I ordered some tops for ladies on May 1, 2020. They keep popping up on in the internet, and it said the company was Berrylook and the total was $98.35. It went through PayPal. No order came. I am reporting this. I have reported to PayPal but nothing yet and not sure if those emails I am sending are to a fake place also. Will report to my card holder. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered and paid for a face shield April 17 th 2020, received no emails , no face shield and out money despite escalating through PayPal. PayPal will not provide the supposed shipping and tracking information so I can file a complaint with whoever supposedly delivered the item . My next recourse is filing a complaint / fraud report with my bank and I will no longer use PayPal .

Ordered a dress - what arrived was nothing like the dress in the picture. Problem is it can't be sent back because there's no return address. The material is similar to cheap crimplene, the 'full shirt' is barely A-line and the stitching is shoddy. I may as well thrown the money down the drain.

May 18 I purchased an order through PayPal in the amount of $83. I haven’t received a confirmation or any kind of reply. I sent an email to follow up and still no reply. I would like to get my refund back or my purchase if possible. This is so dissapointing that someone would do this this to steal money!

Well, I too was duped! I ordered April 30th and never got a single item! It's just frustrating. I doubt it is even worth my time to try to work through PayPal. But I'm even more frustrated that this was one of the Facebook ads. I now assume that everything on their site I fraudulent.

Ordered seven items in March 2920. I did receive them all but sizing was ridiculous. I returned four of the items. They owe me $71 refund. Sent 27 emails. I keep getting polite replies but no money. Disputed with PayPal twice and was denied. Now my transactions with this company in PayPal have been deleted? Submitted new complaint today.

Ordered $82.00 worth of clothes from this company that is a lie. They are nothing but thrives. I feel like a dummy because I didn’t do any research on this raggedy company. I’m so angry and surprised that they are still in business. They didn’t confirm my order and it’s been over two weeks. I learned a lesson. They are dirty dogs and wish that they will never get any more business ever.

I bought 2 shirts on 13/5/2020 and 1 jean, 1 shirt on 17/5/2020 paid by credit cards . Until now, I have not receive anything, bought from 13/5/2020, 17 days past but no message from them. I think that they are fake company.

I tried to return and Paypal isn't any help. I returned it with tracking information to the return address from which it came. No other information was given and Paypal said it should have been mailed to China. My return address had Chino CA. (thats what was on the package). Paypal won't refund either because they said my proof of tracking was the wrong address. In my opinion, Paypal should make good on this since they are covering up for non reputable company. Even Orderplus International Limited's email is bogus. Would be willing to join a class action against Paypal (since they are still dealing with this company) and Orderplus! Funny, you can't talk to a real person at either place! I won't be using Paypal anymore either! So much for their Purchase Protection Insurance they proudly claim.

I have the same problem and I am very disappointed about PayPal. I am going to close my account there as well. I made a dispute charge to the Bank. We will see what happens next. I am going to find a Company where I can report both (ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED = CLIFUN = MAMIPOP & PayPal ! Never again.

Ordered from this company, I received a weird looking email confirmation that doesn't list the products ordered and states it going to ship. I never received the order, put a request in from Paypal to get a refund. This is a scam do not order from them!

I too ordered clothing items back in April 2020 and have no communications from the company to prove my purchase, nor have I received the items. I have requested a refund and have heard nothing from company. I have logged a complaint with Paypal.

I ordered sandals from two separate vendors affiliated with Orderplus and have not received them. I sent an email and yet to receive a response, mailbox said it was in correct. I already paid for these items over $100.00 dollars ( no sandals to date).
