After several attempts to contact them I have not received goods or been able to speak to anyone.

Their email address just bounces back and automatic email.

All I wanted was to buy someone in the hospital a gift and these dirty scammers deserve to be reported and send to answer for their wrongdoing.

Ordered paint by numbers in April, and have not received in June. Have tried to contact the company several times without return contact. There is no number, just an email to contact.

I placed an order on April16th$32.49. Received order number. They stated would be delayed/. But delayed by two months? Did some research, the phone number listed on my credit card goes to some car dealership. Another red flag I should have noticed, was the company name on my credit card “painybynumber”. Called credit card and they are refunding me the money. (I did send an email and there was no response, still waiting)

So I ordered from the website original paint by numbers. A couple days later I got the shipping information and everything was going so smooth. Then about a month past and I didn't receive any type of a update. That is when I decide to email them and get a update but I received no update as I sent multiple emails. I went to use the tracking number but it kept telling me the number was wrong. Then I tried to get other contact info except when I went back to the website it said it was no longer available or had moved.

Weeks later I got a Shipment Confirmation Email with a Tracking Number that wasn’t valid. I never received a package. I sent multiple Emails to the company asking about updates on my order but never got a response.

Paint by number or painting by numbers are kits with markings to indicate areas to paint, and each area has a number and a corresponding numbered paint to use. There are many websites out there offering these kits. The one I chose is called Original Paint By Number. I purchased one of their kits on 5/18/2020. I received an email of my receipt and it looked legitimate. It had an order number and everything. This company's website doesn't give me any impression it's a scam. A few days passed and I wondered if my kit had been shipped, as I was not notified if it had. I tried signing into my account on their website to look up my receipt and see if there was a tracking number attached to the product. I could not sign in. Therefore, I sent an email to ask for an update on my product. According to their website, the only way to contact them is through a general email: [email protected]. I sent this email on 5/26/2020. Four days passed and I still didn't hear anything, so I emailed them again on 5/31/2020. The next day I sent them the same email. I also did some digging around on the Internet and found that many people were in the exact same boat as I was: they ordered their products but never received it nor would they get a hold of someone. So basically I found out it was a scam through multiple reviews, check their Facebook page, too. Therefore, on 6/3/2020 I contacted my bank and submitted a credit dispute with them. I just received a refund today from my bank. Still to this day, the Original Paint By Number company has never emailed or contacted me. Too many people are in this position and it's time to have them removed from the Internet so people don't keep getting scammed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. I ordered from Original Paint by Number through their Facebook ad on May 17, 2020. I received a confirmation and receipt for my order. I spent $35.93. I never received a shipment confirmation. On May 30, 2020, I sent them an email (could not find a phone number for them) inquiring as to the status of my order, to which I received no response.

Original Paint by Number continues to send me daily advertising emails.

I emailed them again today demanding a response to my May 17th email and letting them know I would be filing complaints with all consumer protection agencies.

I ordered 4 "paint by number" canvases. The confirmation email said..."Please allow 14 to 21 days from this email for you to receive your order. You can track your order with the tracking number provided on www.17track.net

Looking up that website and entering my tracking code tells me "404 error not found". Then clicking on "view order" tells me that page no longer exists. My order was "shipped" on 5/1/20. It is now 6/8/20 with nothing. And no repose to my emails contacting them through their customer service.

I ordered to paint by number kits from a website http://original paint by numbers.com. I then heard nothing for over two weeks, even to communicate a potential shipping date. I emailed them asking them for communication. My email was ignored. I emailed again asking them to Communicate a shipping date and details, which was also ignored. I then researched the company and found multiple complaints all describing a very similar situation. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This company advertises that they offer the paint by number kits. I ordered two and have not received them after 3 months. Every time I have contacted them I get automated responses saying a customer service rep will contact me in 2-3 business days yet no one has ever responded despite how many times I have reached out. I have sent over 15 emails and tried every other way to contact them including going to the address but no Paint By Numbers company exists in this building. They'll also send you tracking information but as you'll see in my picture the tracking number does not register. I tried as they sent it, removed the CUS and every other way imaginable. This company is a SCAM. They have changed their address and Instagram ad several times but it all goes to the same company. You'll see every time the ads pop up in Instagram everyone commenting on them say they're a scam. They're still pulling their scam as I receive daily emails about their newest promotions.

I ordered online through their Facebook page on 4th April 2020. Order came to $59.96 USD/ £51.03 GBP. To date, the order has not been shipped, nobody has responded to my several emails chasing the status of my order. Nor have they responded to my last correspondence requesting a refund. They're using COVID-19 as a get-out clause to take your money and not fulfill their responsibilities to dispatch any orders. They are scamming people.

I ordered 3 painting kits from Paint by Number at the end of March and have not received anything. They immediately withdrew the funds from my account. I have emailed them multiple times. The first time they said they could not provide a refund because my order was being processed. All other responses I have received just say someone will reach out to me within 5-7 business days and then I do not hear anything.

I placed an order for 2 paint by numbers on 4/26/2020 And have yet to receive my order. I was sent several emails about COVID-19 delays and my order will be shipped asap. I have received a promotional email as recent as 5/20 yet when I email them to inquire about my order, they will not respond. In the original email there was a link to check status of my order. The link no longer works. It takes me to an error page. I am going to contact everyone I can to file a complaint and co tact my credit card. Today I decided to do my own research and that is when I found out how many other people have had the same experience. Just disgusting how people take advantage of the current situation.
