Hice una compra con ellos y nunca recibí el producto, reclame a mi banco como estafa y me notificaron que ellos habían mandado el producto y no fue asi, estuve leyendo que muchas personas tienen denuncias de esta misma empresa por estafa, lo peor es que según ruta de producto enviado USPS dice haber entregado el producto en Beverly Hills, pero sin dirección exacta, iré donde ellos para que me confirmen dirección. Adjunto la información que he podido juntar

I also fell for the 'too good to be true' offer :/ bought an ice machine from Facebook. My judgement is normally WAY better! Of course I have received nothing at all! I have made a complaint to my bank, after emailing the company and not getting a reply.

I too ordered this and I got a reply email stating it was delivered. I followed the endless shipping list they sent to me. They sent it to a home in Austin, Texas and left it at a mailbox. First, I never have never lived in Texas. (I live in North Carolina) and second if it is as large as it showed it to be folded up it would not be left at or in a mailbox! Such a complete scam! I really needed this for a trip I have planned. I will let you know if I find any real help with this scam!,

Hi there,
I ordered a air mattress I saw an ad for on Instagram. I never received the item. I messaged them and they said they didn't have the tracking info or something in that nature. I am going to report fraud with my bank.

I ordered stamps at a discount for 17.99 in July. My credit card was posted July 3rd but as of yet I have not received my stamps. Is this a scam or is there any way I can get a refund? I can't find a phone number or email address for them

I ordered postage stamps from them about July 4th and been charged to my credit card but no stamps... anyone else had this experience. Tomorrow I shall contact my bank/credit card in regard to them.

I saw a facebook add of a cooler and ordered it. I was sent a receipt with the purchase amount and a order number. I got a fraud notification and a charge for international fee from London. I reached out about a tracking number and they said something about not being able to see it. I was sent the tracking information which now says it was delivered to Findlay, Ohio. I live in Tennessee. I googled reviews and saw all the postings on here. I will be filing a fraud complaint with my bank.

Ordered two items advertised on facebook with discounted prices, too good to be true..very nice presentation to attract customers like me. I received an invoice but no tracking number until now. I emailed them about it and they emailed back saying my items were shipped but there's a problem with their system, blah blah blah, until I found out about the reviews when I googled it...that's when I learned I got scammed...

Ordered a air mattress 7/8/22 was billed and never received the product. My order #81JQD-VLBGK34. IT SHOWED ON MY CREDIT CArd AS PENDING BUT HAVE BEEN BILLED AS OF 7/8/22. See many comments of this being a scam.

They took my money $45.99. Never got a receipt that should have shown my name and address and the item I ordered and paid for. I clicked onto their email address from the original order, sent an email and requested a receipt of my transaction and a tracking number. They responded by saying they needed additional information such as invoice number, my name and email address, which I sent.
This was the original email they sent me:

I then got a tracking number which I always opt for the updates of my delivery from the shipper. I got a text today 7/22/2022, stating that my package was delivered to my address in Hollister, CA, clearly not my address. I live in Sarasota, Florida and provided them with my shipping/delivery address at the time of purchase.
How can they do this to innocent people. They had no problem taking my money from my card, but somehow they delivered it to the wrong address!
I had ordered the item I thought from the US, but after my investigations, I discovered it was being shipped from China. My scam radar antennas sprouted right up as now I know I'm being scammed. How can I get a refund?

You will have to file a claim report with your credit card company to dispute the transaction made due to a scam purchase made. You can also file a report with the Scampulse.com website due to you were scammed out of $45.99 from your credit or debit card. I have already reported this issue and filed a claim with my credit card company.
