ReShipping RePackaging Reports & Reviews (241)

I am an Owner / Broker of a mortgage company. I applied for a position online through a recruiting agency and signed a downloaded contract with this company, Ketras Post. I was told I was hired and never heard from them since. I wrote a letter to the ScamPulse.com earlier today. However, I received an email from a past client of a very elderly woman asking for a $400.00 gift card. The email had a suspicious return address, and the professionalism of the perpetrator was desperate when I would not comply. The woman was a prospect I advised during the pandemic; we never did business together. However, she was very well-to-do and would never ask for a $400.00 gift card, especially from me, someone she does not know. I believe they downloaded a virus in my email and are committing a serious crime, as I have 21 years of information from my past clients. Please advise.

My situation exactly mirrors the previous complaint. I signed a 1-month employment contract and was to start on July 31st, 2023. I have not received any return communication. I made representations to SBA that once I received my paycheck, I would make my delinquent payment. This has happened one way or another from the many job site companies like Zip Recruiter, which do not have an effective quality control policy even when the fraud is reported. I have undergone lengthy job interviews and so-called background investigations and received fraudulent paychecks. I believe it's time for government regulators to regulate these internet job sites that vicariously condone criminal identity theft with prudence.

The job was posted on Indeed. I applied for the position. I received an email for an interview. August 1, 2023, gentlemen called to interview. He explained the duties and salary. He allowed me to ask questions. Then he stated that my qualifications would fit the job. He sent a contract by email which I uploaded my driver's license and signed. I had looked up the company online and it seemed legit. However, I am a little nervous giving my ID to him.

Voice activated woman called walked me through the company policies, the job preferences and requirements.

Fake employment scam, packages are shipped to you, you open and verify package no damage and then ship to the person they send you a shipping label for.. They said they would be coming international shipments and then forward on to people in the U.S. Only problem is they have shipped me 3 starlink units valued at 699.00 each and want me to ship them to an address in Delaware, which is another shipping company flagged as a scam operation shipping items to Russia.

I was scammed I was told payment would be sent in 30 days during that time I was sent three packages that i delivered. After my 30 days I was sent an email congratulating me and stating that my paycheck would be sent out at 3pm est time on 07/13/2023. I was sent nothing after 30 days and they stopped responding to emails I have now been blocked. HR managers name was Adela Horak Supervisor name used was Kim Moore all which I know now is fake.

I applied for the job, they called me back told me I got it and to fill out more information. They said i get paid by salary so 2,000 every month. After the first month I never received my paycheck which was supposed to come through the mail and I’ve been calling and emailing and now the number doesn’t work.

The scammer offered me the job of Packager inspector which they would promise to pay me 80 dollars a day and 40 dollars for each package that I would 've inspected .

Employment offer as a remote assistant receiving parcel inspecting it possibly storing it at my residence and then taking it to post office and sending it to a destination.

I never applied for this position, and received a "response" asking for an interview. I assume they took my public information off indeed...

No name was attached to the email and they ask I be available for a call 24/7 for an interview.

I clicked a link to their "job description" and my browser warned me it was a suspicious link.

repackage freight from delaware to my location in new york then forward after taking photos etc uploading onto a dashboard being available to receive packages 7-24 as well as my emergency contact so far 2 hr persons 3 supervisors

offered a stay at home job, everything looked legit until i started asking questions about it being a scam or not

Ketra contacted me for a job opportunity shipping items and relabeling packages using different addresses. I gave them my personal information to sign up for their online website. However, after doing some research online and making a couple of phone calls, the job opportunity turned out to be an illegal shipping business where they take stolen goods that were purchased using stolen information from victims like credit cards and they use people like me to send those goods out of the country and launder money that way. Also after a month, they don't pay you the promised wage after all the work that you did and disappear on you.

They emailed me with this message

“Our Company received your resume from employment search webpages for Shipment Inspector opening.

The job is Work-From-Home!

Relocation and special experience in this position isn't necessary.

Your income is from $80 for each day + $40 bonus per package.

If you are interested, don't hesitate to let me know and I will provide you the Job Description.

They ask for picture of ID or social for background checks

Contacted about a job as shipping companies inspector, work from home thing, was looking up the company and came across it here.

I was contacted by two different people. First, by phone from a "SARAH MOORE", offering a job position describing a "shipment inspector" that would receive packages at home to inspect and then reship from my location. She went over payment per package and how frequent the pay periods would be. Then, in a follow-up email, she stated she was HR and gave a brief job description and a link. It asked to upload photos front and back of my driver's license along with a picture of me beside my license - I am assuming to verify that I sent the correct information. It included a section for e-signature as well, so it was very convincing. I was then contacted by an "ANDY MOORE" stating he was the shipping manager and reconfirming my interest for the position. I took a few days to think over the position. There was something off about the names that were used especially since both of them seemed to sound Middle-Eastern/Indian. I was conflicted to even fill out the portion of the link but I did so anyway. After a few days and a few incessant unanswered calls from Andy, I decided to reach out to him regarding the onboarding. Well, in my attempt to call back I was met with a dead dial tone. and the same when trying to reach the Sarah lady. When I tried to call the number they gave to the company it went straight to voicemail as well. It was very confusing so I tried to google maps the address that was attached in the email and it came up as some warehouse that is temporarily closed. So, after trying to reach them to find out what is going on, I simply cannot because there is no answer. I forgot to mention, during the few days that I was contemplating, I called the general company number given to see if anyone could verify for me either one of people who contacted me but i was sent to leave a voicemail.. to which I got no return call.

I'm going thru the same issue...but Andy answered for me this morning saying that he was emailing human resources about my pay ...now I can't get into my portal

They hired me as a shipment inspector. They got my personal information like name, address and SSN# thru by asking to fill up W4. They promise to pay me after 1 month for all my service.

The company was presenting the name Ketras Cargo LLC USA. They have a valid website. They sent me the registration document. They asked me to inspect and report on damaged items and then ship to the warehouse at the address of the company. They send authorization letters with driver's licenses to accept packages. Claimed the salary is $80 daily with $40 bonus for timely shipping. Sent labels and all.

A woman called. Said she was head of hr department for a company called Ketras Post. The job offer was for Shipment Inspector. Basically they would send packages from overseas to my house. I was supposed to then open them, inspect them, repackage them, and ship them to a different address. $80 a day, plus $40 per package. Then she emailed me while we were on the phone with an employment agreement. I have 24-48 hours to accept and return it. They will start shipping then. But the accounting department didn't need any information yet since the first paycheck wouldn't be released until I had worked there a month. It was so obviously a scam. Didn't ask me any questions except if I would agree and could I have the paperwork back to her as soon as I could. And she wanted to stay on the phone with me while I went to print them out. Of course the contract will ask for all my personal information. Both emails came within the last hour. I'm trying to figure out how to send them.

A job listing for Shipment Inspector was listed on indeed. Sent an application and received an e-mail of the job responsibilities and break down of commissions. job entitled receiving packages directly to personal address to then inspect the product/parcel for defects. If found log within company account. repackage parcel and ship to local postal office. After 4 weeks of successful deliveries the commission will start: $80 a day, for ea. parcel shipped +$40 "averaging $4,000 monthly" according to their email. In an attempt to upload a copied PDFversion of their we browser employment contract, an error was flagged from including an image found in their contract. The error is as states:
