SMS Financial CH, LLC and SMS Financial, LLC, in addition SMS Financial Recovery Services, SMS Financial NCU, LLC, SMS Financial Perris, LLC etc. SMS Financial are scammers that register SMS Financial businesses and add letter or different words to "SMS Financial" they use different addresses for such as 6829 N 12th St Phoenix Arizona 85014 also use 3707 East Shea Blvd Suite 100 Phoenix Arizona 85028, the agents registered are Ben Myers and Jonathan Hoffer also use title of manager, organizer, Daniel Shorr is named as a partner of SMS Financial, LLC. They use law firm Eisenberg, Gold and Agrawal particularly Amar A. Agrawal Adam S. Rosengard and others to represent them in the scheme. Eisenberg, Gold and Agrawal address is 1040 N Kings Highway Suite 200 Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 phone# 856 330 6200 or 732-719-6719. They have filed a lawsuit on time-barred debt, with fraudulent documents. They have not complied with the laws of New Jersey in reference to debt collections. Other names that were used by the Eisenberg, Gold and Agrawal particularly Robert L. Stewart Jr referred to as General Counsel and Custodian of Records for SMS Financial CH, LLC and Chris Kahler as the person to whose attention, payments shall be made and send to SMS Financial CH, LLC 3707 East Shea Blvd Suite 100 Phoenix AZ 85028. In addition, SMS Financial LLC has a D- rating with the ScamPulse.com and is not accredited by BBB. Furthermore, Eisenberg, Gold & Agrawal was suit in Georgia Northern District Court on 4/21/2020 the nature of the suit reads: 480 Other Statutes - Consumer Credit

Cause 15:1692 Fair Debt Collection Act. Another Company that is listed under the same address of 3707 East Shea Blvd Phoenix AZ 85028 called: Two Med Investments LLC Tax ID 860807622 which also lists phone number 602-944-0624 which is the same phone number for SMS Financial, LLC located at the same address, SMS Financial LLC website is https://smsfinancial.net

First they left a voice mail using 816-428-8518 saying that there was a recent change in Student Loan forgiveness. Then When I calledback, they asked to verify my ID and asked for my FSA ID Temporary Secure Code saying they texted. Then they asked me theapproximate amount of the student loan I had. I said $31000. Then she verifi ed it was $29000, which was the actual amount. Thenshe asked to verify my front 5 digit of my SSN. I accidentally said the wrong number but she corrected me. Then she told me thatwith the PSLF, the loan can be forgiven after 240month after payments of 6 month of $166. She collected my credit card information.Then she sent me a document to sign saying that the document has to be signed and returned which states that Ill be charging myspecifi c credit card with the amount of $997. After that, she sent me another form of PSLF employment certifi cation form to sign andreturn. This part I did not sign and return.

This company contacts you to help restructure student loans. They have access to all your loans and so much information that they can confuse you into thinking what they do is actually helping. It's mostly lies and very misleading. They make you think they are going to submit payments to your loan and that ultimately loans would be forgiven. They collect 2 large payments and then unlimited smaller payments they keep all the money to themselves for document processing. They may have been able to get the loan restructured but that's it. Don't give these people any more information. Don't fall for this operation. You can do all this yourself with the loan provider. This is misleading and scammy. They used to operate as Clear Start.

This company posed as a student loan forgiveness program identifying their program with the William Ford Act which is a Federal Act pertaining to student loans. I was told I qualified to have $66,000 of my $76,000 debt forgiven. The reason I did not get suspicious, was because I had filled out the Personal Loan Forgiveness Program with Student Aid months earlier because I work for a non-profit. I thought this letter was an extension of the PSLF. They said I would pay them $199.60 for 5 months and then pay $39 until the rest of my debt was paid. It wasn’t until the Biden/Harris plan was released and specifically stated beware of scams not containing government id’s like student aid that I became suspicious and sure enough it is a scam. I filed with the Federal Trade Commission. Visa. And my bank. And now the ScamPulse.com because they refuse to refund my $500 and say they never claim to be a federal program they just use the William Ford Act on their website to get you to sign which absolves them legally from posing as a federal agency

I believe I was scammed by Student Loans and Savings. I have tried contacting them and all my emails are now being bounced back to me so they are not receiving them and I have emailed all emails I have for them, 4 different ones to be exact. I am trying to cancel with them and get my money back and since I cannot get a hold of them I am at a loss of what to do. They have scammed me out of over $600 dollars and they have personal information that I want them to get rid of, I never gave them this information they some how got into my FAFSA and got that information.

A gentleman called in regards to student loan forgiveness program. He verified he was talking to me and then transferred me to a woman. The woman was verifying my personal information in regards to my Fasfa acct. She asked for my DOB- EMAIL ADDRESS RELATED TO FASFA AND LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY SS# .

after this she suddenly asked to Call me tomorrow because some of the security questions she had asked me were incorrect ... I said I wanted to talk to her manager... she put the manager came on the phone and I stated why they called and got my personal information only to say that I had given incorrect info and requested to phone me tomorrow... I asked her what company they're with and why couldn't they Finnish the call with me considering they called me. She hung up. SMH wtf

Received a call to apply for the biden harris student loan relief. They signed into my studentaid.gov account and accessed all my personal information. They charged me $899 to apply for the loan relief. When I hung up I had a weird gut feeling and looked it up, there is no charge to apply for the relief and the application is not out yet. This company had scammed me into paying them money to do something that was free of charge. I was able to cancel the payment and plan before any charges were done. They don't feel as if they did anything wrong and it's my fault for being naïve. I know it's my mistake but I'm sure there's other like me. A company that prays on the misinformed and takes advantage of a free government service deserves to be shut down.

I was billed $289.74 each month for false consolidation payments. This company told me that in order to consolidate my student loans I would need to make these four months of payments to qualify. I gave them my social security number and bank account info and I am worried that I am in danger of my personal info getting used. They assured me that i was qualified for loan forgiveness, once I contacted my student loan company they said it was a scam.

Called me at 8pm for late. I don’t how I fell for this scam acted as an advisor but once the called ended I felt super weird. Please verify their identity before verifying your information. Don’t sign anything!!

I was called by the number claiming it was the Nashville location wanting to assist me with my student debt. Upon calling, I was directed to a person that talked a really good game. It sounded too good to be true. It was 4 months of $275 and then 10 years of $50. The rest would be forgiven. I gave my SS number, debit card info (I cancelled the card) so they could draft, and they even accommodated me changing my payment date to my pay date. They were gonna automatic draft monthly. When I aske about Biden's plan, they told me this was better than his forgiveness plan.

Number calls you. Says they can help with student loan debt. They ask you to guesstimate your loan debt. If you say a number they don't like they hang up. It is a foreign accent. Sounds like Indian dialect.
