I ordered a birthday shirt for my sister's birthday in February, I ordered it 1/28/2023, they said it would be delivered 3 to 5 business days that was 7 days ago, I texted them and they said they my shirt would be delivered 3 to 5 business days still never received it, they don't have a phone number or address, didn't know that, or I wouldn't have never ordered from them, I am on a fixed income and a senior citizen

Tocomma is male shirt company on Facebook selling men shirts, I ordered over a month ago and every time I reach out to Tocomma I don't get a respond, when I track the order the tracking doesn't make sense my order was once in my state, Alabama then it was sent to Boston then to New Hampshire then to Tennessee, everyday it's in a different location, no one answers the phone no one responds to email, no one responds to instant messaging on Facebook they took my money and never delivered the shirts I ordered and other people have complained of the something happening to them.

I tried to purchase luggage. They sent emails with usps tracking information even. The usps said it was priority mail and they see this often.

I cancelled my order due to online irreputable business after reading several horrible scam complaints. I have yet to receive a refund, and the company agreed to a refund, and refuses to communicate with me now. It has been over 2 weeks. Apparently they have done this to over 200 customers.

Ordered a set of storage totes and received nothing, now the site is gone

Received an unexpected package on the mail. Return address looked odd due to the overall lack of name. Was a retractable charge that I never ordered.

I was searching for a maternity health coverage plan. I was reached out to by an "insurance broker" named Thomas. He told me that he found the perfect maternity plan. My maternity visits and ultrasounds will be covered 100 percent with a zero-dollar deductible and the delivery will be covered 80%. The portal with the benefits confirmed the same thing. I purchased the plan and began paying monthly premiums. Before any doctor visit or test, I called "member services" to confirm that the doctor and the procedure were covered and each time they agreed that it was so I proceeded. On the insurance card, it said "this is not insurance" so I reached out to the "insurance broker" and he said they couldn't legally call themselves an insurance company because they do not cover drug and or alcohol abuse.

After my first trimester (3 months) of seeing my OB and being told they were covered, I received a "self-patient pay" bill, meaning nothing was covered by JHS. My OB said they told them I do not have maternity benefits, which I thought was a miscommunication because the entire reason why I bought this plan was the maternity benefits. So, I called member services once again and was reassured that I do; there must have been an error and to give my OB their direct line. My OB's billing department called and said they don't know what to do because their claims departments keep rejecting my claims. Member services said they were going to send me their in-network providers and maybe switch doctors. I called 15 of the providers on their list (PPO Multiplan in-network list) and THEY ALL said they do not accept this type of coverage. After multiple calls between my provider and JHS they finally revealed that not only did I not have maternity benefits, but they are not an insurance company because they don't provide maternity OR drug and or alcohol coverage. So I was fraudulently sold a plan and lied to for months. I reached back out to the "insurance broker" and said that I "had the wrong number." So I was communicating with a burner phone. I have screenshots of him blatantly withholding information. Not only have I paid them months in premium fees, but I now have a $4500 bill ONLY in my first trimester.

After reading complaints made on their review site on BBB, I am not the only one in this situation and there seriously needs to be something done because health care is not inexpensive in this country, and like myself, poor samaritans are now DROWNING in medical bills they thought they'd avoided by opting into this plan. Bills people simply can't afford... more than some college tuition prices!! Multiplan is also a company to blame. They're both leading people astray. I haven't read ONE single good review from the providers or customers. Providers are saying they never opted into this (they're falsely selling a fake in-network narrative) and benefits.

Online order for headlamps from Fluxbeam.com. The moment I submitted my payment I received a message that I would receive an e mail with information regarding my order. My credit card was charged 99.98 and have yet to receive an e mail as promised and no item received that I ordered. No physical address found nor any contact numbers to call. I have sent several messages via their website without any response. I am disputing the charge on my credit account as I have yet to hear back from this Fluxbeam.com company. I feel this is not a reliable company and may be scammers.

Never received item purchased. Product description stated that item would take 10-20 days and it has been well passed that time frame. Emailed customer service on 3 different occasions and they refused to tell me my order status or estimated ship date. I requested a refund and they refused, they said they don't issue refunds. This company is terrible! They are constantly scamming people with their false advertisements on Facebook, knowing they have no intent on fulfilling these orders. Horrible customer service as well. No wonder they don't list a phone number of their website.

Purchased a pair of boots from a website that was spoofing another website:"outfitters.ca". They use the same layout and have the same products. I reached out to the real website contact email and they confirmed my suspicion that the website "www.winnipegsale.com" was not legitimate. Credit card has been canceled to avoid further fraudulent charges.

