The scammer markets their extremely cheap priced products that usually are ten times the price through social media like facebook in order to gain access to consumers private and financial information and will never provide any real products. They pretend to be HSN including using their logos, trademarks, videos and look and feel of an HSN. Website.

I order clothing in May from this company and never received them, they makeup all kind of stories.

- Smithville, TN, USA

Went to the web site of PUSHPINMAGNETS - since these are hard to find - the website checked out - they had past customers - addresses, etc. BUT when I received the "package is shipped" and the tracking #. The tracking # was fake/no real. The USPS had never heard of the company and the tracking # was no real. The phone # was no longer available. there was no company at the listed street address.

I placed an order online using their service. I then drove to the pizzeria to be told they dont use online services so they had no order. I then chatted with one of their agents. They claim they tried to call me, and they didnt regarding not being able to place the order. I was then told they tried calling the restaurant. The restaurant then confirmed they didnt do this either. I was still charged for my order then told to place it in person myself. Then i was told my order was denied by the restaurant. They have been lying to me over and over. Now im told i can have a refund but minus the processing fee for placing an order. They claim they are having difficulties. Im now told i cannot have a refund of the fee becauae they still provided a service! They took my money for my food order and never placed my order and now im paying a service fee for no service! Not to mention, the restaurant has never heard of them nor used their service. This is a scam company!

My name is ******** ****. On May 18, 2023, I ordered a compression sleeve from this company. The website looked legit as they offer 24/7 customer support and a 90 day money back guarantee if I am not satisfied for any reason. 2 days later I realized I ordered the wrong size. I tried to phone customer service to see if they would be able to make the switch on their end. The phone number doesn’t work. I them emailed their support. It took 3 days for their 24/7 customer support to get back to me. After numerous attempts they are now telling me I can’t return the merchandise eventhough, the tags are still on it and it’s in the original packaging and within the 90 day time frame. I later learned that the although the address on the web is in TN, the product is shipped directly from China. The web also says it takes 3-7 days. My statement indicates the catagory is a computer business located in Canada. Lots of things don’t match up. I have numerous emails from the so called lack of support. I am uploading their return policy. I have filed a claim with my bank.

On 5/28 I sent the merchant $211.09 for products. The merchant promised a tracking number within 24 hours. The merchant then told me THEY SHIPPED MY PRODUCT VIA USPS ON MEMORIAL DAY WHEN ALL POST OFFICES ARE CLOSED. I have file multiple complaints and will attached all text messages from this scammer as well. Now the merchant has mysteriously taken their website offline.

On 3/7/23 I placed an online order with Craftsman-buy for 4 metal modular raised garden beds, costing 49.99 and 7.00 shipping.

I received confirmation the order was received and the transaction would appear as dailynicelyf.com on my bank statement.

On 3/10/23 I received an email stating the order had shipped.

On 4/6/23 I sent an email to [email protected] as I had not received my order. Response was a work order would be created.

On 4/21/23 I sent a 2nd email (under an option "I want to dispute" with the customer service center) since nothing came of my initial inquiry of where my order was - I requested my order be cancelled and a refund be sent.

On 4/22/23 the response was the package was showing as arrived on 3/23/23 and I 1) needed to check with my local post office and was given a tracking #, 2) check with my neighbors to see if they had my package and 3) negotiate a claim with the logistics company and if I could not successfully coordinate with the logistics company, I was advised to contact them again.

On 4/24/23 I contacted my post office and was told the given tracking number was invalid. I reported this back to customer service along with not being able to identify the logistics company.

On 4/25/23 customer service responded a small package/wrong item was sent to me in error by the warehouse staff. I was advised they would send the correct item but first find the small package. I replied I had received 2 boxes (4 pair) of latex garden gloves however the packaging did not indicate this company was involved and there was no invoice in the package. I requested a return shipping label to send them back and a refund instead of waiting and reprocessing my original order.

On 4/26/23 I was asked to send pictures of the gloves, the tracking number and the sku number on the package. I was told to not return the gloves to the address listed on the packaging they came in. I sent what was requested on 4/26/23.

On 4/27/23 customer service replied that due to a system error I was sent the wrong order - however the gloves are "worth about the same as what I bought". They would like me to return the gloves and once received would ship my correct order. However they needed to check with customs about import duties and once they have an answer I would be sent a return address. If I would choose to not return the gloves they would negotiate a refund. My reply was - I would gladly return the gloves when issued a return postage paid label and I would like a full refund to be processed and the original order cancelled.

