I purchased two items from this company on April 5, 2020. On May 1, I received an email stating my items were being shipped. It is now July 21, and I still have not received my items. I was given a tracking number that did not work. I have tried contacting this company numerous times with no luck. I get automated discount emails everyday, but not a single email from an actual representative. All I want is a refund! Very disappointed this website was a scam. Be careful! It looks very real, with constant emails, tracking numbers, shipping app, etc. Please do not order anything from originalpaintbynumber.com!

This company takes orders and never sends the product. They do not respond to emails and give fake tracking numbers on shipments.

Wish I read this earlier. Ordered from Paint by numbers (https://originalpaintbynumber.com/) in mid June and haven't received anything yet, not even a tracking number. Contacted them a few times over email, same auto reply.

I have three orders placed in March 28, 29 and April 24 and still have not received the packages. Payments were made via Paypal.
I claimed to Paint by Number Co., and they indicated that the order were not theirs, and that I made the deal with a scam (Original Paint by Number). That Company does not exist. Have tried to contact them and the phone showing in the paypal acct info does never answer.

I ordered on April 13th, a number of Paint By Number sets - see order below. I have contacted them on several occasions to ask where the order is. They did reply to my first communication, citing COVID as the reason for the delay - which is understandable. However, since that initial conversation, they not responded to any further requests and I have raised as a dispute with PayPal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I purchased one item from this scam company on April 17, 2020 for $23.94. That amount was charged to my credit card that same day under the company name "painybynumbers". I never received the order. I sent several emails and left one voicemail but never got any reply.

I am so frustrated with this company. My sister in law and brother live in Manhattan and were stuck in the house and my sister in law just turned 30. Thought it would be nice to send her something fun to do. So i bought her three of these and I even purchased two for myself . So two separate orders. What a mistake! I receive a confirmation but no tracking but they immediately charge my card which I should have known was suspect. Such a fool! Anyway fast forward like a month later. Meanwhile the entire time they are flooding my email with nonsense promotional BS. Trying to get me to buy buy buy! Anyway, i eventually get a tracking number for my sisters. Which literally tracked nothing but I noticed it tracked from china. Which they advertised being from canada but after some digging saw an address on their website that was not even a legitimate New York city address. I am originally from there. Now I live in Florida. So this is very very strange. So I immediately respond and call them out on their phony tracking number. They respond with this long generic response about Covid 19. And seeing as how we were still in the beginning of it, I decided to give it another week before I flip out on them again. I mean i ordered custom shampoo and conditioner from canada, I got it in two weeks. Ordered it within the same week. This is outrageous. Its paint by numbers for christ sake! So eventually I get the same stupid email for the separate order for my package coming to me with another bogus tracking number. So today its like three months later i respond telling them how disappointed i am with their obvious scam and I am reporting them. And seeing as how I did not use paypal. Didnt think I had to buying paint by numbers! I am going to see if my TD bank will take mercy on me and feel sorry for me. What horrible people. Telling me it takes 4-6 weeks for them to respond then 10 business days for a tracking to appear. We are way passed this. This is a scam. Beware! Im out like $80. I placed an order and paid for the products on 4/13/2020 and I haven't received them as of 7/8/2020. I have reached out via email 10 times and only get auto responses. They took my money with no intention to fulfill the order.

I purchased a paint by number product from their website late March, 2020. I received a shipment notification on April 4. I have contacted them multiple times over the past 4 months to check on the location of product with only auto generated emails with no resolution. Then I sent emails for it to be refunded immediately and still auto emails were sent. Months later, no product, no word, and too late to get the bank to dispute the charge.

I ordered about $75 of paint by numbers kits at the beginning of April and have not received them. I made several attempts to contact the company by email and through the website but were not replied to. I received an automated message mid April trying to reassure me that they were working on everyone's orders. They sent and email early May with shipping and tracking information. When accessing the tracking website they sent in the confirmation email my tracking number could not be found. When I clicked through the confirmation email to look for my order information I got a 404 error. Please avoid this company.

I ordered an item from Paint By Numbers online on May 15th, 2020. Over a month later I finally received tracking information, but when I tried to track the shipment, the shipping number was not real. I tried emailing this company 3 separate times and heard nothing back. I never received the product or a reimbursement.

On April 16,2020 I ordered the Acrylic Sunflower Paint by number kit. I sent them $14.99 From my bank. On 05/01/2020 I received a tracking number that said the painting was being processed in Shenzhen. That was the last communique I received from Original Paint By Number. I have sent numerous emails asking about my order only to receive a form answer telling me that due to Covid I may have to wait 4-6 weeks. It has been well over that time and still no painting or even a notification. I just want a refund at this point.

On April 10, 2020 I ordered $131.92 in paint by number canvases. Have never received any of the order. E-mail and phone number now no good. Never responded to my queries.

Ordered paintings from their website and was sent a receipt for my purchase with order number. Emailed their contact after not received in the order from some time or a tracking number. I got an email back saying my order number was not correct and was to send the confirmation email. Did this and never received a message back. Emailed and have called several times to resolve the issue but have gotten no responses. Looked at other reviews on the ScamPulse.com and everyone has the same experience. I have not been able to recover the money that was taken for the scammed items. **** ******

I ordered several paint by numbers from this company. The website said they have a 100% refund policy. I was charged the money for the products and was sent a confirmation email with an order number and tracking number. The tracking number does not work (the shipping company website says the number is not valid). The "View Your Order" link in the email goes to a 404 page not found error. Every single feedback left for this company on the ScamPulse.com website is 1 star out of 5 for the exact same reasons.

Found this company from an ad on google and google search result for "paint by number." Order placed and credit card charged immediately, however, it took several weeks for them to email saying products were delayed (due to COVID pandemic), then a month later emailed a shipping notification and tracking number for a Chinese international shipping company, when their website claimed to be based in New York and shipping from their US warehouse. The tracking number was invalid and 4 times over 2 more months I emailed them to get an update and then cancel my order. No response, no refund. Their facebook page was filled with similar complaints, as were several review websites. This company is a scam and does not deliver any products.
