"Yes" scam. Asked me if I could hear them. I answered "yes" and they hung up. The telephone number they called from was 1-816-708-3127. I have received several calls from this number before and ignored it. Decided to finally answer since no one would leave a message.

I received a call from 404-334-4159 around 11:20 AM this morning. Did not recognize the number so I did not answer the call. Caller did not leave voice mail. I "googled" the number; result stated that it was some kind of "travel scam" that someone had reported on 01-03-2018. I am reporting it to BBB.

Thank you for your assistance in stopping this scam.

Do not call this number back. It is a scam offering a check in the amount of $765,500.00 dollars. It is under the giese of the UN Settlement Program.

Received a text message stating the following. "Dear User, Your credit card is charged with 499.99 for 1 year PC Tech Support. If you did not authorize this transaction, please call 18664179500 immediately." I did not call the number but wanted to report this information to you. I verified with my banks and accounts that nothing was charged. I just wanted to make you aware of this phishing scam.

Machine sounds female. "I'm calling long distance, can you hear me?" I said yes. I've never heard of this scam. My wife heard me respond, nudged me with her elbow and said to hang up it's a scam. Machine asked if still used visa or MasterCard. Even had a slight stutter to simulate human error or tendencies.

I received several calls today from 404-346-0422. I rejected the calls each time. The caller did not leave a voice mail. When I called this number from another phone, to see if anyone would identify themselves, I just got a "fast-busy" signal. When I "googled" this number, the results showed that it was associated with some kind of scam, but did not give details. I hope that your agency can investigate and block this number. My phone does not have a way to block unwanted calls; I can only reject and delete them each time the calls come thru.

Thank you for any assistance you might be able to provide regarding these nuisance calls.

I recently registered a domain name for my business product and since registering I have received non stop harassment from the number. The individuals that have called me are all male and are foreign. They start off the conversation asking why I have a domain and not a website and try to sell web development services. Little do they know I'm in the same line of business. I have asked countlessly to take me off their list and they continue to call from the same number 3 sometimes 5 times a day. I recently went off on the latest representative threatening to file a lawsuit if he didn't take me off his list. He laughed and said his company hasn't called me. I have proof that I've been receiving non-stop phone calls from the same number since I have registered the device. I did more digging and it appears others are falling victim to this scam some of which are desperate for web development services to get their website up and they get scammed and never receive anything in return. I am reporting this number in hopes that these scammers will get shut down and that others that are being harassed will know that one you are not alone and two that this needs to end. They never mention their business name but if they do I will be updating this report.

Attempted to buy a puppy from this website. Initial contact was via email. Then we corresponded via phone. I was asked to send a *** through ***. After that I was given a tracking number for the courier service that was being used. The courier then contacted me asking me to “rent” a special crate for shipping ($600-700) and 98% of the rental would be refunded upon delivery and to send the money via wire transfer to the courier. Red flags went up. I attempted to recover my money but was not successful and now they have blocked my number and will not answer any of my correspondence.

On 25 January 2018, I received a series of phone call on my cell phone from Florida Area Code 954. There has been repeated phone calls from all the scammer phone number reported above with no voice mail messages left on my phone. I decided to respond to the last one 954-709-3673. The man that spoke on the phone told me if I was the person involved in a car accident in Fort Lauderdale. I rapidly told him that I do not live in FL at this time since I live in West Virginia. I told him that his information was incorrect and he said well it is in your records with the DMV and you need to call them. I asked him to provide me more details on the nature of his call and he basically hang off the call. I tried to call back and the voice machine does not provide a name beside asking me to leave a message under the phone number. I was worried that they might have been something on my past record with DMV as I have a small beach house on *** ***, FL on the gulf coast. I called the DMV and they told me that there was nothing / nor any issues on my record. I tried to call the other numbers and I am getting the same email answering machine just repeating the number that I am calling. I left a message to say that I was going to report them to the BBB as trying to fraud people.

I answered my phone today and it sounded like I was speaking to an Arabic foreign man who said this is a recorded line and his name was Joe. He then asked can you hear me and I answered YES. The man then ended the call. I am worried he will use my voice saying YES to agree to something and make problems for me. Please assist me in preventing this as much as you can.

i keep getting a robocall about a new program that can reduce or eliminate my student loan debt. i am not,nor have i ever been a college student. i don't have any student loans. i've waited on the line for live assistance and i've told them to remove my number from their data base. i am also registered on the do not call registry. they keep calling,using different phone numbers that they're calling from,but all of their numbers begin with area code 803 and the next three numbers are 381. the last number that called me was 803-381-7807 and it was a spoof number. i talked to the actual person that has this number and it's not the same person that called me. is there any way to stop these calls?

I have been called for months now by 314 numbers that look like they are local numbers. I try not to answer the call but the phone numbers are local so I think it is someone from work. They will call me sometimes ten times a day. Each time they call me the area code is the same but the other numbers are different. I am getting fed up!

I received a phone call from phone number 419-610-9977. It was an automated call regarding reducing debt. I hung up when I found out what the call was about, called the number back and spoke with a lady who had no idea what was going on.

I don't know who this is; I always immediately reject unknown calls & wait for voice mail. This caller did not leave vm, but called me back less than ten (10) minutes later; still did not leave vm.When I called this # from another phone, to see if anyone would say a company or business name, it just went straight to voice mail. When I "googled" the # it showed "unsafe call". I have been getting calls, every few days, from various #'s that all start out with Area Code "770" and Exchange # "885". The last four digits always vary with each call. I put each # on block, but a few days later a different one will call. I think these may be MetroPCS phone #'s. Thank you.

I was contacted and the person who i thought was an actual human said really quickly “hello i am from” then it went fuzzy for a second “i understand you visited our store recently can you hear me alright? And when i said yes a different voice came on the phone and said thank you for registering for something and they hung up
