This is the info that I was sent in a text, including my name and the town that I live in; their number is from TX and this is not the first time that I’ve received emails like this. I send everything to my carriers spam number and I’m hoping someone is doing something because I’m about tired of this kind of crap scam texts and calls -

I got a robo call saying my vehicle warranty was about to expire and if I wanted to extend it or renew it to push a button. A man came on the line asking for information about my vehicle. I thought that is a red flag, if you are claiming my warranty is expiring, then you know all about my vehicle. I told him I wanted to hear from him the answers to his questions so I could tell if his call was a scam. He quickly hung up.

The individual called me and claimed that he was calling back regarding student loans. I told him that there was a mistake and then he asked me if this was a private number. I responded with "yes" and then he hung up. As of now I have not lost anything but I will be taking further action to keep not this way.

My daughter received a message from a company claiming to be Microsoft and that she had several viruses. They would remove it for a fee of $349 but she told them she did not have enough so they asked her for 79$. She gave them her card information and the transaction declined. During which they had access to her computer and most likely took her information from her laptop. Be aware

Called and asked me if I could hear? I answered "yes", but then the caller apparently switched me to an automated "service". After about 10 seconds, I hung up.

I got an "urgent" notice in the mail with no address or business name, only a phone number. It said the sender would give me $100 but I needed to pay $1 and instructed me to call for details. I called ScamPulse.com instead.

I received a call form this number and was prompted with a message stating, "can you hear me?" I quickly hung up suspecting a scam. The next day I called from a "secured" line and was asked to "press 1 if I lived in California, or press 2 if I lived somewhere else"

Scam phone number called our home phone number at 6:50 am February 8, 2020. Female voice recording said our Visa was used by an unauthorized person. I hung up and called the number and there was a recording that this number was not in service.

Recieved a pop up to call for AOL support, called and they asked for email and my verification code, then starting asking about my bank told me someone hacked my account and I need to purchase malware. They answered as support, then answered as homeland security, then again as support, when I asked if it was AOL support right away he said yes

This number calls me everyday and after being told a cannot be placed on a no call list they keep calling. They told me they will not stop calling me after I asked them many times to stop

Received call...could not understand what company the India speaking person said. He did not pronounce my name correctly and I have not used that name in 10 years...remarried. He said there was a complaint against me and asked to verify last four of my social. When I told him I was not giving him info...He hung up.

Starting Monday 1/27/20 and 1/28/20, plus continuing phone calls which I have recorded, they are stating that I will be charged $399.00 from my respected account. It is stated they are closing there business.

Person calling from "4053407402" asked my name. I responded "yes" to indicate they had the right person, and the person immediately hung up.

A person claiming to be looking for my niece due to failing to appear in court and threatening of consequences if failed to appear at the next court date, they asked me for her personal contact information and address claiming they would come looking for her at my residence. I have no contact with my niece or her whereabouts so their claim that she listed my home as her last place of residence was inaccurate as she would not know where I live as I have absolutely no contact with her.
