While playing a game on the iPad, my mother had an ad pop up advertising weight loss gummies that were confirmed by Oprah Winfrey to work. After doing some research, it looked real. She ordered the product and was promised the order would ship in 1 business day and be received in 3-5 days. This was on 3/17/23. When she had not received an email as of this morning, I advised her to call the 800 number that was provided. She called and a women with a heavy Indian accent answered. Mom was asked for her account number and advised that she did not have one. She was then asked for her email address which she provided 4 times. The person then asked for the last 4 digits of her credit card. At that point, Mom said no and hung up. After finding this out, I smelled a scam. After looking at the ScamPulse.com website, I found that this is a scam.

A spa cover was order April 2022 with a promise of delivery in 16 weeks. The credit card was billed. After 4 or so months, when I began trying to contact the company for an update, NONE of the contacts methods got any response, not email, phone calls, or voice mails. After a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau, I got a standard email response that delivery would be January or February 2023. This is now almost April 2023 and no product, also no responses to any of my inquiries. My opinion is that the company offers a product at a good price with no intentions of delivery, taking the money and then ghosting the customer. I would say this was A TOTAL SCAM from the beginning.

They sell clothing and name brand shoes. We attempted to buy seven pairs of hey dudes. They were given a tracking number that does not track. Said we would get them in 3 weeks. It's been over a month they will not contact us back and we cannot track the product and we have not received the shoes. But they already took the money

I ordered a pair of slippers from this "company" through the original website www.behandyslippers.com and never received them. I noticed that they are still active under a different website now www.theairslides.com. The first site is no longer active but the second one has the same contact information as the first one did (contact address is the same) but email has changed. I tried to contact them numerous times for the past two months with no avail. When I search by my order number it shows that I don't have one anymore but was able to access it until about three weeks ago. These people are a scam and need to be removed. I do see how they can keep changing the name of the website/email and still be able to scam people...DONT NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE..Also the slippers that they are advertising can't even be found anywhere on the web besides their site.

I ordered a spa cover in September 2022. I called in December and I was told I would receive the spa cover in March due to a back order and supply issues. On March 17th, I went to check on my order status and the website no longer exists. I just discovered the company is being charged by the attorney general in Florida. I never received my cover and my credit card was billed right away!

I went to their website to order smokeless powder for reloading cartridges. The checkout process was much like any other online store, with PayPal specified as the payment method, but the next day I got a text asking me to approve a friends and family payment to a [email protected] instead of the business. I never received an invoice, and now several days after completing the transaction I got another text from UPSPREMIUM asking for another $107 insurance to release my shipment, which doesn’t appear to be a legitimate shipper. All correspondence has been by text, and I should have known better with a friends and family PayPal transfer, but they have a very legit looking website. Appreciate any help you can provide, if not to get my $ back, to at least get them to shut down that website.

An advertisement for palm beach collective (which was home goods, clothing, jewelry etc) was in my FB feed. I clicked on the ad and from there was directed to the store where I made a purchase in the amount of $250. I was informed via email 4-6 weeks for delivery of product. It has now been 8 weeks. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the company for a refund via several avenues, and zero response. I have learned I’m not the only one this has happened to there are many. My credit card co also noted other fraudulent charges on my card after my purchase from this company and I had to cancel my card. This business owner operates under many company names such as palm beach collective, jubilee, baked in the south, jubileehome_, she has turned off comments or deletes them as soon as anyone attempts to make contact via social media and shuts down sites and makes slight name changes to evade contact and responsibility.

I tried to order a garden kneeler and when I went to pay it rejected both of my credit cards. I already had entered the billing and shipping address. when I tried to reach them at the only number on their site it was either not valid or a constant busy. I contacted a store by the same name who told me they are a scam. At this point I do not know if my credit card information is going to be used elsewhere.

I ordered merchandise online with this company called xborderecommerce which has Macy's log on their website so I thought it was legit but come to find out its a company in Singapore. I have been getting emails from what supposed to be their customer service they keep telling me that my merchandise was delivered and someone signed for it but they couldn't provide any pictures only the person name that signed. Please let people know that this company is using Macy's name to scam people.

I placed an order through their website for my Philadelphia’s Eagle hoodie received a confirmation they gave me an order number and everything so I checked the website multiple times said the item still hasn’t been shipped. And then today I checked the website and they’re telling me that I never placed an order so clearly I have been scammed. I want my money back and I want them held responsible so they don’t do this to other people.

Pre order that was delayed over and over. Finally she canceled my order but low and behold she marked it refunded without actually refunding and since it’s over 180 days no one will help I used PayPal and my credit card. Two different orders asked several times for a refund before she decided to ghost all her customers. She has since shut down her site, paused her Facebook VIP group. No way of contacting her. There is a buyer beware group on Facebook that has showed lawsuits filed against her. The owners have literally just disappeared with millions of dollars stolen from people.

This is a fraud business—Palm Beach Collective. And now they operate under the name “Hamptons Collective” and also “jubilee” and “where life is a party.” They take your money and never send your order.

Ordered shoes for my son on a pre-order basis with the expectation they would ship out 3 months after purchase date. None ever shipped, and there were “delays” the owner kept blaming it on. Now they are no longer responding to emails, the website is shut down and their social media deactivated.

I originally made payments for pre-order items on 8/3/22 and 8/9/22, with an expected delivery of 12/22. Rachel Delfanzo, the owner of Monkey Feet posted updates indicating our orders would be delayed from October on and as of 2/3 she paused down her Facebook group without notice and is not responding to anyone regarding refunds. We are now out of the 180 policy window for many other companies to use for reimbursement due to never receiving our item(s).

I have made multiple purchases or pre-order and ready to ship shoes to equal several hundred dollars. The owner repeatedly told her customers through an automated email and on Facebook that the orders were delayed because they were held up in customs, then used the excuse that the hurricane left them without power. On several orders, she offered a refund or a gift card to cancel. I opted for the gift card, which is now useless as her company still hasn’t shipped any shoes. It’s now past 180 days as most of the orders were ship dates several months ahead and then the excuses as to why they hadn’t shopped yet, so I cannot file a claim with my bank on any of the orders.

Did several pre-orders. As they had been in business for about 6 years and fulfilled my first two orders I believed they would continue to be truthful. But lies after lies and no product to show or communicate.

I purchased shoes from the seller website during a pre-order. Prior to purchasing it was made known the shoes would ship in December then December came and the shoes never shipped. Seller then said I could either wait or request a refund. I requested a refund with no response. Now the company has paused their Facebook account and closed their website.
