On 12/28/22 I placed an order for two bracelets. On 1/11/23, I received an email from Palm Beach Collective with an apology for the delay, explaining they'd changed shipping companies, stating they'd learned in October 2022 of shipping issues and that they were now controlling their shipping again and would be personally shipping orders out. When I responded with my thanks for the communication, my email was returned as undeliverable.

I found an alternate email via the SHOP app ([email protected]) and was able to send them an email - which responded with an automated reply this time saying the delays were due to a warehouse move and hurricane.

I've learned that Palm Beach Collective also operates under "The Hamptons Collective", "Baked in the South" and most recently "Jubilee" - I've also connected with others through social media with similar stories.

It is my belief that "The Palm Beach Collective' and owner "Rhiannon Brownell" are scamming unsuspecting customers.

Rhiannon brags on social media that she builds multi-million dollar companies. On her personal Facebook Page, she is currently selling a Shopify Ecommerce store - boasting $2.3 million in sales since 5/1/22 - one can only assume this is the same company she's scamming 100s of customers through.

My father found this site www.wearcloths.com and loved the shoes that they offered for me, I decided to take a chance on them as I had used sites like Zolucky and it was fine, so as they advertised in the same manner and sold relatively the same items I thought it would be okay. I paid the money for the items and was told I would receive a confirmation email, an email when the items were shipped and a tracking number. I received the confirmation email after they took the money from my account but never heard from them again. It has been over 3 months and still nothing. I looked at the contact info the email address was one for outlook.com and there was no phone number. I have emailed multiple times trying to get information on my purchase but no one responded. I know that I will more than likely have to write this off as a loss.

Website stated shipping from the US but it was shipped from China and said it was delivered but never was. They promised to ship again and told me it was delivered of course it wasn't and now refuse to respond to refund requests.

I placed an order on December 10, 2022. My credit card was charged immediately. On or about January 10th I emailed Rhiannon Brownell asking where is my order that I placed and paid for. I did not receive a response. About a couple of days later, I received a cut/paste email that a fraud shipping company hijacked all of her shipped orders apologizing for the delay. She also reassured me that she received all of her merchandise back and will get my order shipped out within the next few days. Two weeks later, NO ORDER. I sent an email asking where is the order, no response. I sent an email asking for a refund, NO response. I then did some research and found many complaints against this e-commerce shop. Same complaint as mine and the list keeps on growing. I contacted my financial institution to report that this purchase was fraud. I have since filed a complaint with the Tampa Attorney Generals office.

Saw an ad of a clothing sale on IG. I bought a few things from them but never got it. I went to track my package and it was an error. When I went to the website all contact information to reach them was removed

I came across this company after relentless Facebook and Instagram ads during Christmas time. I decided to look at the company for birthday and Christmas gifts, making one purchase on December 3rd, 2022. I received two confirmation emails stating since the items were custom made, it would take 4-6 weeks to receive. Not ideal but ok. After 6 weeks and not hearing anything further, I emailed the company asking for an update on January 10th. I received a response stating they were rebuilding after the Florida hurricanes and finally getting back on their feet. They asked me to be patient. I have since followed up twice with no answers from the company. I have also done some research since then and this is a pattern with other people. Comments on their social media asking for updates to their order from October 2022 and beyond. I wish I did this research before purchasing!

The company claims that my package was delivered and was probably stolen and offer 60% refund which on reviews they say the same to everyone. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!

Kept feeding people along that packages were delayed due to Covid and USPS, but she really was just spending our money and kept telling stories and running preorders.

This company was on Facebook, I ordered a product from their site. I questioned their delivery time. They said 7-12 days. After 2 months, I requested a refund. They stated I entered the wrong address. Which, is not wrong. I tried to email back, the email address no longer existed. Here it is 4 months later and still have not received a refund or the product with no response.

Ordered over a month ago. No available phone number. Tells me its shipped but fake tracking number. Customer service rarely responds. Will not refund money after requested

On a Poshmark Facebook group she started a consignment business. We paid to be a member and was promised shipping bags to send product for her to sell and get a commission. Hundreds of people paid and never got the bags. Many shipped on their own for a promised discount. Website took almost a year to get started. She offered more bag discounts and even classes none was produced. It started to get fishy and I reached out to many who are out 100-1000s. I have not heard of anyone getting paid and when refunds are asked or product to be returned she blocks you on everything. I have 8 people all with similar stories from all over the US and also other resellers calling her out on YouTube as a scammer. She needs to be STOPPED!!! I would love my 99$ back and glad I didn't invest more like others but at this point I don't want anyone else to fall for her crap. She has excuse after excuse why things take so long but continue to ask for more products or money for false promises saying we get more commission for signing up for different things. PLEASE look into her!! I have many contacts for other similar stories!! Sydney Elle Yarborough is the names she uses. Stay away from Retrunk!!! And Sydney!!!

I ordered two 6 ft bean bags of their ad on Facebook a couple weeks before Christmas and received an email that allowed me to track and nothing until about two weeks ago when I looked and tracked it it said it had been successfully delivered to the address given about two weeks prior. I double checked to make sure I entered the correct address thinking it may have my mistake but it was correct and never received them!!

she (maddison cornelius) used to make stickers, and she had one up for sale for $25 that i liked and i talked to her about. she said $25 shipped to my door, and this would've been the second sticker i bought from her. she accepted the money through cashapp, and said she would let me know as soon as she shipped it (usually 2-3 days). after a week i heard nothing, attempted to contact her via snapchat and she had removed and blocked me with no word on the sticker i purchased. i attempted to get in touch with her through cashapp and facebook, but she continually denies any contact and blocks me immediately. very unprofessional and scammed me of my $25.

They are a online store, I purchased several items for Christmas. They stated it was delivered however I never received the items. When I reached out they stated it was delivered and I explained that it wasn't I would like a refund for the items. Till this day I am still seeking reimbursement from them . No one to contact or no one returns my emails.

I made a purchase through the company’s online website in May 2022, after contacting them through instagram and the exchange of a few messages with the response “ transactions are still being processed” no delivery of products was ever made to me. After reviewing several other reviews on Google I noticed other people have been scammed as well

I ordered 2 items on 12/8/22, which never delivered. I tried to get in touch 8 times, but they were all unsuccessful. I received an email on 1/11/23 with the business owner sending what looked like a mass spammy email to her database about "needing help". I filed a claim with my credit card company used to make the purchase (American Express). I have never filed a claim with the BBB, but this entire experience does not feel right.

This person/ company posted about a product he was custom making and made a preorder for it! I believe there where about two sets of pre orders at 30 people on each set! Time came and nobody seen there product and this person used the war in Ukraine as an excuse to why he was so delayed! Long story short it's now been over a year and only a few have actualy gotten there product! I myself along with many others have emailed and attempted to contact this person and no body has recieved a reply!

Sold me car parts using facebook. No parts rec'd then asking for more money for insurance to release the parts to me. Will not refund my money.