I found a newspaper rack lamp online. I ordered it and paid for it with Paypal, thinking I was safe. I received an order confirmation that said, "the goods will be delivered as soon as possible." I have tried to email them by two different emails one says it is not in use, and I never received a response on the other two I sent to a different email available on their site. I ordered the lamp on January 8, 2023 and today, Feb. 7, 2023 I have not gotten any further correspondence. Further Paypal said that there is nothing they can do either. I am frustrated with that as well.

Asking for credit card information that they “won’t charge “ you.

I was on Google and on the news feeds it has different things like stores that have clearance stories so this website popped up on Google and the clothes were really inexpensive and it was a good deal so me being a trustworthy person and believing in this crap I got screwed never received my stuff since December it was December 2nd when I ordered all this stuff I had attempted to email them now they're blocking my emails I just very upsetting that this is happening

After making a google listing angi leads reached out by telephone to try their online service. I paid and tried the service and even though it worked poorly, it kind of worked, so I paid for it again, but it seemed like a casino. Sometimes the leads were good and sometimes they were not. They had a more expensive lead system, or leads that were more likely to turn into a serious lead. This means that the less expensive leads did not always give a way to make revenue. I asked over they phone why all the leads were not in one pile and some were more expensive because it seemed to not make sense to pay for "less serious leads" out of your account budget.

The leads I got out of the system costed to make a phone call to the client, or reach out of the budget. Many times it was for a product like a TV, or something I had not listed as an expectation. The representatives I called seemed to be able to handle these account issues to keep me happy if I was paying. They could remove the fee if it was a lead that was really bad or ended up being a total nothing. They could do anything to the account other then suspend it for "30" days.

After many phone calls I asked the service representative to cancel, or permanently disable the account until my business was ready. I needed to get a few surgeries and right after I started my business, it seemed like I needed a few more months to get started.

Now on the phone they are claiming they could suspend the service for 3 months. They would only suspend the account for 30 days for me before their auto billing system turned back on even though I specifically told the service representative to turn the account off. Even though they can suspend the account for 30 - 90 days, they chose only to suspend the account for 30 days and claimed they could not cancel the account.

If they have control over my account, and are unable to cancel my account over the phone for me I would start becoming suspicious to a scam.

I asked them not to auto return my account on, and because they claimed to have no control over it, they are making me a victim. Now the account automatically turned back on, they charged a bunch of fees on top and then sent my bill to collections right after I got out of surgery.

Attached is the e-mail is from the company trying to collect from me at a 50 percent discount.

I spoke with their representatives and said after the account has been sent to collections its terminated and theirs nothing they can do about it, even to re-open my account after surgery to keep me as a customer. I offered many different ways, but after I asked them to turn the account off they kept saying I need to reach out to consumer care.

I spoke with the lead manager of Angi Lead / Home Advisor, and they seemed empathetic for the situation of coming out of surgery and then having my account in collections. I asked many times over the phone and explained why it is a scam is that the same people calling to collect money to pay for angi leads will not turn the service off and start sending you to different representatives.

I explained extra frustration that the angi leads had the option to turn their system off for 90 days, but the manager claimed that was only for people on military leave or special circumstances.

After 4 different times on the phone (wasting my time) I kept asking them to turn the account off for a long time because my business was not ready and the company failed to do so. After Coming back to my business which was barely started they are trying to charge "255" he said on the phone, but the collection agency is trying to charge me 50 percent off my total balance in a weirdly written e-mail.

The company is a scam because they do not offer quality leads, and charge your credit card on a timer based on the lack of control of the same representatives calling you to take your money. The scam is done through an automated system targeting only the service providers. The representatives admitted the clients do not charge a fee and home advisor only charges the service provider. This means the leads are of low quality and the scam is more targeted at the service providers and locking them into an automated system they cannot get out of.

Also the manager on the phone said my balance was for 255, and the collection agency is saying AMT: $324.86.

None of the information is consistent and the e-mail looks like it was typed out by an online scammer.

I went to Google Play store to download an app that would cast a program from my tablet to a TV. I saw two apps that indicated they could do what I wanted. During the download of the app, digitalizze.co came on and said they needed a credit card to authorize the app. They said the credit card would not be charged but it was in the amount of $2.95.

Bought a lounge chair bean bag. I've contacted them multiple times over the last 3 months. They never told me anything other than they shipped it. I've know other that bought them and they also didn't recieve them. But they're friends that did get one and that's why I got one.
