Type of a scam Phishing

For three days now I have gotten a call from a company called Trans World..., they keep asking for me to verify that's it's me. Without saying the word "yes", I try to tell that it is and ask what is their business or reason for calling. They just keep asking for me to verify my name and refuse to elaborate. Their phone numbers are, 346-214-3998, 346-214-4042, and 800-815-5569. Can anybody shed some light on this?

The really scary thing is the one I got today, from the 800# but same scammer. what happened concerns me, without saying Yes, I tried to inquire about the nature of the call by saying "you are speaking to me", then they wanted my DOB and address which I would give them and said I was going to hang up. When I looked at my phone for the big red hang-up button it wasn't anywhere to be found and I couldn't hang up and I could talk to them, they said they were updating my records then they hung up.
