Then noticed on their info sent as an acknowledgement there was no way to contact them and the logo didn't look quite the same as the USPS. I saw on my credit card charge a Oxpay * cudwood and rachelstar shop. It looked suspicious to me. What should I do?

Somehow, this scammer got our account and routing number and withdrew $99.00. I heard they hit other accounts over and over. Businesses have to close their bank account and reopen another account or they will keep drawing money. We have not ordered anything from them. I don't even know what kind of company they are and what they are supposed to do to take $99.00. They need to be shut down. they are scammers!

Ordered two dresses off the Keppal website claiming it’s from South Carolina. Product came from Jamaica, NY. The service department tried to haggle with me about returning amount and I would not agree and demanded that full amount be refunded. They insisted that I return items to Dubai out of my pocket in order for me to get a refund. On the website it claims 30 day returns are Free.
