- Chagrin Falls, OH, USA • Sep 27, 2023

Used Loves Stamps as website mimicking the US Post office and Logo.

The company that withdrew $160 from my credit card is: Stripe Payments Europe Limited. From Hong Kong on 9/26/2023.

They provided a usps tracking # 9300120111410471677883

Told me to confirm via website:

- Sandpoint, ID, USA

Text pertaining to problems with delivery of a package by USPS and request to use a web link to resolve issue. Did not click on link.

- Aliquippa, PA, USA

They required my name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information. If you tried to return from the checkout page to shop again, it directed you to a page for vibrators.

The website looked as if it was a USPS website that was selling stamps at a discounted price. I made two purchases and received a confirmation email from USPS. However, the FAQ page tell me if I had any problems to contact this email address at outlook.com. also, there were lots of spelling errors all over the website.

Text received was "Youre package has arrived at our warehouse and cannot be delivered due to incomplete address information. Please confirm your address with the link" followed by said link.

They sent a text to my cell phone indicating they were USPS and they were having issues with my delivery address. Unfortunately, i was legitimately expecting a package and i fell for the scam. After clicking on the link, they requested a $1.97 re-delivery fee. I entered my card information on one card and did not have enough funds, so i entered info from my other card and it was accepted. Two days later, i noticed BOTH of my cards had multiple unauthorized transactions and transaction attempts. They have so far stolen $212.93 from me. Both card companies were alerted, and the cards were stopped. I have since been issued new cards and my money stolen is in the middle of a dispute between myself and the card company. Here is the body of the text:

USPostal: Your package has arrived at the transit center, but we are unable to sort and ship it because the shipping information on the package is incorrect. https://usps-item.com

Sincerely,

USPS Customer Service

I ordered the product on line on Aug. 18, 2023. I received confirmation that the transaction had gone through and the receipt said $49.97.

Aug 25, 2023 I received email stating order is on the way. I never received it. On Sep 8, 2023 I emailed them asking when I would receive order. They emailed back saying I had already received it. I emailed them back saying I had not received it and that I had checked with my post office and mail carrier and they had not seen the package either. The company emailed back asking me to check my mail box. Being that it was a treadmill, I emailed them back stating that they knew it was too big for the mail box. They told me to check with post office with tracking #. The post office says it is not a USPS tracking #. I let company know that. They then tried to say they would return only part of my money. I let them know I wanted all the money back and that I was going to dispute amount with Credit card company and inform BBB. I have not heard back from them. I did dispute charge with credit card company which they said Company took $50.97 payment instead of $49.97. And I am informing you the BBB. I am sorry to say I am scammed.

This is the text message I received.

The sending number was longer than an actual phone number. 447733519060 was the "phone number" from the sender.

[Package Tracking] Your package has arrived at the warehouse, but cannot be delivered due to incomplete address information. Please click the link to update your address! Otherwise the package will be returned the next day!

The caller pretended to be a staff from US Postal Service and said they had a parcel to deliver to me. They attempted to get my address and called me several times pretending to have bad signals. I'm concerned that my voice was being recorded.

I placed an order 4 months ago and notified them by email that I haven't yet received my order. They told me to check my mailbox and with the post office to find out if they knew anything. I replied that I check my mail daily and the post office didn't know anything about it. They said they would resend out my order and to give it 7 to 30 days. After 30 days I still hadn't received my order so I emailed them again and told them that I just wanted a refund. Their reply was that they could only refund part of my money because of the shipping costs. Since they never shipped anything because i never received anything I told them no I wanted a full refund for that reason. All their future replies were the same, trying to talk me into taking a dicounted refund. Finally I just bypassed them and contacted my credit card company to report them and I they reversed the charges.

"The USPS package has arrived at the warehouse because your address cannot be found or the shipping address is incorrect. Please click the link below to modify it in time, otherwise the package will be returned. hpps://usps.uspscw.com The USPS team wishes you a great day" Link "charge of .30" to re-send package Asked for name, address & all credit card information

They sent me an email with a website to track the order. I opened it once and it was not anywhere near the united States, I believe China. I emailed them and they again said it was on its way. After I asked for my money back, they responded that once delivered it was between me and the local post office. I then realized this was a scam because it was not delivered and it has been over one month. As I began to read the reviews on the tracking site I was given, I found that it was a possible scam, so was the email address.

Scammers contacted me via text message from phone number 447-828 89238. This is not a regular text number from America. They said that they were the United States Post Office and that my address was undeliverable and Incorrect and that I could reschedule for my stuff to be redelivered. They attempted to charge a fee on a credit card for the postal service redelivery and I know that it doesn't cost anything.

Stanley website appears real, I ordered and paid for 3 Stanley cups. Never received and tracking number showed my order went to Texas and I live in **!!!!

We made the order and never received the product . Kara told us one price and then another . She doesn’t answer anyone’s messages when she has the money .

- Brookings, SD, USA

I received a text from 61434539424 claiming to be USPS, stating the following:

"U.S.P.S - The package has arrived at the warehouse and cannot be delivered due to incomplete address information.Confirm your address at the link. https://authority-ustesters.top."

I was expecting a package from overseas, so in my haste I provided my name, address, phone, and email. However, at the next page it asked for payment for a "redelivery attempt" and knowing that is not something USPS would do, I immediately backed out. The website address/link is obviously fake looking, after looking at it directly, but the actual website it takes you to mimics USPS actual website frighteningly well, with the same graphics, font choices, etc etc. Plus it gave a tracking number, US9524901144737, that looks relatively real, but once you google it it shows up on several websites that track fraud.

On the website they stated my package couldn’t be delivered and I needed to schedule a redelivery. When rescheduling they asked for my card info to pay 30 cents for the redelivery fee.

- Henderson, NV, USA

Received a text message saying we are currently addressing a shipping address accuracy issue. However, a solution is in place. The United States Postal Service offers a new delivery attempt to the original address you provided. Your prompt action is appreciated. Please verify and confirm at https://warranty.slumberland.co.th/ca for successful delivery.

- Charlotte, NC, USA

I ordered from a hair website called womanhairwig.com on September 7th. The website states 24 hour delivery and there is 24 hour delivery shipping fee of $7.98. I still have yet to receive my package nor have I received any tracking information. I emailed the email address that is listed on the site twice and still no Response. I believe this site is a scam.

- Santa Fe, NM, USA
