Ordered laser engraver on Dec. 30, 22 @ $49.95. Notified by USPS on Jan 20th China label was fraudulent. Postal Service added label listing "Online Seller, North Las Vegas, NV. After paying postage due $5.80 package arrived today, 1/27/23, containing a polyester scarf of nominal value. I've sent an email today to [email protected] demanding a refund of $55.75. The party at North Las Vegas is assisting in and is part of a consumer fraud operation. An online search revealed several questionable returns.

I placed an order January 4th for a 3-pack underwear pack, hoodie and shirt&shorts set. I emailed them multiple times to check on an update as one hadn’t been provided. It’s the 26th and I have yet to hear anything still.

I clicked on an add on Bored Panda website. It's been 5 months and I never got the beds. I did receive a pair of men's winter gloves last week with no address

Purchased a pool for my family and the website took my money never delivered product.

I ordered boots from this company. I never received a tracking number, so I contacted the company and was then informed that the product was sold out and no longer being manufactured. I requested a refund, they did not refund me and have not responded to the multiple emails I have sent.

Do not order from this company!!!!

On Jan 4, 2023, I placed an order for keto gummies for $59.99 as the best deal per the website, tru-bio-keto.com. I was surprised to get two charges to my account $59.99 and the second for $198.78. I did not order anything for $198.78. I did not get a confirmation email of what I ordered. I immediately called my Bank, Navy Federal Credit Union and told them of the additional charge of $198.78. They stated that the charges were pending and would not be able to do anything until the charge actually went through The $59.99 is all I ordered. Many hours later, at least 6 hours later, I received an email stating the order has been shipped. Since the charges were still pending, I don't believe that it had been shipped. I called the number in the email and spoke with Waylen in the Philippians and said that I wanted the ordered cancelled. He said that he could not cancel the order "since it has been shipped" but he would give me a discount of 50% or roughly $80.00. I told him that was unacceptable and asked him what type of scam he was running. You triple charge an account and then want to give a 50% discount? In an email I told the recipient that I notified that bank and that if the package showed up at my door I would refuse it. Around Jan 9, 2023, the charges went through and I called the Bank(Navy Federal Credit Union) and they submitted a fraud dispute and a claim for the charges. The Fraud Dispute is still pending as of this writing. On Jan 11, 2023, the packaged they shipped showed at my house and I refused it and had it returned to sender. I emailed them again and told the recipient that I sent back their package and they had no reason to hold my money. They told me in an email that since the account was frozen, and that before they could send a refund, my bank had to call them and tell them there was no longer a dispute. I emailed them back and told them that any intelligent person would know that if they sent back the money the dispute would go away. They have ignored me since.

I placed an order for an item for a Christmas present which I was given a tracking # that was shipping from Ireland. After a month total the items stopped in Lafayette indiana. When I reached out to the company to dispute the item, they gave me a new tracking # that is now shipping from China but has had no movement since 1/6/2023. They won’t cancel and refund my money but I have no faith that I will ever receive the item. Please help!

I ordered a comforter set from the online website, “Everythingcuteclub.com for my daughter for Christmas a few weeks before on December 12, 2022, as a last minute gift. I have yet to receive a shipping update nor a notification that the items have been sent or are in transit. Since it has been a while since I ordered it and I have been patiently waiting due to being considerate of the Holiday season, I have now grown concern that I have been scammed. I reached out to them via their customer service email at [email protected], I have inboxed them on instagram and I have tried to track my package, but no tracking number has been provided. They have not responded to my email and when I reached out to them via instagram, they redirected me to the customer service email I’ve previously provided in the above statement. I have also reported it to my bank and they are doing their investigation on the matter as well. I have attached the communications that I have had with them so far below and have attached them in chronological order, as well as provided screenshots of other customer comments or complaints under their instagram post. Thank you for your time in helping me to report and solve this issue so that it does not happen to anyone else.

