I received a phone call from a Jeffrey Douglas saying he had my unclaimed prize from the Publisher's Clearing House. But to receive it he said that I need to register for accreditation with the ScamPulse.com and that the cost for that was $900.

I got a call from someone named Betty Parker who said she was with Publisher's Clearinghouse. She said I won $500,000 and they would come to my house and deliver it with a certified check. She said the code would be 1123 VP and I wouldn't owe them any money. Betty said she would call me back within the hour. About 2 hours later I called her because I hadn't received a call. The line said it was a text line so anything I said would show up as a text message. I figured it was probably a scam then but called my bank who said to call BBB. ScamPulse.com confirmed that it was a scam.

- Columbus, OH, USA

I got a call from Publishers Clearinghouse, he said I won 3.8 million and a Mercedes Benz. He wanted $13,800. He's called 5 times.

I have been receiving calls on my landline. The caller claims to be with Publishers Clearing House. The phone number in my caller ID is 876-585-8766. It shows on my TV. He states I won a Publishers Clearing House Prize of $25,000. He wanted me pay $100 to collect the prize. He did not say how he wanted the money. I realized it was a scam when he wanted the $100. I should not have to pay a fee to win a prize. The prize should be mine. I sent no money. I have had calls from Publishers Clearing House before. I know better. I am not going to fall for it.

- Amarillo, TX, USA

A man named Robert Anderson called me and said I won 8.3 million dollars and $50,000 a month for life. He asked me if I had ever won a prize and I said no and started laughing. He got irritated with me when I laughed and said he wasn't a scam. I hung up afterwards. He called me back and asked why I hung up on him and sounded very mad. I figured a man who's giving away winnings wouldn't sound like that so I hung up on him again. He called me back but this time I just let my machine get it and called the BBB.

I received a call stating that I just won the grand prize and all I had to do is pay $399 to get my money. After I told the man that I did not have that money he started to curse me out. The package #0000006320, ID#3297059US.

Kimike Johnson called today, said he was with Publisher's Clearinghouse and I won 3.5 million and a Mercedes Benz. He said the ScamPulse.com and Homeland Security approved the winnings. Send $375 to Kimike Johnson 219 W Main ST Rockay, NJ 07866 He said go to Walmart and do a Walmart to Walmart money transfer. It's a registration fee. Then let him know the money was transferred and give him the transfer number. He wanted the certificate number. He said then without 25 minutes the van would deliver the check, and then a tow truck would deliver my car. Call my supervisor at 876-556-1632.

I received a phone call today from a man with a foreign accent, that claimed I had won the Publishers Clearing House prize of 6 million dollars and a new 2018 Ford Explorer – but, to collect my prize, I needed to first send 1% of the prizes 'tax fee' (which he claimed was $599.00) before I could collect my Winnings.

I knew it was a Scam, but played along and told him to call back later so I could discuss it with my husband.

I did not give him any personal info except my name, nor did I send him any money.

Please stop these people before they scam money from unsuspecting good people.

Said it was an ongoing program. Said she had several amounts to select from, that it all depended on how much she could send them for taxes handling fee. Said she sent them $2,000 & received $100,000 in cash (said she asked for cash) by UPS withing 24 hrs. Said my name was on the list she saw when she signed for her money. Told me to text Bryan Kieth @ 812-316-5171 & see if I was still eligible. I finally contacted Publisher Clearinghouse fraud dept & was told my friend's friends list was hacked. I didn't fall for the scam. I tried to talk my friend out of it. Said she spent part of it for her stage 1 throat cancer & put the rest in the bank. Said everything was okay.

I got a call on my cell phone. A guy asked if I had heard of Publishers clearing house. He had an odd way of talking so I hung up. He called back 2 more times but I didn't answer. I didn't give him a chance to tell me what he wanted. When I got home and tried to search the number it appeared to be from Jamaica.

I was to call them when I returned so they could deliver my prizes. The number I am suppose to call is 1-876-817-2384. I thought they would probably come in and rob my home when I left. I received 3 calls from people claiming to be from Publisher's Clearinghouse-September 9th, September 22nd, and October 4th. The callers were John Church and John Benjamin. They said I won $1.9 million and they were paying $68,000 in income taxes so I just had to pay a $2,800 registration fee. They asked me if I had a checking account and how much was in it. I told them yes and gave them a fake amount that was in it. I've been scammed before so I called the BBB who told me it was a scam and advised me to not send any money.
