I received a fake text message telling me usps needed me to pay a redelivery fee for a package that couldn’t be delivered.

The USPS package arrived at the warehouse but could not be delivered due to incomplete address information. Please confirm your address in the link.

On the link it asks for credit card info before delivery so upon research resulting in USPS not charging for redelivery, I never entered my information.

I tried to buy a juicer that was on sale, paid for it and never received an email about tracking info. They also charged me for a membership i never agreed on. I asked for a refund since I didn’t receive my package and they refused to refund me my money. Bad business for anyone who tried to buy anything from them.

The website mimics a USPS change of address site. It asks for personal and credit card information (similar to USPS) to process a change of address. USPS has a one-time charge of $1 while this website charges your credit card $179.95.

They use a logo that looks exactly like the USPS, I emailed multiple times asking for a refund and got nothing, not even a response, tried to call the phone number listed, doesn’t work. Now I’m out $150 and got nothing in return.

I make the purchase, email package delivered and there was no delivery, several emails sent and no response

Ordered an ice machine that never arrived. I reached out to the company. This is the email exchange:

'm not certain how to proceed. No ice machine was ever delivered. Tracking said that it was left at my mailbox but my mailbox is right on the road and that would have been crazy to leave it there when my porch was right across the road where UPS, Prime, and FedEx deliver things safely on a daily basis.

Please either get me what was ordered or refund my payment.

Thank you for you help. I did reach out earlier but I'm not sure that I heard back from you.

Sincerely,

******** ****** Dear ****** *******,

Sorry to hear you haven't received your package.

We checked the tracking details and it shows that the package has been delivered. In this case, we can provide the tracking number ************, and you can check the status of the package through the following URL: www.track718.com/en. The post office information is under the country, you can go to the nearest post office to find your package.

Since the package was delivered to the address you provided at checkout, we have also sent it to you at the address information you provided. In order to help you solve the problem. You can ask your friends/neighbors/family if they help you sign, and hope you receive the package as soon as possible.

Best wishes,

Bella

Bella,

Thank you for responding, however, in doing my research I can find no carrier that recognizes this tracking number. Can you tell me whether it was US postal service? DHL? UPS? FedEx? Or another carrier? Because none of them recognize this tracking number, and I have contacted them all. My only recourse is to reach out to you again before hitting social media. If you can give me the actual carrier who delivered this to my home I will follow up with them. If you cannot, I have no recourse except to hit social media hard. I have had to do this in the past and am quite adept at making my voice heard online.

Hoping to hear from you quickly.

Beginning to feel scammed. I'll check tomorrow for your response then I will file a formal complaint with the ScamPulse.com and start hitting every online review site. I am tenacious when I feel cheated or when a valid company does not fix an issue. I either want the ice machine promised or my money back asap.

Thank you for your quick attention to this matter.

This 'offer' was for the complete Beatles Vinyl record collection for only $49, advertised on facebook with a link provided for ordering. After ordering 2 sets and giving credit card payment, I received an email asking for verification with a screenshot of the front and back of the credit card(s) used for purchase (with all but the last 4 digits blacked out), and a screenshot of the credit card account proof-of-payment/charge. Although I thought this strange, I provided the information. The 'contact person' handling this is 'Anna', writing from the email [email protected]. The order numbers are: ************* and *************.

Being more convinced as time went on without receiving the items, I saw on facebook a similar advertisement for the Rolling Stones complete Vinyl offered for the same price through the same 'fake' order site, with comments under the ad that people have not received their item. When I contacted Anna for shipping information, she provided a link to a tracking site that claims both items were delivered and left on the front porch. The items were not delivered. When investigated, the tracking/shipping information is fake. When challenged with this information, 'Anna' said there is nothing that she can do and I have to work with the post-office.

This is a scam that I should not have fallen for; but nevertheless, the site should be shut down so that other individuals are not scammed as I was.

I ordered flowers online through Flowershopping.com for a family member that lost her spouse. Delivery address and phone numbers of recipient was given, as well as my own personal information and banking information. Delivery was suppose to be same day, however i was never given a tracking number or notified of delivery with time or date. I have attempted to send several messages and phone calls that were all unsuccessful. No return email or phone call has been returned to me. I believe i was scammed with this business. Please research this fraudulent scam from stealing. They also have a fake facebook account targeting people there as well.

This was a text from an obviously Chinese name, ([email protected]) that said a package from the USPS was undeliverable to my address because of some mistake in the address. To rectify the 'mistake' I opened a link called ****************************. They give your 'package' a false tracking number. The site is fake, but a good one, imitating the USPS website. It asks for your address, phone number, email, etc. which I filled out. The next page asks for your credit card number, to pay for a .30 charge to redeliver your package. At that point, I recognized a scam. Don't fall for this. I reported it as junk and deleted it, but hope they didn't get too much info from me.

Received a text message:

“U.S.P.S - The package has arrived at the warehouse and cannot be delivered due to incomplete address information.Confirm your address at the link.

uspost.zipedit.us

(Copy the link to your Safari browser and open it)”

I was suspicious, but carefully opened the link in Chrome, and it brought me to a screen to update my address and personal info. I was still suspicious, but USPS has had some difficulties getting mail to me lately. Then it brought me to a page to update my payment information; it told me that there would be a $0.30 fee to reschedule a delivery. That’s when I knew something was off and started researching.
