Vat Logistics contacted me via phone and offered a "Shipping Expert" position. As someone who works in shipping already, it was not odd to me but did seem a bit fishy. They wanted us to receive packages, take photos of them, and send them out "overseas" which none of the packages I sent off were to over seas address. After 30 days, the money and stuff promised was not given and they have blocked me on all accounts. However I was not told about being let go and no one, not even HR will return my calls, text, or messages. I have a folder with photos of what I have sent and all the postage info they had me send.

I received a job offer immediately via email which was odd then I received an envelope with a check the name of the company was different the address was different they stated they were a shipping company and I would be going through packages and re shipping them the one package received was a dollar store necklace and the return address was a storage unit. They claimed to be completely legal, nothing adds up address wise I believe they are scamming and using “employees” addresses to receive the stolen goods and having them shipped to themselves so they cannot get caught they stated they would pay me 3800$ a month & 100$ per package sent

I applied for a work at home job through indeed. After a few days someone called me and offered me the job as a member of their shipping department. Sent me some paperwork I chose to fill out at the time trusting they were a legitimate company. As a few days went by I started to receive more email correspondence and phone calls and texts. Then started to receive a package every day almost. I was to log in to said site and click received package and then take a photo of packing list and item and request a shipping label. All good so far. They tell me I can’t get paid for 30 days no real explanation why. So I said ok. From that point my husband and I couldn’t seem to figure out why they need a middle person involved for shipping a package. Why not ship straight to customer from business ? So I researched and researched everywhere I could. Finally came up with some sites the business had been reported as a scam and fraud. So I started calling the Secretary of State of Delaware and fraud business dept and IRS and I let the “company” know I won’t continue to work for them til I am paid for what I’ve done already the past 3 weeks.

So they have refused of course and said they will start legal action because I signed an agreement. No agreement is legal is said company is a fake / fraud.

This company offered me a job reshipping packages with a high salary within the USA, I shared my US Driver's license only but once, I received some boxes from them I felt like that was not right so I stopped and resigned immediately but VAT still kept sending me packages, I also blocked them from my phone and email but they still bother me.

- Imperial Beach, CA, USA

I was looking for a job online and I found one on LinkedIn that was for an Amazon Logistics warehouse: I applied and was contacted by Maria Wilson on Aug 28 2023, she told me she was the HR Manager for that company. This is the site https:// amazonlogisticsde.com. I started working for them on Sept 12 2023 the job was to ship boxes/items bought on Amazon from local San Diego Vendors to the buyers. They did a whole interview process and I even had to take some training videos. They also gave a test and access to a portal to report and upload all the info for the packages, like updates and photos of everything that I was receiving and shipping out. They took all my info like any other employer does, my SSN, address, driver license number and cell phone number. I was told that the first month I was going to work as a contractor and get paid at the end of the month using a W9 form. After the first month they were supposed to make me permanent and move me to a W2 worker. For the first month, I was going to get paid $2000 plus any expense and bonuses for doing my job quickly. Once the first month ended they told me to wait a week for HR to catch up and update my status as an employee but they started to ghost me, and the phone numbers that they gave stopped working. All other contacts stop working too, I have all the info and websites I even have access to the system that they use to track and update packages. I have the address of where the packages were and where they were going to. I have saved all my conversations and emails on my computer in case they need it. With the help of my son, we started searching online, and it seems like it is a scam that they are doing, we found other people who worked for them the same way as I did for a full month and then they got ghosted the same way. I am reporting it because I am afraid that I am involved in something that is illegal without knowing and also because they took all my info and now I am afraid that they can use my info to open up credit cards or loans using my name and SSN. I even have some packages that were returned back to me but never got a shipping label to ship them out. The packages are baseball hats, a plumbing machine, and some cleaning items. Please contact me at ************ if you need any additional info. I speak Spanish and my English is not at 100%.

- Bayville, NJ, USA

I was contacted by Michael Hall from USAS Logistics LLC through indeed on September 15, 2023 regarding a job with their company. He advised me that I will be contacted by my supervisor Michael Telfort. On the same day September 15, 2023 I received phone call from Mr. Telfort to receive employment information and to proceed. I sent a picture of my drivers licenses, SS # and bank information for my salary to be deposited into. For 30days I completed my duties as a Quality Control Inspector and sent packages to various states At that time I was told that my pay would be held for 30 days due probation period. My probation period ended today however, no monies were deposited into my account. I have been calling, texting and e mailing to no avail.

Did you ever receive a resolution?
I was hired by them, and today is my payday, and I have been locked out of the website.

Was contacted by Amazon Logistics Delaware LLC for a position to work for their company as a package handler. Had to fill out application, fill out W2 for employment as a contractor for Amazon, so now the have my Social Security number. After receiving 2 packages within a week from employing me, about a week went by without getting any packages to send anywhere. I contacted Eva Koren to ask what was going on and she said there was a system issue, but everything was fine, not to worry. My employment with them was to pay me $2000.00 a month with bonuses if I did everything according to their instructions which were in their tracking database so you would know when a package was coming your way. I purchased a scale, and packing material I was supposed to be reimbursed for with my first check when my receipts were submitted to them. More to this scam, but not enough character space.....they offered another position and wanted my credit card number for me to do purchasing for them. Needless to say, I did not provide that information and have not heard anything from anyone with Amazon Logistics Delaware, LLC.

A couple of other names involved in this scam with Amazon Logistics Delaware are Mary Wilson 302 500 5086

and

This "work position" was listed on Indeed.com. It was listed as a shipping inspector position (remote). I applied and received an email from one of the supposed managers who had me fill out simple paperwork (contract, preferred payment method, agreement to rules of job). Once I was accepted, I began work by receiving and shipping out up to 5-boxes at the local UPS store. Shortly after mailing out those packages, I stopped receiving boxes up to 2-weeks straight, and then it came time to receive my pay. I received a message that I would be paid 1-month after my initial package was sent; this time frame passed and after I inquired about the delay in pay I was told that I would receive it shortly after the "financial manager" was done reviewing it. That of course never happened and after 1-2 weeks passed I could no longer log into my profile in which I communicated with the company. So I was left with no pay for my work and no communication. You cannot communicate with anyone if you try to call the phone # or use the email listed on their website.

They hired me to repackage mailings. I did 4 packages. They said payment in one month=today. Now all their phone numbers are disconnected. They have not paid as promised.
