Company only went as far as printing a shipping label. They refuse to refund my purchase, insisting it is in the mail. USPS shipping says that that is a lie. After the shipping label was created, the package has not moved since I placed the order. I never received my product and don't believe I ever will. Anyone can print a shipping label. Weeks have gone by and customer service refuses to help. They provide no phone number, only email.

I ordered flowers on 01-31-2023 and paid for same day delivery still today 02-02-2023 they are saying that the driver didn’t answer them to double check if the flowers were delivered

They were not!

I never received the product i paid for. I did finally receive 2 ribbons after trying to email them multible times. I ordered in January and still have not received anything. Yes, they are scammers.

Website purchase for tires.

Paid through PayPal and have filed a claim to get money back. Phone numbers attached to Website. 1 is a realtor out of California. Then the other number is non working.

I purchased two shoe benches of different sizes directly off their site (seen on FB ad). I was charged $38 for one and $48 for the other. I received two ratchet sets instead. I contacted them for a refund. They say their supplier sent the wrong thing and I’ll have to pay postage and send ratchets back (approx $2 for the item - total junk) and deal with the supplier. They are refusing to give me a refund, even though their “website” says 30-day money back. I have copies of receipts, cc statement, and emails with the “company” if you need any of that. I’ve also reached out to Facebook and Google asking them to remove this site.

This online store is a scam they offer very cheap prices but they don't send they item they send a worthless item in the mail instead (in my case a bracelet). They then offer 60% discounts or tell me if i can pay to ship the item "back" or somewhere else for them in order to get a refund which I know is a scam I'm attempting to get my credit card company to charge back this scam company.

My daughter ordered two pairs of slides for her and her brother with her own money and she never received them. This was ordered in June. I tried to contact them many times with no response. Then they said they credited her account but nothing came through. People ordered them on Amazon and received them and my daughter who is 14 is so sad.

Their website claims to sell legitimate LEGO items. I ordered two. What I received were two heavily damaged counterfeit LEGO items, that contained no LEGO logo and were imitating LEGO products but in dissimilar packaging and in a different colorway. I submitted an inquiry to their help desk regarding both the damage in shipping and the counterfeit nature. At first, they did not respond but after multiple emails to their contact us I finally got a reply. They said that since they offer free international shipping and since only the packaging was ruined but not the actual building blocks the most they could offer me was a $17 refund on a $120 order. As to the counterfeit nature of the items this was their response:

"Our products are all products sold directly by LEGO foundries, so they are much cheaper than the official website.

You can refer to the price on the LEGO website.

Our products are the same as LEGO products, except that they do not bear the LEGO logo.

We just want to bring cheap and good products to the world, without malicious intent."

Their website claims a 30-day money-back guarantee so I requested a return for a full refund since the products were counterfeit though all images on their website show authentic LEGO products and they never replied. Additionally, their webpage shows ScamPulse.com accredited but I could not find their company listed in the ScamPulse.com directory- wish I had checked that first before purchasing.

Do not waste your money on this scam. I purchased the touch bracelets that you see on TikTok from them. They had several reviews and seemed reputable. Completely wrong. After I made my purchase, they sent me a confirmation number and a website that was completely different from the website I initially purchased through. The estimated days on one says 19 and another says 12. After 21 days and receiving an email that I could track my shipment, it said my item had arrived and received in my post office of my small town. I went there and they had received nothing of the sort . After that I will look back and noticed there was two different websites and different emails for contact. Don’t trust any of them because they’re just gonna take your money. The link that they had given me in the email sends you to a cheap bracelet website to make you think that you’re bought the wrong thing, and they sent it to me as well without an invoice or any additional information.

All the emails listed on these website are also invalid and they come back as mailer-damon.

I purchased a product from the website furrisey based upon a fb ad that featured decent clothing. I never received tracking so I emailed them and they blamed the delay on Christmas. I emailed them again a couple days later and I was told to please be patient. They eventually gave me a tracking number to some place called track 17 but im pretty certain I've been a fool checking this tracking service I've never heard of before for merchandise that has not been sent to me.

