Bad company Fraud!

Has anyone been able to get their product or refund? I also ordered an ice machine and they stole the money and are giving me a total run around! They said the order was shipped and delivered to Puerto Rico! Giving me the complete run around! Please help!

I ordered a ice maker also never received the ice maker or a refund but reading these reviews I see there's no sense in trying to get a refund or the ice maker it seems as I have been ripped off. The goal of some of these people.

I ordered and paid for the above product on June 3. The shipper emails me asking me for the details of my purchase as well as the shipping address. Says, they'll get it out within 3 days and have a tracking # I can follow. They use 17track.net shipper from China. I'm in Guam (by the Philippines) and they send it via New York, Mississippi, and finally lands in Orlando, Florida. Since arriving in NY, USPS is now also sending me tracking information. They deliver the package to someone in Orlando, Florida. I write to the Shipper asking for the contact name and number of the vendor because I would like a full refund and my account credited. They said their shippers have been so busy that their destinations must have gotten mixed up. And if I will provide the shipping address again, they will re-send it to me. I'm not expecting them to give up their stolen money, so I'm filing a wire fraud complaint against them through the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center. I believe the 3 weeks it takes to move whatever they're sending (probably a pair of socks!) to the wrong shipping address gives the purchaser time to forget his order or realize that he's been scammed but doesn't want to waste the time to file a complaint. Wrong buddy! God, I hate being robbed! It lessens my faith in people in general.

Said that I was getting the ice machine and side tank and ice bucket at a clearance price for 37.99 plus 8.00 for shipping and they have already taking the money out of my account I would like my refund back

I made a purchase back on June 3rd when I try to check the status of my shipping because it was taking literally forever I made the discovery that my package has already been delivered its stated that it has been delivered to Angleton Texas I am nowhere near Texas I live here in Alabama so I made further attempt to email them and they were saying that I need to reach out to my neighbors and make sure that they didn't receive my package which I did and my neighbors didn't receive it I went to my post office but no package delivered there so all I'm asking is just my refund and they keep giving me the runaround
