The company uses a china post tracker site to show the item in transit and eventually delivered. The items never arrive. They, then after you email them, claim it was delivered. They tell you to check with your local post office. In my case the post office had absolutely no record of the item ever exisring in their system. The china post site told me they are merely a third party tracking site and have no actual means to genuinely verify delivery. The company will insist on settline for 10, 20, 50 percent refund IF you really follow up with them and stay on top of them. Essentially, they will try to grind you down into voluntarily giving them money for an item(s) they never actually send to you. Once you agree to a percent, they basically get paid for having done nothing more than waste your time. The evidence they provide to justify this process is a meaningless photo of a random parcel number that only exists because they can submit that to the china post third party. They provide the updates and china post passes that along to you. Nothing is ever actually in the mail.
