STAY AWAY FROM SERENITS ONLINE PURCHASE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

I never received my order from two months ago! When I track the order it keeps showing that it’s been delivered!
I don’t know have my money back but I hope my massage will go through to everybody and not waste their money !

On July 9th I had found this site through my friend and they were advertising their website through Facebook and they had a promotion going where you could buy two bags and get free shipping when I added my bags to check out I found that I had a significant discount ..so I had purchased four bags and my total came out to 39.60 which I knew was too good to be true but I still went ahead and purchased the bags so did my friend. I later found out that the track 718 website that they use has been deemed as a scam and a lot of people have ordered things through various companies that use track 718 (track718.us) people are saying they never received the items or received defective items or items that weren’t what they ordered… But the main thing was in the reviews was that items were never delivered as was mine. I checked my tracking and if they delivered, but I had no package at my door. After doing a little research, I found out that the tracking was fake and this is how they use this website to scam people. although the tracking did update and it did look legit, it was not real. I have not received the item I have not heard from the company. I knew the website was shady after a while because I noticed that when you went to the website the items and product they had would change so they wouldn’t get caught , (selling counterfeit luxury goods)not really sure what to do if to go through my bank or what but please stay away from this website …. they hide the true items that they are selling so they will not get caught. So for instance, if you go to the website at times, it will show regular off brand handbags, but I’m not sure how they are able to do…. So it’s tricky but they are really selling luxury counterfeit goods. I guess it depends what link or web server you’re using but you will see the true items, they are a page called