Scammer delayed tracking number. Then intentionally delivered product to another state, after charging credit card. Scammer was misleading with where products were being shipped from which was China! No formal contact. Only reachable by text.

This has been a terrible experience. I ordered a gift for Christmas on 12/8/22. I hadn’t received any correspondence from the company and on 1/123 emailed the company asking for an update. They responded 8 days later saying they were backlogged and it could take up to 25 business days to be made. Fast forward to 1/17/23 I emailed again asking for correspondence and have yet to receive any information about the product I have already paid for.

I ordered leggings and they arrived with a manufacturing defect. This was the response I received from their customer service team:

I had order a plastic shed and the confirmation email seem weird to me it was :[email protected]. I had order the shed for dad but no wonder it seem kind of weird to me that a dress site sold the shed. After the order was place weeks later I got an email saying my shipment was back up but never arrive. I tried tracking it with the site and tracking number they gave me but it never gave me good update. One more thing it shows that they are located in Illinois but if you call the number it show that you are calling Longview,Tx and if you track the shipment it shows is coming from china which it makes it even more strange.

The only information I have on this scammer is the website. I helped my son order a Nintendo game system he'd saved for ($** is a lot for a 10yo!). After we made the purchase on Paypal (which went through to someone named "Walter Wenzel") -- also note, paypal was the only checkout option -- we received no confirmation of purchase. We tried to contact the seller but all the contact information was bogus (for example, the links to facebook, twitter & instagram go to "page not found" if you click them. When you click the "email me" link the address listed is "your@email").

After I was unsuccessful at reaching the seller we googled the company and learned that TONS of people have fallen for the same scam!!! And Paypal won't return the funds. Please shut this guy down!

*** Nigerian type scam *** Website sells ammo.They want payment though PayPal, Zelle or Cashap as "friends and family" (a payment type that you cannot get a refund when you don't get anything delivered).

After you submit your order they contact you by text msg for [this payment by non-refundable type ] because "our credit card system is malfunctioning" (there was nothing on their website even for entering credit cards).

Yeah, not so much.

This is my receipt and I’ve blocked out my address and mothers address and names. I ordered this and it has yet to be shipped. I have requested a refund as this was a Christmas gift and it did not arrive by Christmas. The customer service doesn’t exist and they just take money then refuse to refund when they haven’t made the order or shipped or shipped it. The scammer uses American addresses and email but no phone number and they auto reply that they will get back to

You but never do. Their Facebook profile wear felicity has bad reviews there but I didn’t see it because their website has amazing, only good reviews on it so they trick people into spending their money then don’t send them anything or send them horrible quality jewelry and photos.

I believe this company is a scam. This product was purchased and paid in full on October 28, 2022. I have followed via email up on 11/23/2022, 12/6/2022, 12/10/2022 and 1/8/2023. Vague automated (?) responses from the company about shipping delay however Multiple people had the some issue - no product.

Ordered a motor for my car on December 9th was suppose to be delivered on December 28th. Never received a tracking number as promised 5 times. I've been getting the run around everyday. They promised that it was being sent now by a private driver but have never given me any company name or phone number. Spoke with who was suppose to be a manager by the name of Anthony that initially told me if they refund me I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee! Then after much arguing he promised Id have it yesterday or I could get a full refund. I spoke to Melissa the other character that has lied to me daily today to get my refund because of course it didn't come and she claimed it would take 2 hours for her to cancel the order to issue a refund and said call back. Now they are not answering the phone. $****.00 is what they stole from me. The 2 phone numbers I had are 3123804841 and 8887480882 they stopped answering both.

We ordered one and when it arrived it was not like the photos portrayed so we attempted to return the unopened wallet

Their website says you have 45 days from when it was delivered. They provide no way to contact them, no number, no nothing.

Their website says customer service is available from 9PM to 5PM CST - it makes no sense - likely a foreign company but facebook says Los Angeles CA
