Ordered 3 shirts in 4X. They are actually a small/medium even tho the label reads 4X. Material is very cheap. Looking at the other complaints, I won't try and return them. Just never order from them!

I purchased 4 tops from "Nina Cloak" d/b/a Orderplus International Limited and they were too small. Tried to get an address to return them but only got "why don't you keep them and give them away?" I asked for a refund and still got the same answer, no address to return. Finally, they said they would refund me $44.00 (cost was $87.00).
To say the least after this frustration, I accepted the refund. This company is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM NINA CLOAK!

I had 2 orders 24895200427141 and 24895200427145 that were returned to only not to receive a refund for either one. I have contacted the USPS and they informed me that they have been having a problem with the address on the package located in South San Fransisco and not in good standing with USPS because packages are not being picked up and return postage are not being paid. The 2 phone numbers on the invoice do not exist. I returned these items immediately upon receiving them. I feel that I am being scammed. I saw that OrderPlus aka Ininruby are actually located in China. I am not going to allow them to keep my money when these were returned to the San Fransisco address. He told me he would supply me with a letter. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and any other on-line company for reviewing the experience I have had with OrderPlus aka Ininruby

Unable to get return info. Where are these people? I tried to cancel order immediate after placing...mistake to order. I contacted PayPay...
Emailed this company...deaf ears on both companies. Only selection to communicate was "did not get order:"...PayPal has limited options...picked the ckisestto hope one or other would response...cancel order. 60 days and later $145. Later here comes order too small and not what was expected. I can not get Paypal or the seller yo respond to need to return...and where! Definitely a scam. Look at internet...zillions if same stories about both this company and PayPal...no one cares or hears...both are involved in the scam? Look at internet. I tried to cancel order immediately. I am going to contact the USPS again and find out more details regarding your San Fransisco address.

I received a letter from the Postmaster in California that stated they shipping address located on their packages is not in good standing with them. They do not pick up returned packages and therefore, not paying the return shipping fees. That's how they are getting around stating they didn't receive merchandise back and keep your money...SCAMMERS

I bought 4 shirts from Orderplus International Limited, needless to say the shirts were way to small and there is no way for me to contact them to exchange or get a refund. If I had known that there were this many complaints, I would have never ordered from them. I will never order from them again or not tell everyone that I know not to order from them. I am extremely disappointed that these people would be allowed to do business the way that they do.

They have now offered $11.00 compensation as the return postage would be too high to the USA...

I unfortunately ordered several items and they were nothing like the ad photos. I have sent 5 emails asking for the address to send the items back. They have offered a small amount for "compensation" each time. I finally filed a dispute with PayPal and they have denied it both times stating "My complaint does not fit there criteria for disputes".I am not sure what would fit more than a scam company that states "100% refund, if returned within 30 days" and then refused to provide an address to do so. I have appealed it again. I am mostly disappointed with PayPal. They seem to be part of this scam and that really surprises me. I trusted them. I will be contacting my credit card company next.
