Hi I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a Brother PE800 embroidery sewing machine for $37.99 I clicked on the link and was redirected to: https://mrsard.top/products/3999-today-only-bro-pe800-sewing-5x-7-embroidery-mac...⇄ />
I read their about us section on the website which claimed that they are a warehouse associated with home depot and that when Amazon customers etc missed deliveries they would store those items and if the items remained uncollected they would then sell these items for a really low price I went ahead and made the purchase I received a payment receipt from vendcart limited which I found strange given their website states PayPal is their payment processor I never received an order confirmation email but luckily I saved the order details which had Order No: 3RM1X-TH446Y1 I contacted the merchant via their contact email: [email protected] eventually getting tracking # LW239330414CN only to find my purchase is supposed to be delivered in Flushing, NY tracking shows that the item was delivered to an address in Arizona I have requested a refund only to have the merchant apologize and ask for my shipping address to resend the order I told the merchant I want a refund as USPS tracking shows the mail product selected for shipping was for a small packet which are for packages 2 pounds or less in weight a full size sewing machine is over 12 pounds the merchant told me a new package was sent out and that I should use the prior tracking number for the package delivered in Arizona to track the replacement order which is impossible I need a refund of the $45.99 charged to my credit card

On 8th of July through Facebook one of advert I ordered blow up folding bed. All what I received only email about my order but nothing else. Its been over 10 days now no any updates or email back from company. And now when I started to search on Internet look like its froude.

Saw several commercials on TV, and website, thought it was real. Ordered 1 06/06/2022 another on 06/21/2022. Each at 45.99 each. I'll probably won't get my money. Just being wishful. It's truly sad what this world has become. Especially to the elderly and disabled . We get a small amount a month. Thinking we're going to buy ourselves something speacial,,to find out you got scared. Hurts to the core.

I also did too on July 1, 2022, I started to worry this was a scam as I only received a fake receipt, no name on receipt, (mine) no product name of item I purchased, and no address as to where it was supposed to be shipped/delivered. I reached out to them via email because the phone number they listed on the original receipt kept saying my phone number is not recognized. Such BS. They took my $45.99 and I got a text today 7/22/22 that it was delivered to somewhere in Hollister, CA. The tracking stated it was a small parcel and that was also another red flag, because how can a GE Ice Maker fit into my mailbox. I have sent an email to their email requesting a full refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I'm so mad I ordered this on Facebook, I should of listened to my woman's intuition when I said to myself, wow $45.99 for a GE Ice Maker, sounds to good to be true.

I seen the advertisement on Facebook and I just signed as well this is cool and let me buy it for my three children there were cheap so I purchased three of them on the amount of $79.98 80 bucks and received an email with my receipt number and order number but never received a tracking number it said it was delivered at my house and it was never delivered I have multiple emails telling me that I need to check with my post office I went to my post office and I looked like a damn fool this is nothing but a huge scam and it's messed up to mess with family at the time of need with this covid going on I ordered three of these so my kids can have fun and come to find out it's nothing but a scam so not only did I lose 80 bucks but my kids were so excited to receive the product that never been true I'm very hurt by this and very angry can't even get a refund because this is a scammer

Ice machine fraud

I ordered ice machine on June 24. Have had many emails back and forth with Stripe...USPS shows my package was delivered at my front door in Shelby North Carolina and weighed 4 oz. I live in Northern Virginia. My credit card company has started looking into me getting a refund.

Upon tracking this package, it says that my purchase was successfully delivered to my mailbox in Pearl City Hawaii! I live in Euclid, Ohio!

Ice maker Facebook Scam

I thought I was purchasing a countertop ice machine. After getting my initial order confirmation I never received tracking. After a couple emails I was provided a tracking information after a month of trying to follow the insane tracking it eventually shows it was delivered to an address in Florida, but I live in Texas. I’m still trying to get a refund but I’m certain now that’s not going to happen. I requested to have the transaction reversed through my bank but they say not receiving is not a valid reason for them to reverse the charge. I’ve included only a couple of email communications but I have many more if needed.

I thought I was buying an ice making machine

I thought I was purchasing an Ice making machine. I waited a couple of weeks contact them to find out when I was going to get the machine they then sent me a tracking notification so it was going around in and out of different places not even close to me. So I waited to find out more information I contact them after another week so they said this week it was delivered I said I didn’t get it. They said it was delivered to Modesto CA l live in Lanham MD now they say they going to send it to me. I sent them a request from my money back. I don’t think I’m going to get it but we’ll see.
