Placed order for an ARB awning in December 2022. Shipping in 1 week. Still not received 1 month later. No way to reach them. No one answers office phone. They respond to concerns with an automatic generic reply. No office address listed.

scammer was selling Nike Dunks on instagram, I did my best to verify legitimacy and they seemed fine, but I asked for tracking number the next day and I had been blocked

Scammer listed used Ford truck parts on FB Marketplace for sale. I purchased a steering wheel which I paid $120 for...but was directed to download Cash app and follow his directions to make Pymt, which I did. The next day he told me he needed another $50, for insurance and postage. I refused bc his ad said "free shipping". So...I never received my item, I never got my refund and when I notified Cash App, they basically said "too bad, so sad". The scammer then reposted the ads under another name, as he would then block people AFTER taking their money. NUMEROUS people complained (under comments) about this scammer, under every name he listed under, yet NOTHING could be done about it. SICKENING.

Was searching for a vintage ceramic plate online. Found it on this website. Thought it was odd they had 100 in stock. Later noticed everything says 100 in stock. Phone number goes to a random apartment complex. Address is not valid or is a residence. Map shows the location in London. Products provided are very strange when viewed together. Thought maybe it was a mom and pop operation but now know it is a scam.

I ordered clothes from this company that was advertising on Facebook. Everytime I email them with an update on my order they say they are checking.... it has been almost 7 weeks since i paid for the items.

Ordered 2 sets of storage boxes via ad on Facebook for $34.69 on my charge card. Received an email that previously led to my order on a website but now is no longer an active link received 2 ribbons marked as scarves in the mail today and no boxes. Cannot contact London GB Coanow any more.

I placed an order on 11/28/22 with the understanding that the ship date would be 15-20 days out. I have since contacted the company a couple of times inquiring about my order. I just keep getting the excuse that due to "rainy weather" my order is not complete and cannot be shipped. I stumbled across the ScamPulse.com website and it is full of complaints about this company never filling orders for money they have taken. So, I am not the only one. I truly just want a refund at this point. They have a strict NO REFUND policy. How can this be allowed if they do not provide what you paid for??

A stray dog entered my home. It was fine with adults but growled around our daughter. I left for work and My husband contacted this rescue (as well as many others) in attempt to find more suitable accommodations til the owner could be found. After a lengthy conversation "the rescue" sent a "volunteer", whom I believe is the "proprietors" boyfriend, to pick up the dog. My husband's encounter with this man was questionable as he didn't inquire about any information about this dog. Eg how or where he was found or our interactions with this animal. The owner contacted my husband via Facebook through FB comments and told him the rescue the rescue let him go, in front of a fire station. I do not believe this rescue is accredited in any way, or have any licensing to operate an animal rescue. They do not provide an address of operations. Nor any other proof of operating a legitimate animal rescue.

This company was advertising their product on Instagram. I purchased through the website over two months ago and never received my order. They seem to have fake parcel tracking website that continues to tell me the parcel is coming. They will not issue me a refund after numerous attempts to do so.

STAY AWAY!! SCAM ALERT! FRAUD!!!

FRUADULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE!!

I placed an order with Off The Grid Concepts LLC on 26 November 2022. The order confirmation email stated my order would be shipped on 29 December 2022. Today is January 23, 2023, and not a peep from this company on my order.

I have sent multiple emails, made numerous telephone calls and crickets. No response. Nada. I left messages on their Facebook page, zero response.

At this point, this company is a scam and fraud and I intend to pursue legal action to recoup my funds which they gladly withdrew at the time my order was placed.

This company scammed a TON of people on Facebook. If you Google their name so many posts come up with people being scammed. I thought I was buying a laser printer and got a feathered pen instead.

I placed an order with this company on 12/08/2022, the order never came. The email address for customer service keeps changing, they only reply with generic emails. This is not a legit company.

I thought I was ordering a nativity set similar to “Willow Tree” for $9.99. I ordered it on January 14,2023. Last week I received a package in the mail from an address that read;

Only for Return

12500 Slauson Ave. Unit B1A (Not Seller Address)

Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670

Inside the package was a box with 5 pairs of socks.

I also had ordered from 1 other company, Epi Some. I purchased 2 items from them on January 8, 2023, an air fryer for 9.99 with shipping for a total of $20.28.

Also a cabinet for 19.99 with shipping for a total of $26.57.

I did some research after I received 2 more packages of socks, and found that they are all the same company!!

I had listed on my Discover card that they are all listed as; HK HKG phone # (360) 268-1229, zip code 999077

I have no idea if any of my information was compromised or not.

January, 12, 2023, ordered CBD gummies supposedly backed by Dr. Jennifer Ashton, GMA Medical Correspondent on line for $39.99 & was advertised as buy one, get two free. Discovered that Dr. Ashton denies any alignment with the products and is pursuing legal action. Was never given a confirmation price or email confirmation on total price or shipping, but the next day I was charged $59.99 and then $199.00 Called my credit card company and cited the orders as fraud. Cancelled my credit card as well.

Received multiple bottles of gummies and products I didn't order with no way to return them or contact the company.

Received invoice right away. Never received product ordered. At least 5 emails sent, Facebook messages & messages via website all went unanswered. When disputed with credit card company, they denied my claim stating that the item was delivered, per the business. It has been 4 months since I purchased & have yet to receive product, return email/message, or tracking number to prove the item was even sent, never the less delivered

I ordered some slippers back in November for a Christmas Present. On their website they have shipping times listed and the USA is around 7 days. I reached out after about 2 weeks and let them know I never received it. Long story short, I reached out every week and every time they told me it will be there in two days. I asked for a refund many times and they said once the package arrives, then they will walk me through the refund policy. I never received them to this day. They do not help at all and they just keep pushing the package back. They got my name wrong as well as other details of my order.

Item purchased on 1/4 and never shipped. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company with no response.

Was told to send half payment to his PayPal, which I did($100 CND) and he would start on my order, which was a neon Seattle Seahawks neon sign, the agreement was I pay half and the rest upon completion.....once I sent the $$$ via. PAYPAL! he blocked me from Facebook as well as PayPal

I have Reached out to them multiple times and have received no response and no product. My order was placed in November

After reading an article on iflscience.com there was an article at the bottom from healthy-guru.com... I was curious so I watched a 10 min video. The video claimed to use resources from many places like British Medical Journal, International Journal of Obesity, University of Louisiana (Dr. Church), and Journal of Neuroscience. The video claimed these 6 ingredients would promote quick weight loss: Golden Algae, Drumstick Tree Leaf, Dika Nut, Biganade Orange, Tumeric, and Ginger. At the end of the video, they tried to sell different packages. This is when I looked up Alpilean- the supplement they are trying to sell. And the ScamPulse.com link brought me to one article and helped decide to write this complaint. This experience made me think of the weaker people who may actually choose to buy the product without looking into it further.
