PSS Travel a company that has cheated me out of $2,000 which I paid them believing that PSS Travel was Swiss Air - which they managed to deceive Amex Travel and myself of for 6 months of negotiation.

I had called 800-742-3333 which was listed as a support line for Singapore Airlines on the website losangeleslaxairport.com. I clearly was not diligent when I assumed that the site I had visited was the legitimate website to LAX airport. The call I made was answered by someone who went by the name of Charlie. He introduced himself as "Customer Service". I then asked if this was Singapore Airlines to which he responded "Yes". I went to describe my issue to update my airline ticket information. He responded that it would cost a significant amount of money to make the update. I was clearly shocked about this, as none of these fees were disclosed on the Singapore Airlines website. That should have been a red flag to me, but as I was rather desperate to get this resolved in a timely manner, I relented and provided all personal information (DOB, SSN, credit card information, billing address, passport number) to be charged for this ticket update. After hanging up with him, I immediately find out that my sister had already made the changes through Singapore Airlines to update the ticket information. I immediately called Charlie back at the phone number (800-969-4985) that he provided which was different from the one I originally called, and requested a refund, explaining that this was already done by my sibling. He tersely responded that he'll refund the transaction and immediately hung up on me. When I reviewed the email confirmation of the original charge, I realized that the return sender was from "[email protected]", not from singaporeair.com.sg. Thus I was scammed. And further attempts to reach Charlie for a refund have been moot.

I called what I thought was Southwest Airlines at 800-CALL-SWA to book a flight. The automated message confirmed "Southwest" and routed me to a "new reservations." Unknown to me, it routed to a travel agency (PSSTravel.net), that booked a flight but overcharged me $580. They did this all while representing themselves as Southwest Airlines. I received an email to confirm my flight details - the email name appeared as Southwest, but the hidden address was [email protected]. I never received a final confirmation and when I tried to call them back to get confirmation, the number was disconnected. When I called the real Southwest to confirm (800-I-FLY-SWA), I found my reservation booked under a false email address. I was able to cancel the flight with Southwest and I'm currently disputing the extra charge from "Flight Ticket" on my AMEX. This is not a reputable company. They misrepresented themselves and routed their phones and emails to take advantage of people.
