I ordered dresses from this web site and they were the wrong size and nothing like the picture so I sent them back.
Heard nothing, never received my £53 back and now PayPal are saying they won’t help! How can this happen??????????????????

I made an order for a particular cleaner and they sent me nothing but a toy. I strongly recommend that no one, I repeat, NO ONE has anything to do with this so called business. They are nothing but fraudsters. And as if this was not enough Paypal seems to be in league with them. First they tell me that I am entitled to a refund, than when I send the item back and give them evidence that it has been sent back (after paying nearly half the price), they tell me that I am not entittled to a refund - Bloody scamsters and fraudsters.

Yep, I totally agree Paypal is in league with them. They say they have no info on my order but they sure took the money out of my bank. I even provided them with the order info. Again, they have no knowledge of this order. BULL!

Bought a jacket off the Geckjack website that was on Instagram 2/12/19 but still haven’t received the item. Ive asked and asked but the reply is very bad and ive received 2. I have screen shot both below.
There hasn’t been any posts on their Facebook page since January 1st.

They advertised a motorized, self-cleaning litter box for $49.50 which sounded good to me as I was looking for one. I thought the price was so low because it was a new business and they wanted to attract new customers. I placed the order, waited a few weeks and it finally arrive. What I got was a very small, kitten litter box with scooper. I wrote back to them and told them that this was not was I ordered and to either please send me what I ordered or refund money. This is what they emailed back to me:

Thanks for shopping from our store.We are very sorry to inform you that our stock is not able to fulfill your order and fa'huour listing do not update this situation timely due to system error. We do sorry for this.And we have submitted your refund in our system .You can check your account at your end.Sorry for the inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your understanding.Have a nice day.

Contacted Pay Pal and fortunately was able to get my money back. Since then, numerous people have been scammed by this company and was told that they have numerous different names they operate under.

I ordered 3 items from Shoespar.com (aka Orderplus) for $90.00. in January, 2020. They haven't arrived, Shoespar doesn't answer my emails. Before I ordered, their ads were constantly appearing on my Facebook feed. Now they have disappeared. Scammers.

I ordered automatic cat litter for $40.99 but what I received was cheap plastic cat litter worth probably $2. I've reported to PayPal but they refused to solve counterfeit problem. As you’ve probably known PayPal doesn't care and their policy on counterfeit sale was to protect sellers not buyers. They shipped the item internationally via DHL e-commerce which showed no sender details and you cannot ask for sender detail so you cannot return the item.

I ordered 2 tops but received 1 only. It took them more than 1 mth plus for the goods to be delivered. The size isn’t the as same as the measurements stated in the advertisement. I am wondering would I still be receiving the 2 nd piece?

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding day to be held on March 28, 2920. I ordered from them because the delivery date was within the time frame and they had the shoes ? I wanted. I’m still waiting on what I think have now turned out to be a scam. I have even sent them emails and I’ve gotten no response. Facebook needs to do more on controlling these pop up scam sites

I purchased a 4K 360 degree wifi dash cam from this company. They used a video from a legit company to sell it. They shipped a 1080P piece of junk. When it arrived I filed a complaint with PayPal. They offered a partial refund which I would not accept. I got my $49.90 back by going through my bank. This is a common scam. They sell you one thing and ship another hoping you will accept a partial refund. Search Facebook for a page under Orderplus. Hundreds have been scammed.

Do not order from this company: ordered two ride on usb chargeable horses received 2 x blow up toys with a value of £5.00 my order cost £80.00, when i complained they insisted i post items back for a refund, cost of postage £40.00 to China : i resolved this issue through paypal luckily i have received a full refund. Lucky you got a refund from PayPal. I just ordered a Multi function gimble for $45 and they sent me a selfie stick worth $8. They offered a refund of $30... which I should have taken... because PayPal ordered me to return the item for a full refund... no appeal considered.
So I got screwed by PAYPAL. So much for Customer protection.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a men's sweater, but when it arrived it was nothing like the photo and smelled musty. False advertising and very bad quality. There is no way to return the item. I have emailed them for an authorization to return form/label, but never get a response. I wish I would have researched before I purchased from them. I saw their ad on Facebook so I felt somewhat comfortable. I definitely know better now. Buyer beware! It sounds like nothing they provide looks like the advertisement.

Ordered on smart robot vacuum cleaner, but when it arrived it was nothing like the advertised item, so small, toy like thing that didn’t work, I have reported it and put in a dispute with PayPal. I was offering a refund of 23 dlls aout of 39.90 that I paid , but Im not going to do that i want a full refund

Same with me...the advertisement was for a mini printer, paid US$79.95 and received a toy like thing...according to PayPal I have to return the item to the seller with registered mail costing me $55.48 to get my refund...what a waste and I believe this is a scam.

I ordered clothing with this company on April 5th. Some of the order arrived in May and the quality was horrendous and looked nothing like the photos. I sent the order back per their return instructions online to an address in California (where I live). The same happened with another item that was shipped separately that arrived later in the month. I sent it back but it was to a different address in California.

On June 5th I inquired per the email on their website asking about my refund because it hadn't been given to me yet. I have since emailed numerous times with the same question and each time someone new responds with no information saying that they never received my return. Also, one of my items has still not arrived and I had asked for a refund for that awhile ago and do not believe they will ever give it to me.

I finally researched the company a bit more and discovered numerous people who have had similar experiences. I now believe that they are a scam company and have reported it to my bank. Wanted to let you know, as well!

This happened to me. I ordered two cardigans and they were cheap dollar tree scarfs with two holes for arms and i cant put my head through it because no cut out. I am floored. I am missing the other galf if my order.
