The consumer received a letter saying they were taking a survey on current population and employment availability. The letter stated they will be contacting the consumer once a month for 4 months, this year and next year. A man named Daniel Merrell called the consumer AND came to the consumer's residence but was not allowed past reception. He was very pushy and rude. The consumer contacted the US Census Bureau and found they were not running a census that matched the one Daniel Merrell was referring to. The consumer felt like it was not legitimate.

This is a scam website! I was looking online at remote jobs and this site shows up, they said that you can make up to $30 to $45 dollars per hour for being a freelancer writer with no experience at all. Well let me tell you that it is fake. Luckily I didn't pay any of those offers that showed up, because if not my total would've been $200 or more, I only paid $47.00. Now when I went into the website, all the jobs offer were taking me to INDEED and they were all expired, not sure if those are real or fake. Anyways as soon as I saw that unfortunately I realized that this weird and sketchy and decided to email them and send them a message to please cancel my membership and to please refund my money that it wasn't what I was expecting, and I've been sending them emails and messages since this morning and it's been hours and all the systems says: ''You’ll get replies here and in your email and Our usual reply time: ?? A few minutes'' That's a huge lie! I know that customer service doesn't take that long to reply back, and I have to wait until that transaction finishes so I can dispute with my bank because I'm not going to wait until they reply back because I'll be waiting forever. ScamPulse.com need to shut this site down! People are losing money because of this.

this is not a tsa pre check authentic website.

They wanted me to buy a visa gift card instead of using a debit card. The lady stated that she wanted a picture of the front and back of the gift card and send the picture, I did not do that, because my friend wanted to call the BBB. Only spent $50.00 gift card but did not send them the picture. They will not answer questions regarding where they are located etc.

I still have no idea how they got my information. I just happened to notice a small charge for a couple of dollars, didn't think much of it. But then again in a few days, and again and again, each time the amount grew by $2-$4! And the the debits each time we're made in the wee hours of the morning. So I did a little research and found that these websites were not only a scam, but I had no need or use for their so called services!

Rural internet service. I signed up online, didn’t receive the router or anything else for a month although they’d already taken $100 from my bank account. No phone number for this company or customer service information. Vague occasional responses from them by email written in bad English. Tried to cancel my subscription and keep getting messages that they’ll respond to me within two days. They just took a second payment from my bank account even though I cancelled. No service has been provided.

On Feb 2, 2023 I stumbled upon a website with all kinds of things for sale (twitideal.com).  I placed an order and immediately had an uneasy feeling that it was a scam.  A week later I had not received the order or any communication indicating the order was being processed.  Just a receipt from paypal.  But that receipt contained an email address, so I sent the seller an email and the next day received another paypal email indicating that the order had been shipped with a UPS tracking number.  I thought it odd that UPS had the package weight listed at 22 lbs.  My order should have been more like 5 lbs.  The order never arrived, even though the tracking number eventually indicated that it had been delivered, so I emailed the seller again letting them know that I didn't get it.  No response.  I reported the missing package to UPS.  In response to that, UPS sent an email indicating they had received my report, and also provided some additional information.  UPS indicated that the package was shipped from AMAZON to someone else in Collierville, TN, but not to me.  I emailed the seller requesting that they please ship out MY package.  No response.  I found the email, [email protected], on the website and wrote to that for help on 2/27.  No response.  Then I noticed that the address given on the website and the phone number both appeared to be fake.  The address says it is: 67449 Ethan Mills, MN 34438.  It is unclear if the Street Name or City is supposed to be Ethan Mills.  This doesn't even appear to be a real place, the postal code is somewhere in France.  The phone number, 855-581-7214,  is "can't be completed as dialed".  I can't imagine where they obtained a working UPS tracking number for another package delivered to Collierville, TN, but that was an obvious attempt to convince me the package had been mailed.  In short, it appears this whole website is a scam and it should be stopped.  I only lost $36.81, but I'm sure others will lose a lot more.  Please investigate twitideal.com.

Acouple of pieces of vintage costume jewelry (Schreiner).were listed on Etsy supposedly from France. I purchased a piece and a couple of days later bought another. The next day, the site was filled with listings for normally expensive pieces and they stole their pictures from other listings on other sites. I immediately contacted Etsy and they were absolutely no help. I explained that the listings were defitely fake but the person on the phone said I still had to go through their channels and it would take months for anything to happen. Meanwhile, my money would be held hostage by them. I had to go to my payment source who contated Etsy. Etsy responded by claiming since it had a tracking number, the purchase was legit. I checked with the shipper and the tracking number was a fake. I got a notice from Etsy that the “package” had been delivered, but nothing was delivered because the item doesn’t exist! Etsy is dragging their feet at every step, and if I hadn’t paid for it with a well known payment method, I have no idea when and if I would get my money back!

Saw an ad on Facebook in December for dog piggy banks. Looked up the website to verify that it actually existed. Ordered 6 banks on the wesite. Offered payments through Klarna, so opted for this option after verifying that it was a legitimate company. . Entered my name, address, phone and email on both the order site, and on Klarna. Gave Klarna my debit card number for payments. They took out payments of $40.48 on December 11, 2022, December 25, 2022, January 22, 2023, and $40.49 on January 8, 2023. I did not receive the banks in December , and assumed that they would ship after all payments were made. February was busy for me, and I forgot all about it. March is my grandson's birthday, and I thought I might get them in time to give him one. I tried to contact the company online, and the email was returned as undeliverable. I tried the phone number, and it did not work. I looked up the payments on my bank account, and they went to "JBthaGreat", not to Kidspiggybank.com. I have contacted my bank, who is investigating, and Klarna, who says I have to wait 21 days until they will open an investigation and told me I need to contact the store. I repeatedly told Klarna that the store does not exist. I tried to contact JBthaGreat, and he has MANY businesses and online sites, but is unreachable. I attempted a chat on one, and got nothing. He has my money, and I want it back.