I paid to have a sofa that folds out into a recliner on December the 6 and I have not received it yet and it has been a month and everytime I reach out to them they keep telling me that they are going to get back in touch with me

Site looked legit, and no signs of anything goofy like weird grammar or funky sentences.

Glad I only took the horn for one pair rather than 2 or 3 like I was going to.

Got an e mail saying my order was received then when I inquired about my order I got another email showing it was shipped through some unknown company called X4Express.com. Showing from Seward, Alaska.

This company doesn’t exist according to BBB.

The product description was for a neon, brightly painted, well sculpted, WORKING gum ball machine.

The actual product looked nothing like the photo from the website. It was dull and not sculpted the same. Most importantly, it was NOT a functional gum ball machine. There are no holes for gum balls to fit through at all! They have false advertisement. They offered a full refund if the product is returned within 15 days. This is impossible! It would never make it back to its home country within that time frame AND it would cost MORE to send it back than the item.

Decoinmind does this intentionally to SCAM it’s customers.

I sent an email requesting a full refund, as my order had not been processed after 10 days. Instead of granting me a refund, they created a shipping label to say that the order was processed so that I could no longer request a refund. I repeatedly asked for them to cancel the order and just issue the refund and they consistently said no. Then said it would take 10-20 days for shipping.

friend of mine came across a man (Nicholas Reid 239-745-9787) selling the service at Fleamasters Flea Market in Fort Myers. This man came to his (invited) and set my friends televisions up to stream thousands of channels and it works fine. I went to the EUTVS.COM and made a Family Plan purchase for $64.99/mo. The purchase was made thru Paypal.com but that's as far as it went. There's been no emails with links to register a user name and password and the setup URL http://50.97.203.156/Firmware/eUTV.apk returns a server error. I've sent multiple emails via the contact button on the website which I believe goes to [email protected] and get no reply.

I ordered a large lawn Nativity from them. The video used showed a solid wooden one nearly 6' wide. It was assembled with interlocking parts and the cross slipped in place to secure the main structure. The one I got was flimsy, wasn't real wood and was only about 2' wide. Double sided tape was used for assembly. Parts were missing, (stakes and directions). It is J*U*N*K!

We were to re home a dog from a person in Calgary named Rose Knoll. She was to ship the pet by UNIUNI COURIER by flight from Calgary to regina then uniuni from regina to Our place of meeting Veregin sask. They started with needing $300 for the flight so we etransfered that then they said the kennel the woman was trying to ship her in was no good for flight so I could rent one pay full price with refund on delivery. $350. Then when the pet supposedly arrived in Regina they said it needed vet papers or they need to get the shots as it came from a different province. They wanted $1500 that's when I put a stop to this. I text the owner of the dog and showed her and then she was trying to convince me to pay half to get her dog released. That's when I figured she was connected to this.

Purchased 2 lawn chairs and they sent a pair of gloves. Blaming shipper and wanting us to pay high shipping to return gloves. On refusal trying to offer half money in return.

The company claims to be located in California but is based in Italy. You can't contact the company by the WhatsApp number and the package was stuck in Italy the from the beginning on December 2022 and it currently January 2023. The package was never received.

Ordered 12/10 and received an order confirmation. No shipping/tracking info no product received.

I left 3 phone messages and emailed them 3 times with no response to anything. Also contacted them on Facebook with no response. I saw similar posts on their Facebook page!

However, due to the huge demand of the product we're running behind on orders. Also, we do not have express shipping lines for this product due to the size and weight of the product. We work with our carbon free shipping carriers to ship orders via sea which can take some time to arrive. We don't want our customers to pay over $30 to have the item shipped via express.

Please allow some time for us to have the item delivered and you may always follow back up with us via email in regards to your order we'll be more than happy to provide you with an update." from May 11th. The order was placed on April 25, 2022.

I purchased a Xmas inflatable and I should have known something wasn’t right when they would only except master card. After I made the purchase on line they charged something on my card and thank goodness my credit card company knew it was fraud and contacted me immediately. They had to close my account. I’m assuming the person lives in Washington DC since that was where the purchase was made and I live in the south.
