Ordered some pots which have never arrived

I order a set of pots which they have confirmed on a couple of emails that they have sent even giving me a tracking number, it’s months later and it seems they have “been delivered” but to some unknown address. It seems like a scam. I have been emailing [email protected] and someone is responding but just being told it’s delivered and I just check with my local post office. Not at all helpful. I have now asked them to confirm the address they shipped to as the delivery address is certainly not

Ordered a set of pots and pans from this company May 18th and received a receipt from them showing I paid $45.99 which was $60.60 Canadian dollars on May 18th. The charge went through my credit card (Master Card) on May 19th. I never received anything. When I tried several times to send them an email I was advised that the address wasn't working, something like that. Just a terrible scam I think, and hope I have learned my lesson, not to order online unless it is a company I trust, like Amazon.ca

I have made a payment for an item since May and anytime I send them a mail they keep empty promises , sending tracking numbers that are not real. I have made a request for a refund but they have refused to pay me my money. I would be sending screenshots of our discussions as a proof

I ordered some home wares in May. I recieved a tracking number that tracked my parcel 2000klms from my home. I constantly recieve contradictive emails stating its either been sent and that it's the fault of Australia post, or that my parcel will be resent. This drawn out sage has gone on for 3 months. A total scam indeed.

Similar experience to the other posts. Order the product in May 2022 and since then they shift the response. "we will reship in 7 days". " Post office says it was delivered". After they acknowledged it was sent to wrong state. Again "we will reship". "They checked and it was delivered". Whoops earlier you said it was deceived to wrong state. I live in PA and it was delivered to FL. ""Do I want them to reship?"ME: YES Now it's then end of July and still nothing

Same exact nonsense and trap for everyone who have been scammed by this company. I wonder why the credit card companies still allow them to charge for the fake merchandises. At some point, hope all major credit cards will stop this scam.

20 piece cookware set ordered

I ordered a 20 piece cookware set to be sent to my address in Sweden. After several e-mails I received a tracking number, when nothing arrived and I checked it says it has been delivered to my mail box and check my post office if not. After another couple of e-mails they have promised to check with my post office. This is obviously s scam, and I should have known better. I am looking for a place to report this, and check with my US visa card if they have the same reporting system as AMEX. Any advice on where to report to stop this company?

I, like Cassandre Ondricka was captivated by the offer of the Le Creuset cookware offer. I had wanted a set of that cookware since forever. I had the same experience, strung along with emails saying that the the order was taking longer than expected. Then I got a correspondence saying that the package was in my city and awaiting delivery. Its been almost a month now and nothing. These scammers need to be found, shutdown and monies refunded to those of us who were scammed.

I have made a payment of $52.29 to this company for a purchase of a car seat on Instagram, I got a receipt of my payment by mail on the 18th May but my order was never delivered to me, it has been one excuse or the other whenever I send them a mail to enquire about when my good will be delivered

Yes. These guys will never ship anything. It's a complete scam. Next, they may tell you the package was even delivered, to some city hundreds or thousands of miles away with no actual address. They have been scamming people since April this year. Lots of victim worldwide unfortunately.

Apparently the scammers at Tartaria International would just mail a trackable letter to somewhere (but not the real merchandise to the purchaser's actual address). So when the credit card company questions, the scammer simply provide the totally false shipping and delivery info. [censored]!

I have had the same issues with Tartaria International and I'm in the UK!
The same product also, a 20 piece cookware set.
Again, as others have done, I contacted them by email to see where my order was, and they gave me a tracking number, which then showed as being delivered 200 miles from my house!
All they do now is keep insisting it has been delivered!
I have now reported them. This company has to be stopped. It would appear they have only been trading for 4 months, but in that time, I'm guessing they have scammed an awful lot of people..worldwide.

They kept stringing me along that "tracking # NOT AVAILABLE, BE PATIENT" I was never provided a tracking number or email, was told when ordering I would not be charged until they were shipped, Shipping was to United States and I was told 10-14 days, I was charged at the time of the order and never received any information after. I had ordered 2 sets of Le Creuset set for $75.98. Account was charged on 5/17/22 and no contact. Definitely a scam.

I have the same problem at this time where I ordered a carseat stroller for $54 and was charged for the item and it took weeks to get a tracking number and when I did it says my package was delivered to California I'm in Georgia now I want my money back these people are a total scam and I'm pissed off.
