I was going over recent transactions in my bank account when I discovered a transaction with a phone number attached to it that I was unfamiliar with. When I called the number, they located my transaction and refunded the money, but they should have never been able to have taken it out in the first place. They claimed it was for a pornography website called "Jerk Mate". I had remembered clearing a few of those emails out of my spam folder recently, but I hadn't interacted with any of them beyond opening to mark them for deletion. When I told them this, they were emphatic I had to have given them my information at some point, but I didn't. I called again and spoke with someone else who sounded as if they were getting high while speaking to me and they laughed at me when I told them of my intention of bringing this organization's business practices to light. Somehow they are using these emails to steal the saved credit card information in our browsers. I would appreciate it if you could investigate ECHST.NET more thoroughly. I hardly imagine I'm the only one who's been targeted and gaslighted by these fraudulent charges. Especially considering how quickly they reversed the charge once they were called out. Thank you.
