I received this postcard and called the number. When the foreign guy answered the phone he said i would need to give him my visa card information for the shipping cost. I refused. He hung up on me. I googles unclaimed prizes and this is a wide known scam up North and now has made its way down here. My grandmother also received one Friday afternoon. Elders are going to fall for this. I hope someone stops this before its too late for the vulnerable. Thank you.

Twice today I have received a call stating that I am being sued by the IRS. The phone number I am to call is 9107823602.
