Scammed through Sunnyvale Facebook Moms Group. Member stated that they were selling tickets to Taylor Swift Concert in July since they could not make it to the show. Scammer sent screen shot of ticket from Ticketmaster. Sent transfer through Venmo. Scammer said she was a mother part of the group and had child and would not scam anyone. After paid scammer, she tried to scam other moms on the same group.

Reported to bank to block payment to Venmo. Bank paid scammer on my behalf and Venmo froze my account stating that I had to re-pay them to unfreeze my account. Never receive concert ticket.

I ordered some camping chairs from diayihe store that I saw on Facebook. (It actually showed up HSN). I supposedly was delivered June 26,2023 but was, in fact, never delivered. I have been battling with them for several days and still only end up with a partial refund ($6 less that I paid) because they said it was shipping fee. I felt pretty safe since it said HSN but it was, in fact, a scam.

This company charged me for a completely counterfeit bed frame that was priced at almost 2k. I also paid $250 to have white glove delivery to have people come assemble the bed. After contacting the company about the item being completely unlike the photos, they offered me 10% off my NEXT purchase. After going back and forth and asking that the bed be removed and refunded, I realized that this upholstered bed had bed bugs! After contacting them that day they offered a full refund if I would remove the dispute with my cc. After doing so, they again would not issue a refund and said that I could repackage and pallete the bed. This is after I already informed the company that I had the bed bug infested frame removed for an additional $500. This company is completely fraudulent and they are selling counterfeit good with minimal customer service. On top of that, this has cost me so much more in pest control, time, furniture and landfill costs. I would highly recommend that nobody purchase from this company. Allegedly Stan is the manager, but once I contacted him about this matter, he was ner=ver ever available again for follow up. His little helpers always said they’d check if he was in office and they forever said he was out of the office and he never returned my calls. I am currently back to disputing with my CC, but that will not cover all of the damage that this company has caused me. I will also be pursuing legal action. Do not waste your money with this fraudulent company.

I ordered a car part from the company they told me it would ship in 2 weeks. So I called them no answer! I emailed them and got a response asking if I wanted to cancel my order! I said no I just want my parts! They told me it was on back order and it would ship out in 2 weeks! So I tried contacting them again after the 2 weeks and no response all I got is an email with an automated message! Now it’s been since March 26,2022! My bank says I waited to long! I haven’t even canceled the order yet! So what I take it as if a company waits longer than 60 days to ship their products then they are scammers but if they can get through the 60 days it’s the customers fault? So basically it’s ok to scam people out of money as long as you can have the customer wait 60 days then you can steal their money!

Kimberly Ream at South End Boutique offered Hot Pink Hey Dudes on her Facebook group and her website. purchased these on April 5, was expected to receive by May 5. She has not responded to anything, emails, comments, or messages. I have yet to receive these shoes.

Site looks real. It lets you look at a lot of merchandise and look think the discount on items are great deals and must haves.

They had on the website that claimed to be Bed Bath and beyond really good deals. I ordered two treadmills for thirty seven dollars each. Next to the picture of the treadmills was some QVC clearance sign. I really thought this company was legit so I ordered more things. When my first order didn't arrive that's when I said i've been dupped. The contact email was [[email protected]] . No phone number was provided.

Seller offered iPhone 12 Pro on Facebook marketplace. Seller requested $300 cashapp using a different name; Tonja Hoskins. Seller sent counterfeit UPS tracking document. Once item did not arrived, writer requested update, then seller deleted profile and discontinue conversation as unavailable for messenger.

Ordered a product for a stated price of $6.99 and was shipped a larger qty. and charged $198.95. Returned product to them for a refund which they refused to provide even after a credit card dispute was filed by me. Ultimately they got their product back, I paid the credit card bill and I have NOTHING but a lot of wasted time and lost money.

I placed an order for $60 of live poultry

Initial messaging state

Cost of $60 delivered

After receiving payment they conveniently "forgot"

to include ann extra $100 for rental of a shipping crate and stated to send that to them. I became suspicious and did not comply and asked them to refund my $60. They tried to promisee I would get my $100 back after rental.. I declined and stated I wanted to cancel order and to return my money

In messaging the said they would that evening but I have since not received any refund. I think the whole thing is deceptive and fraudulent . Im still trying to notify Facebook but it is difficult They have a traceable ID number

I listed. I hope you can help. All the messaging on Messenger will confirm this scam

A woman by the name of Maria Christa claimed she had pure bred teacup Chihuahuas with papers. She only took gift cards as payment. She claimed that she would deliver the puppy after changing the registration paperwork for me. Instead, after sending pictures of the front and back of the gifts, I never heard back.

This business is refusing to honor old gift cards they issued on a previous point of sale system (Apple Pay) saying they don’t have any of the records and they said on Facebook they posted they won’t be taking it. We were given a gift card for Mother’s Day and a birthday and two separate times with different gift cards they said they couldn’t honor them. The owner said she can’t address the record but Apple Pay services said they can retrieve any gift cards and send along a sheet with all info to the business owner upon request. Even when provided with the card number the owner did not respond to multiple attempts to rectify the problem and honor the gift card. Finally after over a month of attempting to resolve this the owner was directly confronted and finally honored the card. It was extremely disappointing to be treated like we are trying to scam someone when the owners story not only didn’t make sense, but created repeat negative experiences. Finally the owner redeemed the amount, but I’m wondering how many others were just “out of luck” from this situation.
