and resolve this issue.

My husband purchased a new TV at Costco, and was trying to put Amazon Prime Video on it. He scanned a code from the TV screen with his ipad, and it didn't work. He then did a Google search, and a website came up with a link that gave him an "Amazon" phone number to call. They said that his account was locked. They said in order to reactivate it, he had to go to a site to buy a gift card for $500,00 and it would reactivate the account. My husband asked if then that charge would be returned to him and the man, Frank Scott, said yes it would.

After that, there was a whole series of things that went on for hours trying to get our money refunded.

At some point, my husband needed me to try to help with something. I had not been involved at all, and didn't know how all of this had unfolded. I was told that the man from Amazon was trying to refund our money. He said he was unable to put it back on the original card that was used because of security measures. He asked if we had given our password to someone in Ohio, because it appeared that someone there had used our information on Amazon. We said no. He then told us to put the 'Any Desk' app on our phone so that he could help us process this refund. We did.

I have used remote access help before, but not through an app. My husband just wanted to get the charge refunded, so he urged me to do this.

We then tried several different methods to try to get this money back, including Cash app, Zelle, and Venmo. He would have us enter names and amounts, and then decline them. He said this was a way to get through security measures for the refund. He did this repeatedly. Since none of this worked he said we had to try another way. He had us use LibertyX to find a bit coin machine close to us, and it would be refunded that way.

The amounts were: $998.00, $400.00, $499.00 totaling $1897.00

By this time, over 3 hours had passed. We were panicked, exhausted, scared, couldn't think straight, and hadn't eaten all day.

We thought we had no choice but to try this to get our money back. We went to the machine, and were told a series of numbers to put in to get refunded. I did this and put in my PIN. I don't know what bit coin is, so I thought this was how it worked. When I return things at stores, sometimes I have to enter my PIN for the refund. Anyway, we did this a few times, not understanding what was happening. Then after about the 3rd time, the machine said declined. He then told us to go buy a Sephora gift card at a store for $500.00. That is when we realized something was very, very wrong.
