This company is a pure SCAM! I ordered paintings in April and never received it. Tried to contact them without any success, after 15 emails all I got is automated response that had nothing to do with my complaint. Hopefully someone will investigate and stop those scammers. SHAME!

I place an order back in July and they emailed and said my order has been shipped on Juliy 19th. I thought it was weird when I received the Shipping Tracking number and it said China Post as their website has a Manhattan, NY address. I emailed numerous times with no response! I just looked at my CC statement and the charge isn't to Orginal Paint by Numbers or Paint by Numbers but to AN & ASSOCIATES MISSISSAUGA CD!? I'm contacting my CC for a refund and to report fraud!

Ordered in April, arrived in August after reporting to the better business bureau. Painting is nothing like the photo. Last time I checked I don’t have black or green hair.

I ordered 8 for $119.92 March 25th and haven't received anything. I'm tired of emailing them. I've emailed them at least half a dozen times. The tracking number didn't work at first. Then it started to work. At one point, it showed my order had cleared customs in Los Angeles and had been handed off to a local courier. I waited and waited and waited some more. Next thing, it shows the order in China and the "originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece". I don't understand it being back in China again, but the status has been stuck on that since June 2nd. PayPal won't help me now because I filed a claim and didn't escalate it within the 20 days they gave me. I took a leap of faith in the company because the tracking number started showing movement. I am so broken hearted because I wanted those pictures to paint and I am so tired of scams and fraud, I am an honest person and wouldn't cheat anybody. ?

AVOID AT ALL COST! Ordered on 28 Apr. Today (27 Aug) I've put in a 5th request for refund. Replies the same automated reply. So now I've raised a dispute with Paypal. Reviews on trustpilot the same as on this site. Wish I had done the research on the company before purchasing. You have been warned!

I ordered from them at the end of May, same as most comments here, after a while emailed and got the same automated response "due to covid". I only received my packages (by the grace of God, who knows how) this past Friday and one of the paintings was the wrong one. The other one was correct though. I've been emailing everyday but nothing so far.

This company does not exist. They will take your order and not send the product. All communication with them are automated messages back to you. Their phone number has been disconnected

I ordered 3 kits in late February (2 for my 96 year old grandmother and one for me). Never received, tried to contact, email response was canned "we're busy because of COVID". Now when I email, I get nothing. I hope someone files a class action against this company. Of course, they'll probable declare bankruptcy and we'll get a coupon. Grrrrrrrrr

Ordered the create your own paint by number for my boyfriend's birthday. Like everyone else it's been months and nothing. Like everyone else I got the 404 error with the tracking number but ended up copying it and putting it into China post tracking. The pictures are as follows and just looks odd. So far I'm leaning towards a scam.

I ordered a product from this website on April 16. I received an email confirmation of the purchase. On May 1, I received another email with confirmation of shipping, expected to be delivered in 14 to 21 days, and received a tracking number for www.17track.net, but the number did not work. I have never received the package, and have reached out to the company numerous times, always receiving an auto-response saying they're receiving many emails right now and will be delayed getting back to me. They never get back to me. It's been over 4 months. I discovered that many, many others have had a similar situation with this company, dating back to 2018. I believe this company to be fraudulent.

Ordered product June 24th and never received print I ordered. I have contacted them at least 8 times and I get the same form letter blaming the virus for my problem > I finally got fed up and emailed them to cancel my order. Within 30 minutes after I sent the email I received a email from Original paint by numbers stating that my order had been shipped, and they gave me a tracking number which turned out to be phony number that the tracking company never heard of.
Reading the reviews on Original Paint By Numbers this seems to be standard procedure for this rip off company/ What I cannot understand is why are they allowed to keep scamming people.?

Ordered one paint by number kit in May, never received any confirmation of shipping until I escalated my concerns to PayPal. Then they sent a bogus tracking number, hit that didn’t mean they actually placed an item in the mail. Luckily PayPal refunded my money after 2 months of hassle. They are a scam and they need to be shut down so they stop stealing from people!

i Placed an order for over a hundred dollars over three months ago and still have not received any merchandise. I have written numerouse times to get no response but a basic form letter. There has been no reponse from them. I have asked for a refund or my merchandise but now going on another month with no explanation to why I have not received my goods. Buyers beware.

I ordered 3 paintings in April. They charged my cc and charged me 8.95 shipping. It is now end of July no shipping confirmation. No one answers the phone. And keep getting emails from a bogus Samantha stating they are back logged because of the virus. They won't reply. In any way. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! They should be stopped!
