Before doing business with these guys, go to their facebook page and click on a link to look at one of their cars. It links to a real car dealership on the West coast with a similar name. If you want that car, you better call them direct because ShiftAutoBrokers does not exist, except as a scam bank account where you can send your money.

SCAM ALERT I agreed to buy a car, Shift Auto Brokers was to broker the deal. I paid for the car via a wire to their bank, and Shift was to ship the car to my address. But the car never arrived. It was to be delivered on a Thursday, then mysteriously delayed 24 hours to late Friday. By the time banks opened on Monday, it was too late to reverse the wire. Since the delivery date, Shift Auto Brokers doesn't answer the phone and they don’t respond to emails. There is no way to contact them. They have no physical presence at their address. Their phone number is a VOIP, so I am likely calling someone in a different country even though it looks like a Michigan number. They are not rated by the BBB and the BBB was unable to locate them. They have no business licenses. Based on my experience and research, I have concluded this company is a clever online wire fraud Scam.

I didn't end up buying the car I was looking at here due to it simply not being what I ended up wanting out of a car, but I had nothing but a positive experience coming in and test driving with Von, the rep that helped me out. They were very communicative with me from my first inquiry and were very welcoming when I came in. I appreciate Von giving me a no-hassle test drive - he let me have fun with the car to see if I could really enjoy it within its limits without giving me a hard time or trying to pressure me into a sale. All in all I would definitely feel comfortable purchasing with these folk, they seem like an honest bunch who know what they're doing - the s2000 I tested was a steal, but unfortunately just not what I'm looking for at the moment. Hope someone cops it!

Go ahead, try to go to the address to test drive a car. You will never find them. Google the address, they aren't there. Call someone in the building and ask about ShiftAutoBrokers, they won't have clue what you are talking about. These people don't exist except as an online presence, probably operating out of a foreign country. Send them your money, see what you get in return.

They took my money and never delivered the car as promised. It appears to be an online wire fraud scam. My research indicate they are or have done business as Sportexotics.com, Shift Auto Brokers, Pro Motors Depot, SE Motors group, SE Motors Brokers. Probably more. I think it is a SCAM

Great buying experience, maybe the best I ever had. To start off I would say this is the most welcoming and easy going dealership I have ever been to and I bought dozens of cars in the past!
Andrew was my salesman and Melissa was in finance and running the whole place were just AMAZING!
I don't have a perfect credit at the moment and Peter got me approved without any problem for a 16 E class.
Andrew made the atmosphere at the dealership felling like home.

his is the second time I have bought a car here. First one was a Bmw 750li very good car.
I use my cars for work so it is important to have a reliable car. I came back last week and bought another car, the 2nd one, this time a Mercedes-Benz GL 450. The whole team there is great from owner Mr Kosower to Andrew and Michael were all great. They helped me with the car and all the paper processing and the work and took my old car back from me with credit towards my purchase.
Even though it was a commercial vehicle they were really helpful to me. Thank you guys for all the help, will be back to purchase car for wifey She wants her 2nd Bmw!

I have been trying to find my dream Mercedes for a few months now, even went as far as going back home to Dallas to try and find one but had no luck. I originally found a car I really liked on FB from SHIFT Auto Brokers and I called right away. I scheduled an appointment for the next day (which was yesterday) and everyone was so nice and willing to help me. Peter, Andrew, and Michael made this process so easy for me. They got me into an E400 coupe which I didn't even think was possible to get into but they made it happen. After a few hours of being there, I signed my paperwork. I can't thank these guys enough for making this happen. I will forever be a customer of theirs and will go nowhere else for any future cars. THANK YOU AGAIN for everything guys!

I was hosted by Daniel and Andrew two weeks ago when I try to purchase a used Macan. Both are very nice and professional. Daniel is really nice and he is a life saver. He helped me get the payment done in Sunday when the banks are all closed. And I was able to drive the car back home the same day. Andrew get me a unbeatable price that I don't think u can find anywhere. He clearly knows what he is doing and he was very approachable.

I was looking for a used Range Rover and ended up buying a gorgeous Maserati with only 19,000 miles on it. I absolutely LOVE MY NEW CAR and had one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a very long time. In fact this is the first time in 20 years I've been excited about a car. I took the Maz out of town for the weekend last weekend and drove it to the bay area, was a fun trip, and the new car made it even better.
If you want a great deal go see Daniel at SHIFT Auto Brokers, they will take excellent care of you same as they did me. Tell them you saw my review and you want the same deal I got because I swear every time I get in this car I feel like a car thief. Without telling you exactly how much I paid let's just say I paid less than I would for a brand new Honda Accord, and got a great loan too! Michael was professional, honest & great to work with! I had looked at several Mercedes GLE before finding the best value and no haggling from Michael. He is very responsive and just wants to help you find the right car for you. He didn't try to convince me of any other options but willingly showed me any car on his lot(s) ..he has more vehicles than fit on the lot so be sure you go in and talk to him.

HANDS DOWN the BEST dealer I've ever purchased a car from!
After nearly a week of trying to get an approval and going back and forth with another dealer to get into a Maserati Ghibli I said enough is enough!
I called Iman and Harry at SHIFT Auto Brokers and said
"Iman I need your help badly, I need a Maserati and another dealer is putting me through HELL"
He said "I'm here waiting for you"
I got in my car, drive to SHIFT Auto Brokers, no joke within thirty minutes I test drove the car got an approval signed my paperwork and I was out the door with a Maserati Ghibli.
Straight to the point no BS.

If you're tired of getting robbed and givin' the run around, seriously go ask for Iman. I would not steer you in the wrong direction.

By the way, my credit is far from perfect.
Yet still, I told Iman this is what I'm comfortable with paying and that's what he made happen for me.

I recently bought a Range Rover hse here. I have to say my experience here was a breeze. Let me start out by thanking Iman who did a great job. I decided to work with my credit union for financing but he worked directly with them and provided them with all the information they needed almost instantly. I want to say that he took great care of me. He even followed up with me after a few days of buying the car just to make sure I was happy with my purchase and if I had any questions about the car. They handle alot of upscale vehicles like Land Rovers, Mercedes, Maserati, Bmws, and I even saw a Rolls Royce there. They know their cars and know how to cater to their guests. I will be recommending them to my freinds and family for future purchases. Ask for Michael!

I just bought a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged. This car is in perfect condition inside and outside and with very low mileage. I took it to a Land Rover service dealer and they told me the car was in excellent running condition. At SHIFT Auto Brokers salesman Zaad Bolourchi and manager Peter were able to work with me on my trade in value, better than any other dealer. They also reduced their vehicle price so I would be at a payment I felt comfortable. The following day after I purchased the vehicle they also replaced my set of wheels for another set I liked better. If you are planning to buy a European exotic vehicle, you need to check "SHIFT Auto Brokers" fleet of cars and costumer service, it is very impressive!
