I too bought 2 sets of the Le Creuset pots and pans. They were delivered to my address in a different state. Went round and round with them until I finally gave up. I wrote ten emails in total. Total scammers.

Product of a pots/pans set was shipped from China to the incorrect address three different times. Items were delivered to an unknown address in LA, MA, and NY. I have been in touch with customer service since May 2022 and have requested a refund, they continue to "ship" the pots/pans set. Attached you will find the most recent tracking information.

order pots and pans in early May 2022 and they have sent me 4 different tracking number all that have gone to other addresses not mine. One to Ohio, Chicago, A military mailing station, and last to Texas. It is now Dec 2022 and still no product. I have asked for a refund numerus times but they only respond with another tracking number. Last 10 E-Mails they have not responded at all. Someone need to shut this scammer down.

They try to take advantage of Tartaria International Limited(Hong Kong) and Le Creuset's name to scam people. They will send you fake tracking information. If shopped from this site, dispute the payment right away.

Tartaria International Limited(Hong Kong) website is: www.tartariaonline.com. They are selling silver jewelry, has no business relation with Le Creuset company.

I cancel less than 24hrs and they refused to refund my money and here it is almost a year and nothing now the email doesn't answer any more.

I didn’t receive my stuff and on receipt it says 39.99 but they charged 55 . And they didn’t send my stuff . I have attached my receipt .

This Company claims selling sets of Le Creuset and when they give you tracking number, it is not addressed to you. They've done this twice as I really wanted a re-ship, but actually a scam

tartariaonline.com belongs to another company Tartaria International Limited(HK), which is the legitimate one that selling silver jewelry.

I ordered a set of nail Polish back in May of this year. Never received I’ve had two tracking numbers both for different people. 56 emails sent asking for a refund. Their replies are either the staff have messed up, item has been sent out within last 7 days or the other one is we’re only a small company and we’ve paid out all sorts for parcel. Since reading these comments I have now sent an email demanding my refund and taking legal action against them. See what happens but I’m not holding my breath on a response. Sometimes they email at 2am. Shall see what happens.

I did the same thing brought back in May, been messaging every day since, i did track a parcel and vontacted royal mail. Something was delivered under my name to a completely different address, they sent a new one a month ago supposedly
just keep getting told its in transit.

I have been reaching out to them since May 2022 and they have still not sent my item. Top of it the receipt shows as $45.99 but the amount debited from account was $60,67. Till date I have been told that the items are dispatched and will share the tracking number soon. Finally after reading all the complaints, I understand this is a scam to trap people and rob money. Should we all join together and raise a legal complaint against this company? I am thinking to sue this company so that whoever is behind this scam will be punished as per the law. I saw the ad in Instagram. I suggest we need to write an email to Insta asking not to encourage such fraudulent companies and their ads. Suggestions please.

Same situation here. I ordered mine in May 2022 and did not receive tracking information until August 2022. The tracking information showed that the order had been delivered to an address in a completely different city than where I live. After many emails back and forth, I was told that my order was scheduled for redelivery, but still nothing a month later. I have requested a refund, and now it is radio silence from them.

I am the nicest of all of you. My payment was made near the end of February... it's now August 28 & I have not received product or refund. I have sworn a statement that I intend to forward to authorities in England & Hong Kong. I am a senior on disability & am extremely upset by this company's treatment of people who order on line.

On 5/26/2022 I paid $45.99 for a pot set advertised on FB . The address used was in London GB. I tried calling Tartaria International several times but no response. It seems to be a scam.

We placed an order on May 22, 2022 for the pots and pans.
After months we still haven't received the product. The company says it has been shipped and delivered and here we are months after and we have nothing.
This company is full of [censored]. I got the tracking number and it shows it was sent to a post office in Puerto Rico and we live in USA. No one from the company is getting things straight. False shipping address and delivery status is provided to the credit card when we did a dispute. Fighting with the CC company again.

Sadly, vack in May 2022, I thought I was making an order to purchase from a French European site, not a Fraud Chinese Internet non-existant Company.
After ordering 2 sets, 🤦‍♀️ of the Pans to get delivered to 2 different countries, I began to realize after a month of no deliveries to either address, I was going to have issues, delayed yeah, very, being promised the new Tracking number after SO MANY emails backwards and forwards, matters clearly confusing with being issued initial false tracking numbers.
So So annoying being caught like this in a Fraud Purchase, I could so kick myself! 🤦‍♀️
Clearly they just fob you off with automated email replies that get so frustrating as they do not clarify anything with your personal issue.

Sadly so many of us have to Learn the hard way with these sickening, "dregs of life" that enjoy and ripping decent people off, who work gard to warn the money they make these purchases with.

I read the guy is called Xiang Wu, from China, I see from a post above. I really would love to see someone be able to bust his business and get everyone their money back!

Tartaria International Limited(UK) is a scammer. The tracking number is fake. They try to take advantage of a Hong Kong company called Tartaria International Limited (HK) and Le Cruset French company. You should dispute the payment.

I have ordered a car seat stroller back on May 23rd. They gave me a trackin number and then i checked it one day and it was delivered to some military post office. I dont live on a military base. As we have been emailin back and forth and they said they would ship another one out. I have to wait 10 days for another trackin number..

I ordered Le Creuset cookware on May 24, 2022. I have been contacting Tartaria International about the status of my order. For the second time the order has been shipped to the wrong address, one in Minnesota, the other in Hawaii, I live in Washington, DC.

This company is a scam. Several other people have submitted complaints about this company, placing an order but never receiving any merchandise.
