Clothing order never received

Ordered clothing for total of $118.00 and never received it. No contact information.
Fooled me once. I wish I could prosecute or get my money back but not sure what steps to take now. Never order offline again before checking. The jackets looked so attractive,and the price too good to be true.

Re: Order no. 8WC1409017785503F I placed this order on the evening of 07.30.2022 and requested cancellation on the following morning. The request was denied; however, I still have not received the merchandise. Today's date is 09.17.2022. They refuse to respond to any correspondence.

I too failed to check them out before I ordered something. When I received the wrong item and tried to return in to get a refund I was offered a $ 9.00 refund and keep the item (which was of no use to me) because the shipping I would have to pay for would be too expensive. In the meantime I had opened a PayPal dispute and was told I would get a full refund for the item as soon as I closed the dispute. According to Orderplus they couldn't refund until the case was closed because PayPal had the money on hold as long as the case was open. When I clicked on "close case" to see what would happen I got a warning NOT to closed a case until a refund had been received.
Needless to say this case will not be closed.

Do not order from this company

The clothing they sell was designed for body types different from American builds. As such when you follow the companies sizing chart you garments that just don’t fit. They offered me half my money back. Never returned any money. I would not order from this company under any circumstances

What a ripoff

Ordered a hat from Cotosen.com, evidently another company run by Orderplus International Limited, and received the item and it was defective. Contacted them through Paypal and they replied they would only refund $6.00 for a $20.78 order. They said it would be too expensive to ship it back to them for a refund and I would be responsible for the shipping. I checked the website and nowhere does is say they do not pay for returns. This company is a true ripoff for the consumer.

Berrylook is a current website that is run under Orders International Ltd.
I have the exact same experience as everyone els on this web site.
I ordered clothes from Berrylook. I received the clothes, some items I was told were not in stock. They refunded that. The rest was such cheap quality that I was going to return but found out there is no return address listed on web site even though they say there is a return policy. You can contact them about purchases and someone responds but as soon as you request a return no one will ever answer. The addresses I did find are all fake addresses.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ITEMS ON FACEBOOK, ETC.

Beware of buying beautiful blouses, etc., on Facebook and elsewhere. Most of them are black market and extremely poorly made (will not fit, too big or small, very long sleeves, etc.). Charges for the sellers are collected by Orderplus International Limited, which is a scam operation. You will not get a refund. You will not get your money back. You will be stuck with the bad product you bought. BE VERY CAREFUL!

Took forever to get here!
Today the item finally arrived and I ordered a mens medium for my son who is 5’8” 120lb and it is too small for my 5’2” 110lb daughter.
Sizing is not at all as it is described.
This was a Christmas gift and there will be no way to get another one here the right size on time!

Place an order on Nov 22, for three items through PayPal. Never received my order. I sent a email four days ago through Order plus International Limited and I have not received a response.

I ordered a coat and payed via Paypal. Coat did eventually arrive but the quality and fit are very poor. No invoice or tracking information provided.
I've tried contacting via service @susulike.com but my email has been returned as not been able to deliver. Filed a compliant via Paypal and getting nowhere with that! Facebook and Paypal should have nothing to do with this company.

I placed an order for 5 women's blouses through a Facebook advertisement. The funds were transferred to a company called Orderplus international limited. I never received an order confirmation, I have never received the items I have paid for. I contacted the email address [email protected] on the PayPal transaction. I have not received a response. I went through the dispute resolution on PayPal, PayPal says I must resolve with the seller. The seller has not responded. I have done more research on this company and see thousands (YES THOUSANDS) of customers who have been scammed. I joined a group on Facebook called "Scammed by PayPal and Orderplus international limited". Clearly Orderplus has a few years of history scamming people through Facebook advertisements. To date that group has 726 members. They've all been scammed.

I contacted my credit card company because a group member suggested that PayPal may be more likely to help if they are forced to reverse the charges to my credit card company. I attached copies of all the messages I've sent to Orderplus, PayPal and also a screen shot of the Facebook group header which shows the number of members. I figure this is proof that my situation is not unique. It is a pattern that shows how PayPal has allowed Orderplus to operate illegally. I'll let you all know if my credit card company supports me.
I wish there was someway we could proactively warn others not to make online purchases through Facebook!

I ordered 5 shirts from this company 26 june 2021 and paid $149.48 aus dollars and havent received any record on when my order will get delivered the money has been taken out of paypal already thank you jim hovey . They are 100% crooks and they go by so many names, Order Plus, Wayrates etc all the same even down to the pictures. Wayrates website has UK address to further bait the hook. They send you something that in no way looks like what you ordered, then try to get you to accept 50%. Don't like, send Item back to China (your cost) for full refund. Paypal is very complicit in this scam as their buyer protection isn't worth anything. They completely turn on their Pontius Pilate act and wash their hands of the whole affair. Some ppl have had success so good luck.
