I ordered a ice maker from Vendcart for $45.99. I emailed to see if my order had been shipped. I got an email to send the purchase Number and invoice number. I provided the information requested. After three or four days I finally got an email with a tracking number. Eventually, the tracking number showed it had been delivered in Lawton, Oklahoma. I live in Az. Our emails went back and forth but all they kept saying was that it had been delivered and to check with a neighbor or family to see if they have it. My neighbors aren’t that nice and I don’t have family close by. Even though I told them that I didn’t live on Oklahoma and they sent it to the wrong address, they just kept telling me that it had been delivered. Disputed the charge with my credit card company. I did advise them that I had read several complaints from other buyers as well. They are crediting my card the amount I was charged while they investigate.

Our emails went back and forth but all they kept saying was that it had been delivered and someone may have taken it. Even though I told them that I didn’t live on Wisconsin and they sent it to the wrong address, they just kept telling me that it had been delivered. My bank won’t give me my money back because they sent an email to them saying it had been delivered. I guess my bank believed them over me.

This company advertised 300 forever stamps for $17.99. I placed my order on June 28, 2022,

and have not received the stamps as of Aug2, 2022. I emailed them twice, but no response.

There is a receipt showing that I paid for the order, but that's it

Payment was taken for the ice machine on the 7/07/22. Still haven’t heard anything. Emailed, messaged and rang the mobile number, no response. No way of getting our money back either 😡😡

Ordered a blow up kingsize bed on 9th July 2022...paid £39 pounds...item never received...email sent 29th July...no reply... Their advert has been removed from facebook so contact is difficult other than email.

I have done the same order foldable bed Air No tracking Number all i keep getting is

Your package has left China and is being sent to your country.

It may be because we are using sea transportation and it takes a long time for the package to arrive.

I ordered this item through advertisement on Instagram. Everything was smooth , I patiently waited and gave it time. But for some reason after almost three weeks I realized that no shipping email was sent for me to track my order at all. So I called the number on the receipt that shows I made a purchase. to no avail no answer or option to leave a vm. I then went to see about at least an email so that I can see what was the hold. So to make this horrible long story short. I have been back and forth with someone through email about my order and it really feels shady
Big Scam took money and continuing to lie about it

Didn't arrive, when I tried to chase it they emailed me it was delivered to wrong address, they have not contacted me bk since, no apologies, no replacement or refund appalling customer service.

I purchased a GE Ice Maker on July 2,2022 I used my debit card for a total of 55.99 which was deducted the same day. I sent several emails asking to track my order and finally could see it being shipped, but it never entered the US. The last email they sent said it was shipped to me. It never came. They informed me that if I didn't receive it to check my emails? or call my post office! I am furious and I want a refund. Have not heard from them since!

i was on facebook and seen an ad for a mattress air bed on a metal frame for 37.99, after shipping it was 45.99. i thought since it was on facebook it would be ok to buy. i thought facebook checked out the companies that they let advertise on their website. bit i guess i know now, that they don't. it's a shame that i had to learn this way as i'm a 67 yr old who is on disability and that is all i have to live on. if you know anything about ss disability you know it isn't much of anything. 45.99 is a lot of money for me. this is the first time and only time that i have bought anything off the internet, never again.

Ordered a ice maker they took my pymt 6 weeks later they sent me a track number, two weeks later received it was delivered to a mailbox in Los Angeles, aCa and I live in Fl, sent three more emails and no response
