Online Purchase Scam Reports & Reviews (459)

This is a store that is advertised on instagram named Club de Présage. There are two store pages under the same name. They use bots to increase engagement on their page to make it seem like people are interested in their products. I like many others was interested in thier products and made a purchase, that was 2 months ago. I have reached out to their info email demanding for an update as they never sent any shipping info. They replied back saying oh they shipped it months ago but never bothered to send me any required information. Then to insult my intelligence even further they send me a fake tracking number for DHL. I've had items delivered by DHL before and compared other tracking numbers to the one sent because I knew it looked off. What do you know its not real. So, I reported it with my bank and am now reporting this business through the proper channels. I looked through instagram comments there were many people that have been scammed by this business as well it wasn't apparent before as they were hiding comments. So far I know they operate out of Germany.

Beware with who you allow control over your money. No matter how much was spent, it is still your hard earned money.

Advertised on Facebook. Positive reviews were listed.

Did not approve or sign up for an automatic shipping for another 60 days supply. Emailed company and called to return everything for a full refund. Did not use any of the bottled received. Spoke with their customer service who gave me a return address and reference number to return for full refund. This was sent via tracking USPS back at the end of June. Company claims no receipt of items and is playing games with the refund. I have proof that the items arrived and yet this company states the items are not there.

I placed an order for a discontinued Palm Pal, which they claimed to have in stock, on Kideno’s site on Jun 27. I was sent a Rolly Pet. Both toys are made by the same toy manufacturer, but are different products. I contacted the company twice using their “contact us” link. They never responded. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company. The company then contacted me via email, and I again explained what happened. They claim in their emails to me that the Rolly Pet they sent is the same as a Palm Pal. I informed them that it’s not, and even sent them links to the toy manufacturers products showing they’re different products, but they have refused to see the difference between the two toys, and are insisting what they sent is fine.

Product was cheap. Shipping tracking was originated in China. Item took a very long time to get to the states. Then shipping info says item was delivered to a person in a state that I don’t live in. Asked for a refund and company says item was shipped be patient.

I purchased chairs from site gave it over a month to receive.

I emptied them multiple times asking for routing they sent me some bogus routing number.

Never received product it's been over two months.

Was quoted for a cleanup service to remove a pile of branches from my yard. The provider then marked the job complete and charged me full price without completing any of the work.

Have tried contacting the company numerous times onky to be ignored or given excuses.

This company is lying about their clothes being made in the USA. They are very clearly made in China and have that small Asian sizing. Their website says they take returns. However they spent weeks haggling with me trying to prevent me from returning their cheap, ill fitting swimsuit. They operate stores under several names with the same merch. Their initial shipping cost me $15 when actual shipping was less than half that. They also appear to be a company that buys positive reviews. Buyer beware.

Got scammed for 4 recliners with wifi and lights and I got my daughter to order and she spent a few bucks because I recommended it to her I feel so bad I also was. Scammed by the electric car for 39.99 on marketplace 2 times it's not my first time either you would think I would learn but yeah dirt devil mixer curtains if it sounds too good to be true then believe it probably is don't be gullible like me I recently sent money to wrong person on cash App because there's so many alike I was hoping to get that fifty back but guy deleted the account no help anywhere getting any of my money back and I'm 65 and on disability

This was an add on Facebook that you could receive 2 lounge chairs if you bought two. The video was very legitimate, a girl telling you about how the lounge chair worked and the colors, etc. I emailed them after a couple weeks of not having any tracking information- luckily they did send me an ordered confirmation- and they said my order had been expedited and would arrive shortly. I checked it daily until my package came and it was in fact not chairs, but a $2 horse scarf from aTukwila, Washington address. I emailed them and told them how unacceptable that was and that I wanted a full refund. They asked me if I could get the scarf to a friend or send it back for a 40% refund. I stated the scarf cost less than the amount to send it back and that it was their mess-up and they should give me the full amount I paid back. We are going on weeks now and I’ve been emailing back and forth trying to get my full amount back and haven’t had any luck.

I have wrote to them several times I asked for a refund and all they did was email me telling me I had to wait they had no contact number everything was done by email they have a website portraying to be a clothing store online. Apparently I’m not the only person that got scammed and now when you try to go to the website through the email they sent because it says visit our store it doesn’t come up at all…. Please help shut them down!

I was targetted via a Facebook ad for a swingset which was being sold by Lowe's through Aucklend shop at a deep discount. I purchased the swingset for 109.99, and heatwa.com sent an order confirmation. Hearwa is actually out of Florida 2401 Chase Ave. Sanford Florida 32771. Four emails, and snd one phonecall later, no swingset, and nothing was delivered. Turns out a gentleman by the name of David Fematt has been using both addresses run fake scams selling Lowe's merchandise and Harbor Freight merchandise from companies called Auckler.shop, hearwa.shop, Culays.shop, Guiano.shop, and Genbit.shop mostly using the texas address but slso the sandford Florida address. The phone number is listed out of Wisconsin and no one answers. The hearwa customer support email is undeliverable, and the farctic.com email works, but you never get a response. And Facebook just keeps selling this guy/ people ad space to rip more people off.

Add on Facebook advertising lazy sofa for $58, I ordered it using credit card and I received a spoon and chopsticks.

Chris Ramirez was selling a expert advisor for $1300 and I paid him through zelle and when I received it the item did not work like they advertised it and they claimed they do not do refunds as it was not stated online. Better yet when they were advertising it they were selling it on telegram. When I posted in the group it does not work and how they scammed the group they proceeded to kick me out and not gave me future updates like they promised

On Facebook marketplace, and sending payment through Zelle, I bought an old camera from Noah Ward on June 14th. He assured me it would be in the mail by the close of the next business day. An entire week goes by and I still didn't hear from him so to be nice I messaged him again only for him to use some excuse of not having a ride to the post office. Another week goes by without him being able to drop it off at a post office, so at this point I ask for my money back and he claims he overdrafted his account and needs the money. Meaning that this, and all the other things he has up on FB marketplace, are just low dollar scams to keep his finances afloat. At this point he removes the listing from Facebook marketplace, and I still have not gotten my money back. I am still waiting and it's more than two weeks since he said he'd gotten paid, so I'm assuming it's a scam. Since I have his full name and number via FB and zelle I figured I'd report him here and through my bank!
