I am disabled and the ad states that the I have emailed them to cancel order I got 1 reply asking why and I still haven't got my money back

I went to the transformer website and learned about the scam

- Fernandina Beach, FL, USA

The website kept asking me to approve payment through Pay Pal and I refused each time. I believed it was going through my credit card. After the transaction was complete I checked transactions on my credit card account and the transaction was paid to Pay Pal. I knew it was a scam the. I immediately contacted my credit card company to cancel and warn them of a bogus charge in the amount of $556.00 was listed on my card activity. The agent told me thy could do nothing until it was posted. I then researched the company, Justin Powers Equipment and discovered there were a number of complaints.

This site offers many different items, including electronics, appliances, tools, etc., at a massively discounted rate. They claim that they buy wholesale so they can afford to offer cheap pricing (as much as 95% off the total retail value). They even offer PayPal as a method of payment but here’s the catch: they will ask you to change the type of transaction to “friends and family” meaning that when you realize that this is a scam, PayPal will be unable to return the money to you as this type of transaction is not protected. Seeing this request, which, on this particular site claims it will enable faster delivery, is a major red flag. If the merchant is offering a legitimate business transaction then the PayPal transaction type should not matter, but they are doing this so that you cannot get your money back if you complain to PayPal. If ever you see a merchant, requesting that you change your payment classification to “friends and family“ don’t do it and leave the site because there is no legitimate reason for them to be making that request.

** ****,

We're sorry for the delay in our response as we're currently receiving a high volume of emails.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in your order as we ran out of stock of the Fadify 2.0 but I'm glad to let you know that we just received feedback from our team that the stocks just arrived. We are processing the pending orders since February. Rest assured you will receive the tracking number soon. Kindly bear with us as we have to ship thousands of orders.

Instead of cancellation and making it up to you, we would like to offer you a 20% discount on your order if you decide to keep it and experience the product to achieve your hair goals when it arrives.

Please let me know if you would agree with the offer. Thank you and make it a great day!

Regards,

Ritzy,

Saw an ad on Facebook for a digital keyboard, Donner Dep-20 88 keys with pedals and a stool. Said it was a clearance and would be reduced to original price once they sold out. The site now only features yoga pants and my receipt only says what I paid, not what I ordered but I took a screenshot.

This was a hair dryer purchased. Website claims money back guarantee and that it is shipped from the US. It was from China and is very poor quality and does not work as advertised. Additionally one attachment broke immediately. I tried to contact to start a return and refund but they refuse to cooperate. They say the best they can do is refund me $8.00 even though I paid a little over $50. It’s been days of back and forth I’ve tried to ask why they say money back guarantee and then cannot follow through.

I’ve tried leaving reviews directly on their site and while they say published they never actually appear. I realize now all the positive reviews they have on their site are fake.

- Warren, MI, USA

Multiple attempts to obtain merchandise return mailing address for refund. Company responded with offer of $20 not the full $118 I paid. They will not provide return mailing instructions.

- Grand Forks, ND, USA

Money was paid but no merchandise was received. I have attempted to email them several times and also attempted to phone them. No answer either way! They provided a tracking number in a confirmation email but the merchandise was never delivered to USPS. I HAVE TRIED THE TRACKING NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES AS WELL!

- Rincon, GA, USA

It looked like a credible website on Instagram. After I placed my order I received a email saying my order had shipped so that seemed suspicious. I have a tracking number but I am unable to reach the email address provided. It keeps saying that it cannot be delivered.

- Saint Augustine, FL, USA

I ordered a bathing suit from their site, which was advertised on Facebook. It didn't fit and was of poor quality. Per their websites instructions, i emailed them to get a return authorization. First they offered me $6 to keep it. I said no, i wanted a full refund and again asked for the return auth. No reply for several days. I contacted them again and asked where the return auth was. They then offered me $10 and a 20% off coupon. I again said no, i wanted a refund. No reply. I"ve contacted them twice since then asking for the return authorization. Still no reply. They give you 14 days after receipt of the product to return, and now we are past that time frame due to their scam/delay tactics.

- Quitman, GA, USA

Ordered from ad on Facebook for raised flower box, received scarf a couple weeks later. With the return address to California with everything written in Chinese. Website seemed legit, 100% satisfaction, guarantee. No working number for USA. Lost $50

- Dayton, OH, USA

I saw a post on Facebook of a store stating they were liquidating their Vans merchandise and had everything on sale. Stated everything on sale, discounted prices. Has contact info at the bottom, store info, return policy, etc. So I placed my order expecting to get a confirmation email with my order #, never got it. Waited for a shipping confirmation, never got it. Tried to contact them through the contact email, the emails keep getting sent back as "undeliverable". Look up the address, it's some run-down, busted house in Florida! I want my money back!

- Rock Island, IL, USA

I placed an order with Lolo's Bonnet's on March 8 2022. I received an email on March 28, stating that it had been shipped. She provided USPS tracking # ******************************* To this day, the status still says that she has not dropped the package off at USPS. I've emailed her three times over the last couple of weeks and she does not respond. I was frustrated for myself, but I was motivated to file this complaint after visiting her social media accounts (especially her TikTok account) where there were dozens of comments from people in my very same position - shipping label created, item wasn't shipped, and Lolo's Bonnets would not respond to them. I want to put a stop to this scamming. Please review her TikTok comments, you'll find plenty of other customers in the same boat as me.

I found the website and contacted them about buy an excavator for $96000 and he said he could ship it as well for another $1500 and they sent a purchase agreement and wanted me to wire him the money and I had a good friend fly 1500 mile to go check it out and he got to the address and a lady said they went out of business a year or to before and I tried calling the guy and no answer after that

- Jacksonville, FL, USA

I kept seeing compelling adds on Facebook for this company’s products. Thinking this was an American company, I ordered 4 pair of shoes and did not receive them. I’ve tried contacting the company probably 20 times (via email because that’s the only way to reach out to them,) and I’m continuously getting cookie cutter copy and paste email responses. The responses are laughable. There is no intent to refund my money or resent the product. I’ve read several bad reviews since, wishing I had looked at them before falling for the scam. This corporation truly should not be permitted to do business in the U.S.

- North Richland Hills, TX, USA

I made several attempts, through email, trying to get support/information about the product. The device they sent me did not work-except for the flashlight. (It was purchased on 03/11/23, received at my house on 03/19/23, and returned to them on 03/27/23. They received the returned device on 03/30/23. It was signed for by initals L.L.) As of this writing 04/16/23 they have not responded to my emails or request to refund the money. I contacted the credit card company and they refunded the money. I want future buyers to be aware of the unethical treatment of this company.

- Durant, OK, USA

Placed an order and never recieved merchandise.

- Valrico, FL, USA

I paid upfront for year worth subscription and they stopped sending the monthly package after only 2 months in to the year. They have not responded to emails and their phone number does not work. They have not responded to numerous people with similar complaints on their social media pages either.

- El Paso, TX, USA

Pool table was on Facebook marketplace . There were lots I’d reviews and pictures. Confirmation email. Even responding to my email asking where it was and sending me a email stating it’s been shipped with a tracking number
