I got a call about my SS being used as a FRAUD... it said to press 1 to talk to someone.. so I did..a guy came on the line and I heard a lot of other people in the background talking... He asked me if I was Jessica I said yes, then he asked me if I got a letter from the SS about my SS I said NO...then he told me I have a warrant for my arrest for Drug Traffic and Money laundering ... I did not believe him and I did not give him any personal information I hung up. I did not give him time to collect my personal information nor ask for money. Government People don't call you...They send you a lovely letter in the mail.

I'm 79 years old. I got a robocall from SociaI Security saying there was fraud on my Social Security, and to push 1 to speak to someone. I talked to a man with an accent. He said he was with Social Security. He asked why I was calling. I said I got a call from Social Security that something was going on with it. He asked for the last 4 digits of my Social Security number to look me up. I gave him the last 4 digits of my Social Security number, my name and my mailing address. I gave him the wrong address and hung up.

Social Security called from a local number, so I answered. It was a recording which said This is Social Security. Suspicious business has been indicated on your Social Security. We have canceld your Social Security. You need to call back for mor einformation. The caller ID said the call came from 419-307-1408.

The caller stated that a car had been rented in my name with my social security number and that was found abandoned at the us Mexico border full of cocaine and that me social was used to launder money between the US and Mexico after they said that they stated that police were coming to my place of residence to arrest me, I pretty much laughed at them and told them that that was impossible because I was at work which they didn’t have any information of that, after they did this they then said they were transferring me to another person and that person asked if i was ******* ****, after I asked him to repeat himself he said the same thing again and then proceeded to ask me if i would **** **** *** ****. This person with of middle eastern decent or Arabic and extremely vulgar.

Received a call at 8:00 this morning from a gentleman with an eastern accent claiming that my Social Security Number had been suspended for money laundering in Texas. I attempted to call the number back 551-249-1255 & received a message indicating the number was no longer in service.

A person left a message on my home phone today. It sounded like a robot call with female voice. She said they were going to start legal proceedings on my Social Security number unless I called back. Said my number had been breached. My caller Idea said Jen Him. I did not call the number back they told me to call. I called social security office and they told me it was a scam and that they would not ever call. I also called ScamPulse.com and they said the same.

I received a message on my answering machine. I do not have the phone number that called. I did not answer the call. It was a robocall. Cleveland police. Our Social Security card has been fraudulently used in Texas. Press one to speak with a representative.

they call with a recording saying your social security number has fraud on it. Then press 1. I pressed 1 they said whats your name, I said social security don't call you. He said you called me. I did not and he hung up

I received a phone call from a man that said he was officer Mandabarns and that said someone is using my social security # in Texas to commit fraud. He continued to say "you have 7 cases filed against you, do you know that" I asked him what his officer # and location was and he hung up the phone. When I tried to call the # 317-429-9914 back I got a message that said this is not a working #.

letter reads in part: Suspect Social Security fraud call 866-501-2107. I called and a man, Tim Smith, answered. He had an accent. He asked for the last 4 digits of my Social Security number. I gave it to him. He said he saw activity on my account and the government could take all of my money. He asked me what the limit on my VISA was and how much I had in my checking account. I told him. He told me to withdraw $10,800 from my checking account. Then go to Krogers and buy Nike gift cards. He wanted my cell phone number so he could stay with me when I went to Krogers. I told him I didn't have a cell phone. I looked at my caller ID and it looks like he's called back seven times.
