This number called and left an automated voicemail saying they were the police with the SSA and that I needed to call back before legal actions were taken against me. I called the number back the foreign man said he was an officer and I asked why he was calling me and he hung up I then tried calling back multiple times with no answer.

I needed a new social security card.. I was under SSA website however it must of quickly switched to relaxapply website and it instructed me to put in my credit card info to get it mailed express ... it didn't give me a confirmation number I immediately knew something was wrong about a week later I got a call from my banks fraud center saying my card was being used in Indiana. I live it n Wisconsin... the criminals were at Walgreens trying to make a $212 purchase.... the relaxapply website targets people needing new ss cards and they used my ssn and I have a mortgage and a new car they got with my social security number smh
