I ordered two Kobalt 24v 6.0 amp batteries. Never received them. I contacted them through email at [email protected] and told them I never received the product.I told them I wanted the batteries or a full refund. They keep saying so sorry for any inconvenience. I did contact my credit card company and file a dispute.I want to make sure no one else gets scammed.

I made my order and paid on February 17, 2023.

I messaged the owner May 5, 2023 to update sizing as my child had outgrown it.

On June 14, 2023 I asked for an update and requested a refund. She shop owner let me know she would refund my payment when she got back from vacation that next week.

On June 23, 2023 I messaged her to get an update on the refund. She sent me only a generic screenshot from square showing that she had refunded it and that it would take 7-10 business days. There were no identifiers to let me know the refund was sent to me.

On July 28, 2023 I reached out again to ask for an update and received no response.

I messaged again July 11, 2023 for an update and she made me aware that she had cancelled and reprocessed the refund.

On June 19th, I reached back out and she let me know it was still pending.

I reached out again July 21 and 22 with no response.

On July 24th I asked again and she let me know that the refund had completed and that it would take 5-10 business days to show.

I have sense reached out July 25, 27, august 6th and today with no response.

They said I could get a Coleman tent for 5.99 then when I put my info in they said it would be 7.99 . I checked my bank statement a couple days later and found they had charged me for a membership of $69.99/ month. They said the 7.99 was for a chance to win the tent. I did call the company and the agreed to reverse the charges and cancel the membership.

Bought a pet fen from an ad on Facebook marketplace from Kouwer i paid for fast shipping it totaled a little over 82.00. After the 2nd week i started emailing them and they would always reply back with...wr checked and will be there in a couple of days, until this week cause it just says business is temporarily closed

WARNING: Do not fall for an advertisement by Amplese.shop, operating as Chameleon, like I did. I purchased a Collagen Boost cream that was advertised to reduce wrinkles. The video demonstrated a French woman’s wrinkles disappearing right before my eyes. It was impressive, so I placed an order, which took weeks to arrive. When it showed up, the dispenser was broken and the product was disappointing. It stickily sat on the surface of my skin and produced no result.

The guarantee promised 100% money back if not satisfied as well as free shipping and returns. Don’t believe it.

Customer service offers a 30% refund and they won’t pay for the return. They say that shipping it back would cost more than $20, so why don’t I just keep the product?

It’s a stupid scam. I was silly enough to believe in Truth in Advertising. Be smarter than I am. Don’t fall for anything advertised by Amplese.shop or Chameleon.

I’m a hat maker, someone has created multiple websites, using not only images of my hats and descriptions but also of me personally. They are using my luxury hat photos to scan people, making them believe they will get the item pictured but they get an incredibly cheaper version. Most of the ads from the scammer appear on social media, Facebook and instagram.

I pre purchased these expensive dog food bowls and stand 2/6/22. Several promises were made by Trot Pets about production and distribution dates for the bowls. I just reached out again only to find out they’ve gone out of business. Still haven’t received a thing from this company. Scammers!

The event tickets center was an ad that came on the information online about tickets to opera Modesto in California. The price of $571 was advertised as the ticket price and the ad said there was only one ticket left for opening night. Right before I placed my order, my intuition took over and I decided to try to reach the box office for the opera event on October 13. The ticket prices range from $50-$60 and they were plenty of tickets still available.

I ordered a dress offered on a Facebook site called Pappya.com. The claim their clothing is "Made in South Carolina". I paid with my American Express card on their website. The package came with the dress included. There is a Chinese shipping label partially exposed under a US shipping label. The return address is "Joe Doe, 475 Supreme Drive, Bensenville, IL 60106". The package had nothing in it but the dress - no receipt, no return or exchange information. I went to the Facebook ad and found [email protected]. On 8/7/2023, I sent an email asking HOW I return the dress for a refund as it did not fit properly. I have sent four more emails, on 8/8, 8/10, and 8/16, with no reply and none of them have "bounced back". I Goggled Joe Doe at the above-noted address and learned this information: Joe Doe is not ScamPulse.com Accredited. It stated "current alerts": "Pattern of business complaints: do not receive products as described on-line or receive empty packages, ScamPulse.com contacted twice; no response, 211 complaints, 8/23/2023 ScamPulse.com unable to locate business. My additional concern is that the clothing is not labeled - no fabric labels to indicated what fabric is and how to care - this makes me think it is NOT made in South Carolina, but rather China (since the initial shipping label is Chinese. I have been scammed $63 - lesson learned. I am concerned that 1) they have my credit card information and 2) I am noticing more of these type of Facebook ads. I consider myself a fairly intelligent and very cautious person and I got "took". Ha!

I had on information from usps that I had gotten scammed. Apparently I had not. Vin Custom has lousy logistics and no customer service however my item did arrive. It arrived somehow thru usps which usps told me that it did not exist.

I received a package from this return address that I did not order. When I tried to search the info on the envelope my fraud protection wouldn't let me link to the two searches listed under people who received unordered product from this return address. On my new credit card statement I had an unrecognizable charge for $23 and change. The bank said they have no phone number or address from this vendor. I'm thinking this is attached to the package I received . The tracking number on the package is USPS 9400136104262680175298

It came in as an invoice of a gun that I bought and it was put on a charge card and they gave me an order number which I gave you

The invoice had PayPal on the top

This happened to me once before they try to extract Social Security numbers Bank numbers PIN numbers saying that they're going to reverse the charge

Instead of just saying they'll take care of the matter

They provided closeout machines with sale prices. I purchased one of the machines, was given a tracking number, supposedly it was delivered to another state. They contacted me by emails and said that it would be sent to me and they never did
