The company steals images from artists

This company used two images of my father's original oil paintings - which are hanging in our gallery in Carefree, Arizona - without asking for a license. And I doubt he is the only artist to whom this has happened. They work with Chinese suppliers and do not control whether the origin of their images is legal or not. Do not support them please.

I ordered and actually received mine pretty quickly and I live in New Zealand. But... paintings are a joke. Look nothing like the original picture with paint completely different colours. Many of the areas dont have a number in them to paint and even more have a number that is outside the outlines area so you have to guess. Very disappointed and only get the generic email response so cant get my money back. Total scam artists. So many better companies. Dont buy from them.

I ordered 3 x canvases in March 2020 and I’m still here waiting in July 2021. I contacted the company in April and received a response so I cancelled my complaint via PayPal (as I presumed the response was legitimate). I have since sent hundreds of emails to them and get the same automated response every single time. I spent approx £60 on the items and nothing.

Due to the timeframe and the fact that I believed their ‘sorry for the delay….it’s Covid’ response I am unable to open a claim via PayPal or with my bank.

Appalling.

Purchased 60$ worth of paint by number sets from originalpaintbynumber.com and the website is no longer there! Never received product. Never received any correspondence. Fake company. Now their are other paint by number company's online established in 2020 with no legitamite contact information. Do not buy from these companies! You will be cheated and receive no products!!

On April 11, 2020, I placed an order for a custom paint by numbers kit with this company. I expected a delay with the arrival of my order due to Covid as the website gave me notice of this possibility as well. I received an order number (98552) and a confirmation email that I had placed the order. On June 12, I received an email from the company that they were taking extra time and care on my order and that it should be shipped within 2-4 business weeks. It is May 2021, over a year later, and I still have not received my order. On January 7, 2021, I emailed the company stating that I expected a lag in the time I placed the order and when I receive the order due to Covid, but that I did not expect to wait months. In that email, I also asked for a full monetary refund. I got an automatic message back from the company saying this both times I emailed the company:

Hi *****,

Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well and staying safe!

Please be informed that we are currently receiving a high volume of emails recently and we apologize for the delay with our response.

I've had similar experiences as the rest. Tracking number doesn't work. Your only given an email as contact info and you receive automated responses the 2 time a talked to a person they promised to "resend" my order and it's been over a year without any results. I completely believe this is a scam.

Absolute 100% scam. I ordered 3 paintings during the FIRST lockdown in April 2020. Was charged full price. I've send 100's of emails since then and nobody has got back to me. This company is a full on joke. Ridiculous

I ordered a painting in June and I am still waiting for it to come. They always send the same email saying that is due to COVID. I've tried to find them in social media, but I couldn't, so the only way to try to be in touch is by email. They keep on sending a lot of offers everyday. Buyers beware.

Made two purchases first purchase was $29.98 including the a Black Friday discount of 20%, the second purchase was 2 items and no discount. When I received the PayPal email it showed Qty. 1 with an amount of $56.93. When I send the company my concerns of no discount and quantity confirmation they ignore my request and send me the generic emails. I did send another email cancelling but no response and PayPal sides with them even though I’m in my right to cancel when item is delayed. So frustrating I did go through my credit card company for dispute and I’m still waiting for response.

Ordered canvases April 4, 2020. They emailed right away stating shipping delays due to covid. They charged my CC under painybynumbers immediately. (should have been my first clue) I tried to contact them twice and provided a survey feedback stating it's past the expected delay time and they have been unresponsive. They eventually provided a fake tracking number and advised it would be 8-14 days but I never received these items. When I disputed the charge on my CC, paint by numbers submitted a rebuttal causing a ton of back and forth. Now I see online, I am not the only one who hasn't received any merchandise from the "company".

I placed an order for three paint by number sets during the pandemic in June. I do not have the exact date because I never received an order number. The total was charged to my card on June 10. I have tried contacting the company at least ten times by email as there is no contact phone number, and I always receive the same form email from a “Samantha” stating please allow 2-4 weeks delivery. Please DO NOT ORDER from this company. It says it’s from Manhattan,NY. It I’m beginning to think that is not true! Attached is the latest response I received, but it’s the exact same as all the previous ones.
