The name of the company/website I spent $81.96 was Zolucky. When I looked at my paypal receipt and saw that the payment went to a company called Orderplus International Limited, the email provided on my paypal receipt ([email protected]) was completely different from the company I purchased from, and the company I bought the stuff from wasn't even on the receipt.
Payment had already gone through so they are quick to take our money!
Orderplus International Limited, which I did not see until I checked my paypal receipt (I did not get a confirmation email from the sales company). The company in question on this complaint form seems to be changing their name frequently.
I got my order. The material is cheap, has a strong chemical odor and the sizing is off.

I need to know where my purchase for $128.43 is at that I ordered on June 8. Pal Pay was no help. This is the last time I order anything on line! I did get a Transaction Id number and a Merchant Transaction Id. I should have known something was up when my credit card was charged right away.

Ordered products 2 seperate times within a few days and never received either order. When I filed a complaint with paypal, I received an email from orderplus and they said in order for me to get my refund, I would have to close the complaint. I stupidly did this and now I have no dispute and no money and no products. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. THEY ACTUALLY HAVE DIFFERENT NAMES SO BEWARE. THE ORDERPLUS NAME DOESN'T SHOW UP UNTIL YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER AND PAID THEM.

Ordered products on June 22, 2020. Have not received any tracking info or emails. I did pay with PayPal so I hope I can get my money back. Although I have been reading that PayPal is not responding either. Not sure how to go about finding out what to do. Will not be ordering online anymore unless I know it is a reputable company. This is so sad.

Ordered goods worth $189 dollars since March 2020. This is July . I haven’t received my goods just emails asking me to be patient . Tracking number received hasn’t even tracked since May 2020. I have asked for refund several times all I get is be patient you will soon get your goods . very very unprofessional! Stay away from this company

After seeing an ad on Facebook, I place an order with them on May 28, 2020 for some Women's Clothing. I never received a confirmation. Have sent two emails to the address they have listed, and both were returned. I paid through PayPal ($78.75) and intend to file a complaint with them.

I placed an order on May 6 I have finally received partial items that are nothing like the photos everything is too small I am fighting for a refund through PayPal I have no way to send these items back because the so called invoice is a joke please keep your money!

Same here. I ordered the cat dress on May 18th. Just got it today, July 1st. It is very cheaply made and long. It doesn't really look like it did when I ordered it. It was only $15,95 but ended up costing $25.12 with shipping.I also ordered on the same date, 4 tops, I think, that still have not come. There is no breakdown on the invoice showing what you ordered. They take so long to ship, I forgot what I ordered. No confirmation, to tracking #. They send you a "tracking #) but they are never valid. Have filed with Paypal and waiting for results. This company has not responded to the dispute.

I ordered 4 blouses and after a month I received them or so I thought they are very poor quality and not at all like the pictures there is no return address or phone number there was no notice of tracking the package. There was no return lable in the package and no way to contact the seller. There is a bogus email address. That always says unable to deliver. I went through the pay pal when I ordered. And they just keep telling me to contact to seller to send it back. But I can not contact the seller! I’ve call numbers I found on the internet to no Avail! The return address on the outside of the package was a warehouse address in California. I look them up and talked to a lady she said they only handle the package when it gets there but have no way to give a refund or take returns! I find it very strange that they put their address on the outside of the package for the return address if they are not the seller! But they don’t talk to you long they just say sorry and let you go! So yes this is a scam do not order from them! I spent 77.89 I won’t do that again. But I did fail a dispute with my credit card company and they are investing it so I’m praying they will remove the charges!

I ordered 4 items from this company 4/28 using Paypal and never received these. I filed a compliant with Paypal and about two weeks later received a package with 2 tshirts, from this company that I never ordered. Paypal closed my dispute saying a tracking # was received from this company and that my order shipped. My order never shipped as I paid for 4 items and received 2 in a shipment, neither of which I even ordered. I tried to open my claim again with Paypal without any luck as I was told to contact the company. I did contact and shockingly have heard nothing back...beware huge scam!

I paid via paypal for 3 dresses a bit over $100 - they shipped 1 dress I was not able to recognize. I opened a paypal case - they said another dress is on the way (3 months later) and they will issue a refund for the third dress - paypal has closed the case - never heard back from the vendor ever since! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I wish I could remember the name of the company/website I spent $104+ on. I can say that the Upustyle ad showing on this page has the same decals (giraffe, dragonfly) on the tshirts that I purchased mine from. I should consider myself lucky that at least I got my order. But I'm not. The material is cheap, has a strong chemical odor and the sizing is waaaaay off...I ordered 2 pr of women's large pants and I know they wouldn't even fit me when I was 30 pounds lighter. I have not gotten a correspondence from the email provided on my receipt ([email protected]) so I most likely will be throwing them in the garbage because who knows what chemicals are in my items.
BEWARE of the 70% off sites. From reading all of the complaints, the only consistent thing I see is Orderplus International Limited, which I did not see until I checked my paypal receipt (I did not get a confirmation email from the sales company). The company in question on this complaint form seems to be changing their name frequently.

I placed an order for 3 items of clothing on May 25th and I never got a confirmation email but PayPal sent the payment confirmation... I have not received my order nor any updates from the company... The email given doesn't work... I was charged over $25.00 for shipping and over $85 for the total amount... $60+ for the clothing...

I ordered several clothing pieces on 6/21/2020. I realized immediately that I didn’t get a email confirmation from the company. I opened a case with PayPal, but they insist you correspond with the company. What company? I have asked this company on three different messages what is there telephone number, physical address, and website. They have given me an order number, but where do I go to verify. I had a lot of trust in PayPal but not anymore. Looking forward to the class action lawsuit.

I have been messing with them for 2 months. They kept assuring me that my order was on it’s way. They gave me a fictional order number. I went through pay pal for help. I did get a response, but pay pal closed my case. I did not think they could close before resolution was reached. The email for them is no good. I did receive one thing from them but was told my order was on the way before this came. I am still missing 4 pieces. [email protected]
