Found the ad on facebook claiming to have a crazy sale for bath and body works candles. The website and reviews were made to look exactly like the ui for the real website. Upon purchase the payment confirmation email was not bath and body works, but instead Vanceones.

A Facebook ad popped up for what I thought was Balsam Hill Christmas trees. I now see why I got such a great deal. The website used a purposeful spelling "error" to their counterfeit site. Balsmhillforsale.shop -- omitting the letter "a" in balsam. On my bank statement the payment for $45.78 was sent to Cove Chicdress and the number 904-304-6245 is not a working number. Surprise. Please help me. It's the principle, not the $45 bucks.

The website offers newborn, baby dolls to stimulate actual baby dolls they post pictures of what the doll is supposed to look like but once you receive your product, it’s not at all what you ordered

I ordered a product that offered a money back guarantee. It took a month to get product. Meantime i found product for a fraction of the cost. I contacted them for refund & return address & they responded with it would cost too much to send back to China & offered a 20% refund. I told them I would be staying with the product that i ordered elsewhere much cheaper & wanted address to return. They havent answered back. Scammer

This website appears to be a legit factory outlet site for Brooks running shoes so it was hard to tell at first. Luckily I did not proceed with a transaction but I did enter my name and mailing address which i subsequently deleted though there is no way to actually delete your account. A few clues that the site is a scam: the discounted prices for the shoes changed by a few dollars in the cart each time

I would add something. i noticed what appeared to be German words that quickly flashed on the screen when I tried to total up the order. I clicked on the social media buttons on the webpage footer and these didn’t lead to any Brooks pages. The privacy policy doesn’t look legit as there is no name of the business only the website URL. Every word on the website starts with a Capital Letter Like This; no contact number or email, for the business.

Ordered a product that had a very deep discount to other retailers. That product was never delivered, but the tracking said that it was. Upon telling their third party customer service, as soon as I stated that I disputed it with my credit card company, they refunded my money (supposedly.) I presume my order was used to move something else though customs.

i order 3 pairs of crocs and made my payment and asked for a tracking number. which was sent 2 days later and I'm following the tracker and it said delivered. I emailed [email protected] and Racheal said it was delivered and I reply it was false i have a camera and nothing was delivered. i emailed back and said i want my money back and I still haven't heard nothing back.

How interesting that there are many complaints regarding a scam which claims to charge only a shipping fee but removes an unauthorized larger amount without informing the purchaser. All of the complaints I see are around the same time as mine. There is no info to contact the company and I am left with the fear that they will continue to continue to make unauthorized charges. My only info is the charge came from a company designated as megaexception 8552156086, aka consumer direct savings. Buyers beware.

This "company" was handling the Bed Bath & Beyond liquidation sale. I purchased several items ($43.05 total) and never received any of them. I've been emailing with them and they claim the stuff arrive 8/13//2023 and that I was to check with the post office in Naperville, IL. I did. They never had it and the post office said the reference number [email protected] gave me was not one the post office ever uses. I keep emailing back to [email protected] and they said I was to check with the "logistics company" involved, but they won't tell me who that is. I no longer want this stuff and want a refund!

They had a direct market ad to click on offering 5 dollar t shirts. Shirts were ordered and they provided a tracking number throufh 818.com. they then claimed shirts were delivered and they never were. Then they resent package after contact claiming signature required. The deliverer they used claimed someone signed for a package which is impossoble because no one eas home. They have offered 90% refund

I placed a order for 5 items July 3rd 2023 a payment was made via Afterpay.. I contacted the seller via email to see when my order would be sent they sent a reply back saying it will be shipped on July 11th 2023. I tried to track my order all it says is that a label was created July 3rd at the Post Office.. I tried numerous times to contact them to refund my money via email with no, success .. I haven't got my order or my money it has been 3 months

Ordered Brooks shoes from brooksshoesoutletstore.com which were to be shipped in 5-7 business days. Using their "tracking" link i saw that they did not "ship" for 30 days, and it said my order was "on the high seas" and i would be notified when it reached the next port destination, with the package arriving in another 25-35 days after shipping. Coincidentally shortly after I made this purchase someone in another state tried to authorize $100 for a landscaping project, I believe it was directly related to this purchase and my information was used fraudulently. Another indicator should have been the punctuation mistakes in the "about us" and "shipping info" categories ?????