On 4/28/23 customer service advised me that I would pay "alot" in custom duties and they would be charged "alot" of import duties as the return address is overseas. And after their discussion and not wanting to waste import duties, it is better that I keep the item (gloves) however they would not be able to send me my original order. If I did not like this option they would give me a 10% refund and I can keep the item, give it away or resell it for a good price.

On 4/30 I responded I was not in favor of this solution. The return policy of this company states the customer pays for shipping once and since I had already paid shipping I should not incur customs or import duty costs. I requested again a full refund as I did not order garden gloves and I should not pay for a product I did not order and can not use and then be told I can not return it.

On 5/1/23 customer service stated they would not issue a return label due to import duty costs and if they don't pay they will not get the gloves....I was told "if I really do not want the package, I can sell the package and I will get more money." "We can give a 20% refund to express our apology, although they sent a higher value item, but after all, we made a mistake in the order, we understand you." "This is the best solution they can come up with."

On 5/5/23 I filed a fraud investigation claim with my bank and was credited the money back.

Offered a sewing machine for sale due to going out of business

- Blue Island, IL, USA

I ordered a barbecue grill. They sent me a piece of fabric. I was informed to send it back for a full refund plus shipping cost for the return. Now they're saying that the company says that the shipping cost will be too. And they will give me 70%. That's not acceptable ??

We are located in the United States, we originally did not know the company was supposedly in China. Customer Service was a disgrace, their site CLEARLY states there is a 14 day return policy on orders. The day we received the package we inquired online about beginning a return, because the dress was wrong. The representative was unprofessional, said "just donate it or give it away, it is not our problem." We said, "No, you have a 14 day return policy and we would like to return the dress." They then tried to give us a credit to re-purchase it, we said no, did not want to deal with them anymore. After asking to speak with management, we finally got some return information going. They provided the address but said they are not sending a return label. The cost to ship the dress to where they said, was $250.00 which was not something we were willing to do. We asked, since the dress was not in fact what we thought, they should send a return label for the item and/or give us the address to a US warehouse. They refused to speak with us any further and will not refund the order. I have read several other reviews now of them doing the same exact thing to other customers. The dress cost the upwards of $300.00 USD. They lie about their policies, do anything to keep the return from happening, and lack any sense of professionalism. I requested a phone call from management to discuss the issue and issues many other women experience with the site, the response I got was, "we don't take requests like that from people." They are a scam, and they do not deserve to hold a business license.

I ordered shapewear totaling $57.16. It took months to receive the product, they did not look like what was pictured, and they are child sized.

I have emailed the company many, many times.

They offered me $8.00 in exchange for $57 worth of items i can not wear.

I ordered 2 rompers off a Facebook ad from a company called rgtitduh. This was on 2-24-23. A month later I get to wondering where my package is. I went back to the last email that they sent me saying that the package was out for delivery. It had a tracking number inside. I followed the trail from Track718 which said that my package had been delivered on 3-15-23. It was not. I checked with the USPS to see if they were holding anything for me and they weren't. I couldn't find a way to get back in touch with them to let them know that I never received my package. I finally emailed them at [email protected], twice by the way, and I have never heard another word from them. I didn't spend $50.00 on 2 dresses just to get ripped off! I can't find any other information about the company. I have to admit that I didn't check the ScamPulse.com first; bad move. How can I get my $50.00 back? I don't want the merchandise anymore. The tracking report said that the package came from China, but I never could get an address or zip code. The only info I got said Chicago, IL Network Distribution Center, but it originated from China.

Advertising 2 rocking lawn chairs - buy 2 get 2 free on facebook. I ordered them and then found it is a scam. I would like my money back.

- Des Moines, IA, USA

This company had a ad on Facebook. I placed my order on April 1, 2023. I received a email to confirm my order and then on April 5, 2023 I received a email stating that my order had been shipped. The tracking number is AG188161246CN which is not a valid tracking number. The courier is MENGTU which is not a valid courier. I was able to find this information about this company; Meledo Company Limited, 372 Southampton Rov, Great London, VC1B SAS, United Kingdom. Tel: 442086385417. I'm sure that this is false information as well.

I purchased a t-shirt from this company. I cancelled after 30 days when the product didn't arrive for my event that it was needed for. This company refused to return my money and 6-7 weeks later , received the product I cancelled. It now will take a 100 dollars to send the cancelled product back.

- Fairfax, VA, USA

I ordered a body suit on their website. Did not receive an email with a tracking number & nothing was shipped. I emailed them directly almost a month later. Their return policy does not match what their customer service tells me. I have asked them for a return from the beginning & was only told “an email with tracking will be sent shortly” never got an email. They refuse to refund me & give me a return label for when i do get the items. The reviews on their websites only show 4 & 5 stars but once you read the review almost ALL experience the same issue as I am describing.
